Our family of 5 stayed here in 2022. Loved it then so came back with 7 of us! Mary is such a joy to deal with. The location is perfect! Walk to beach, shops, restaurants. No need for a car. Condo itself is clean, beautifully decorated, & so much room for all of us. Would highly recommend this property! We’ll be back soon.

Beautiful, clean, large, and just a few steps away from the beach! My kids and their friends enjoyed this spacious condo, pool, and covered parking for the Jeep! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to visit again. Mary was a JEM - communication correspondence was fast and easy. Description/location of condo was exactly as noted. Thank you!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It's family friendly. We had two teens and a baby with us. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to cook some nights. Everything was within walkable distance, the Pier, Ron Jon, the beach, Kings Pizza, Starbucks, etc. The site has a nice pool which made it easy to just relax between events. If we visit Clearwater Beach again, we will definitely choose this property again.
My suggestion for families: If you're deciding to rent a large SUV(Tahoe, Suburban) vs a Minivan, go with the Minivan. It will make parking easier.

Everything was great. Communication with Kari was great. Location is perfect to the beach and anywhere we wanted to go on the island. Fully equipped, very clean. Lots of room for everyone. Has begun renovations that will continue into the fall. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is obviously very heavily used as much of the furniture and carpets are quite worn. The condo is in a very good area and accessible to the beach and amenities.

Check in process was clean and fast. Condo was clean, organized and tidy. The location is accordance to the area is absolutely perfect. Only a couple minutes walk to local stores and good restaurants but also a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Great sunset view from balcony also made for a great experience. 5 stars and would absolutely stay there again.

This was a great condo, with plenty of space for our family of 6. Very clean and well stocked with towels, and kitchen supplies. A short walk to the beach and pier. Our kids loved the beach toys, and we got plenty of use out of the beach chairs provided. We would definitely book again!

This is a really beautifully decorated condo! And it is much larger than it appears in the photos. My husband, daughter and son-in-law had plenty of space to spread out and we even hosted a few other family members for Christmas dinner. The unit was well equipped, clean and organized. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This absolutely beautiful property is like your home away from home. There is nothing you would need that was not in this home. The location of the home was perfect, it was near the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The 2 little ones loved the toys which were in the locker downstairs. Saved us from having to purchase sand toys which we would not have been able to take home. We would definitely love to come back here in the future.

First of all, this condo is HUGE! Make sure you read the square footage and not judge the size by the pictures. The condo is 2300 sq ft! More than enough space for my family of 6. The Balcony overlooks the pool and the water. Yes, you can sit out on the balcony and watch for sea life. It's on the first floor, but it's an elevated first floor above the parking garage. The beach is literally 2 blocks away and unless you need to leave clearwater, you shouldn't even need a car. Prime location to everything! The pool closet is stocked with a beach wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. So glad I didn't pack any of that! If we make another trip to Clearwater we will definitely book this condo again.

This condo was very spacious! We were able to enjoy the view of the water from the deck. The sea life was fun to watch from the pool area. The kitchen had adequate supplies and appliances which made for easy food prep. The pool closet was well stocked for beach adventure. Staying in the heart of south beach made for easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Could use new pillows for the beds and carpets need cleaning, but overall it's very clean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The condo was very spacious and an easy walk to many great spots on Clearwater beach! I knew the location was a short walk to the beach but had not counted on traffic and nearby construction noise! Also, with the unit so close to the pool it was noisy when children and families were in the pool area!

The property is fantastic. It's spacious and it's laid out in a way that each of the bedrooms is separated for privacy. The kitchen and open concept dining room / living room were perfect for our family to get together and enjoy a holiday dinner. The location is very central and walking distance to almost everywhere. This condo has it all. Anything you could possibly need is provided. Very clean. Location is ideal. Even though we did have a rental car, we were able to walk to several great restaurants and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk away. Owner was very quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns we had.

This condo is amazing! And the owner our flight was early I have health problems and with the heat he allowed us early chevk in. I'm so very appreciative of that. The pics on the condo doesn't do it justice it's beautiful. And all the room at times yoi didn't realize how many was in your party everyone kinda had their own space.
And so close to everything walk to ice cream, Salty's and beach on one corner Crabbys and beach on the other corner. Seen manatee in the harbor and the pool area was very nice. The pool and beach supplies provided in the pool closet just a Awesome bonus. We had such a wonderful vacation week and this beautiful condo was a huge part of that. I hope to be able come again. Thanks!

We had an amazing time at this property. You are a few minutes walk from the beach and a well stocked beach gear locker. We had everything we needed for our tripsbto the beach. Very clean and a well stocked kitchen. Starter paper goods provided. The property manager is very responsive and took care of everything we needed.
