The house was lovely and very clean. My only concern was that the owners should consider having an exterminator address the hornets on the deck area. We traveled with little ones and I was nervous to have them outside.

The inside of the property was very clean, comfortable and relaxed! Loved the location, situated between Geneva and Watkins Glen equally as well as a large number of wineries within close proximity. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment. It was calming listening to the waves in the morning and building a fire by the water at night!! There is no whole house air which was comfortable downstairs but 2 of the upstairs bedrooms need A/C. I would recommend that the porch area be cleaned up prior to check in. There were spider webs and debris making it uncomfortable to enjoy until we clean the area some. Expected some since it was outside and near the lake but it did need some attention. Watch out for the wasp and hornet nests around the deck for those who are highly allergic. All in all we had a great girls weekend, had a blast and would not hesitate to rent again.

The property is amazing on the lake with great views. Huge dock to relax on, Adirondack chairs on the lawn under a huge Willow Tree. Shade under the tree and sun on the dock and fire pit by the lake. The house has a beach feel and fit our two families great. Tons to explore in area as well.

This property was so wonderful. I loved being directly on the lake with kayaks, fire pit, amazing views and peace and quiet. This house had everything you could ask for, and we explored the area so much. We went to Niagara Falls, Watkins Glen, the outlets, and had a great time relaxing at the lake as well. There are so many wineries with great choices for tasting. This house is well worth a stay! I would definitely go again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We were visiting family and it was in a terrific location. The house had plenty of space to spread out and the lakefront is gorgeous!

A wonderful weekend with friends, with exceptional morning sunrise views. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and was only 10 min away from downtown Geneva, with easy access to wineries and hiking trails.

We experienced a brief power outage, but were able to communicate with Ashley VERY promptly and get an ETA on recovery. Power was back on after returning from dinner. Beautiful lakefront getaway
We had a wonderful time at the property. The home was clean, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the waterfront was heavenly. The dock was amazing. We hooked up our jetski and had the time of our lives. There’s a marina right down the road and it was very easy to launch from. The property also had a kayak, canoe, and a paddle boat.
Unfortunately, we had a storm on Wednesday and a huge limb from the weeping willow tree fell down and took out a chunk of the waterfront and all of the water toys. It made it unsafe for us the use the water with our littles for the last two days of the trip, which was a bummer. The owner came out on Saturday to attend to the tree, but sadly we had already left. I wish it could have been tended to sooner, but it was the middle of the week, so it’s understandable.
I highly recommend this property. It’s a wonderful location - 10 minutes from amazing places to eat and shopping. Just hoping you have better weather than we did!

You will fall in love with this property. The location is perfect. Next to great wineries, restaurants and breweries. There is a private dock, kayak, canoe and paddle boat for you to enjoy. Ashley and Tony do a nice job keeping the lakehouse clean. The lakehouse was so comfortable and had a homey feel to it.

This home has a beautiful flat yard with a large grassy lawn for games. The water is crystal clear, the dock is large and new. The house was perfect for our family getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone

July getaway
You will fall in love with this property. The location is perfect. Next to great wineries, restaurants and breweries. There is a private dock, kayak, canoe and paddle boat for you to enjoy. Lake house review
The process of getting the house was made easy by Tony and Ashlee. They answered any questions we had within a timely manner and made us feel very comfortable. When we arrived the house was immaculate and the view by the lake makes it a perfect place to get away from the city life and enjoy yourself. It’s a quiet neighborhood but not secluded which is nice and the town has a bunch of restaurant options and stores to go to. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation.

Girls weekend
This house was PERFECT. We had 6 girls out for a girls weekend. The home had multiple rooms, an updated kitchen, 2 refrigerators, and the most gorgeous view. There were plenty of beds and rooms, and space for the group. The lake was gorgeous with a private dock and fire pit. We did not use the fire pit since it was cold but enjoyed sunrises on the dock each morning. The home is in proximity to many wineries- we went to Belhurst Castle on Saturday to enjoy and wine tasting and lunch, only 10 minutes from the property. Tony the property owner messaged me the day before our arrival and then the morning after we got there to check in, friendly and was available if needed. I hope to go back to this property again with my fiancé or friends again when it is warmer and COVID has gone to experience all the area has to offer.

Great Stay!
We loved our 5 day stay at this location. Please was as described. Very clean and nicely laid out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and stocked items that some places just don’t stock. Many things to do within 5 miles of location. We even rented a boat for 1 day and did some fishing and tubing. Were able to dock boat at our location for a while while we ate lunch, etc.
Wish it had another bathroom but we knew this going in.
Only downfall was swimming was difficult for adults because at end of deck its not that deep and rocky. Wear water shoes.
Would definitely recommend to anyone staying there.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the lake house . The home was spotless and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. Girls Weekend for 10 Was A Success!
Our group of 10 slept comfortably in this home! Plenty of space for all of us to eat and hang out together as well, and the view of the lake and easy access to the lake was incredible ! Very relaxing stay. The tree outside is absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of towels, blankets, and toilet paper were available. Practically everything was provided to us.
Tony was great at communicating with us, checking in with us when we arrived and responding timely with any questions we may have had.

Beautiful View
We rented this house so my family could come to Geneva for my daughter's Family Weekend at college and to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a great time. The house is great, the view is amazing. The only down side is 1 bathroom with 5 bedrooms.

The PERFECT home away from home
From the booking to the end of our trip, Tony and Ashley were amazing hosts. Their home is gorgeous and easily accommodated our Leadership Retreat.
The home is in a great location and easy access to the wineries and breweries. It is a quiet neighborhood and a wonderful place to just get away.

We had a perfect long weekend at the lake. There is plenty of room in the house, and a big yard for the kids to play. Having a beach with walk-in access to the lake made all the difference!
