This was a perfect studio condo for myself and a friend. The condo itself was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for a few days stay. It was convenient to ski into at the end of the day. Easily walkable to everything around town. I don’t have a single complaint. Larry was even kind enough to allow us to extend our stay by a night at the last minute.

We loved the comfort and warmth after 4 full days skiing the Aspen mountains. It was a perfect location and Larry was great will communication back and forth. Would highly recommend as an alternative to hotels in Aspen area.

My husband and I stayed at the studio for New Year’s Eve. The condo had more than everything we needed for a long weekend. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The location was walkable to everything. If you have mobility problems, the stairs may be tricky to access the condo. I would stay again.

Location, location, location...could not be any better. Walking distance to everywhere. This condo has all the amenities one would need for a relaxing weekend of biking and rugby. Big bear looking for food in the dumpster outside only woke us up once during our stay. Will definitely add this property on our ‘places to rebook’ list.

Cute, all amenities, studio in the middle of it all!!! Bed was comfy and washer/dryer was fantastic! We will be back!!

Larry's Studio was everything we needed. The location was perfect, a short walk from Ajax, the shuttles to other ski mtns, and all the restaurants in town. Larry was also very responsive with every question we had. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent property with close proximity to everything Aspen! The unit was perfect for my teenage daughter and me - comfy queen-sized bed, large bathroom and a wonderful kitchen space. We will most definitely return!

This property is perfect. The lodge is beautiful and conveniently located walking distance to town/mountain - there was so much snow that we actually skied right from the mountain to our front door. Everything about our stay was easy and convenient. Hope to stay here again!

We had a great time at The Pines. The location was perfect! We could walk to Aspen Mountain or take a bus to the other resorts. We usually went to the bus station to get the bus, but on the way home, the bus would drop us off steps away from the condo. We enjoyed trying out the Micah restaurants. We skiied at Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands and Snowmass. The ski storage locker was very convenient. Communication between the owner and also the property manager was excellent. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This property is in a great location - close to Ajax mountain and all the Aspen restaurants. The unit is clean and spacious. I did not receive check in instructions ahead of time or a parking pass (which is the only thing that could have gone more smoothly) but Larry was super responsive and got me in the unit and a parking pass by the time we left for the mountain the next morning. Previous guests have mentioned wifi was an issue. I was working on and off the entire time and had no hassle whatsoever. Would definitely be back!

Easy experience checking in, the room was super clean, and the location was great!

The unit was very comfortable for an efficiency. The property manager Adam is super nice and responsive. This is a basement unit and as a result our ATT phone service was non-existant. I don’t fault the owner for this. That said, the cable TV does not work and the wifi signal is so weak that VOIP phone calls will regularly drop. This basement efficiency needs a dedicated modem and router. If TV and/or connectivity are important to you, I advise you not rent this unit until the owner definitively reports these problems have been resolved through installation of inexpensive yet essential hardware.

Perfect stay for 1-2 people, quaint and in the heart of Aspen! I would stay here again! The property manager was available and on site right away when I needed him!

Both Larry and his onsite staff, Adam, were great to work with. Condo was beautifully appointed and the location was walkable to all the incredible shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pines Lodge! We initially had a little trouble finding the place, as it is around the side and down some stairs. Once we found it, it was perfect for our stay! It was very easy to find parking and the parking pass was in the condo just as listed. The queen bed was very comfortable and we had more than enough towels! I think there could have been more instruction on how to get to the locker room but Adam was prompt and very helpful at answering all of our questions! This location was perfect for those wanting to be close to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Aspen for a reasonable price! Another bonus is that it was a short walk from the bus station where you could catch a free shuttle to any of the other mountains. We wouldn't hesistate to come back again!

I loved staying here. If I had any problem, theres an on site person that is very responsive. The unit is equipped with everything. Quiet too. So comfortable. Adorable really. And 3 blocks to anything.
