This was a GREAT house for our Spring Break getaway!
The layout was ideal for our group of 12. There was plenty of space to relax inside and outside by the pool. The bedrooms all had individual bathrooms so no sharing needed! Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. All rooms were nicely, decorated and super clean.
The kitchen had ample space to cook meals and was stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you would need. The living room area was perfect for the game nights we had each evening. The fireplace was a bonus on chilly nights! There was a washer, dryer and a huge garage too!
Now let’s talk about outside… The pool area was super relaxing and just awesome! While the kids played in the pool, the adults had plenty of places to lounge. My favorite area was the chairs placed on the top level of the pool. A great spot to catch sun and stay cool at the same time. And did I mention the awesome hammock, hot tub and poolside waterfall!
Lastly, I wanted to say thank you to our hosts.
Overall great communication and attentiveness to our needs. I reached out prior to our trip with a few questions and they responded right away. They proactively contacted me prior to our trip to make sure we had the check-in information. And they also checked in while we were there to make sure we had what we needed. So if your group is looking for a relaxing chill by the pool and hang out at a great house getaway, stay here!

Excellent home for family and friends, all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and one has a small kitchenette as well. The yard is very private and the hot tub and pool are in a perfect location. Large kitchen with two islands really made it easy to cook and layout a buffet!

Very disappointing stay from the check- in to the accuracy of what they say in their advertising for this property. We were met 15 minutes late for the check- in which we tried to time with our groceries only to be told we then had to wait outside while he went in to inspect the property first. Once we were then allowed to enter we weren’t allowed to bring the groceries in that we’re melting in the car until he gave us his tour/ lecture about the property. We had 4 adult couples staying in the house and we’re all shocked at the level of grumpiness and vey abrupt behaviour we encountered after entering the property.
I have stayed at Vrbo in Palm Springs before and have never encountered the threats on noise and multiple warnings of him coming back to charge us a 5000.00 dollar fine????
Also the property lists as new and it is not, it worn in places, the furniture does not match the pictures, and was very disappointing to see after expecting something different. Kitchen is not fully stocked and has vey old items that are gross. We also payed extra for a heated pool that stayed cold and we were only able to use the hot tub after waiting for it to warm up each time. This house I’m sure was beautiful when it was new but needs to be up kept. Just don’t want anyone to be disappointed like we were, we have stayed at much better places in Palm!

Beautiful home with everything we needed for an easy stay. I particularly loved the open space to gather, which was large enough to accommodate all of us for morning coffee and evening chats. This is a somewhat unusual feature compared to other places I've stayed in PS. We also loved how the bedrooms were situated around the house. Outdoor area was perfect and we had plenty of shade in the afternoon heat.

The Palm Springs guest noise ordinance is oppressive, making it difficult to enjoy the outside amenities.

The house is very centrally located to hikes, downtown, restaurants, supermarkets. The space is also well designed with five bedrooms around a comfortable living dining area. It made it easy for family to enjoy Thanksgiving all together and then when needed we could all retreat to our personal space. The pool and jacuzzi were a great way to start or end the day. Highly recommend it for groups. Easy to enjoy and a fun way to relax!

The house was designed for exactly what 5 couples need for a week in Palm Springs. Every couple had a private bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped, we loved the pool, and the location was great. The Host did a great job communicating and were very quickly available whenever we contacted them.

The house and grounds were terrific for our needs—family vacation for a group of 12, including 3 2 year olds and a 6 year old. The weather was nice enough for everyone to enjoy the pool often during our 7 day stay. However, be VERY aware of the Palm Springs noise ordinance. The information about the rules is everywhere from the listing to the rental agreement to signs all over the house. Every adult must also initial the agreement that states you will incur a $5,000 fine and immediate eviction from the property in addition to the city fine of $500.00 if the city issues a violation. Unfortunately, a neighbor who abuts the property clearly does not approve of rental properties in the neighborhood, as evidenced by a prominent sign in his yard. The day after Christmas the children were excited and playing with their toys in the yard when the neighbor rudely announced that we were violating the decibel rules as we had been doing for several days, in his opinion. Obviously, we have a differing opinion, but this speaks to the negative impression that was left on our family.

A beautiful and well kept property in an ideal location. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Near the downtown which in and of itself is an experience with great shops and restaurants. The amenities were much appreciated! A heated pool, spa, fire pit and my favorite the cozy hammock. The property manager Josh and the owner David were so hospitable and accommodating. The home is a amazing mid century modern property. Close to the airport and downtown shops and restaurants. Palm Springs is very tough on noise but we did not find it to be too big a burden.

Perfect for couples
We had 5 couples for a long holiday weekend. The house was as presented online. It was great having our own bathrooms. Location was within walking or biking distance distance to downtown.

Wonderful New Year Stay
The house is beautiful. Location is perfect for hikes & golf. Lovely pool. The owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the BBQ. The kitchen is well stocked but not for complicated cooking. Noise from living room area can be heard in all bedrooms so best for everyone to retire at the same time.
Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Holiday!
Our family of 5 enjoyed a relaxing week at this beautiful villa and celebrated Christmas there. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and outdoor space was perfect for our kids. We spent every day in the pool/spa and night time cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. There is a great park nearby where we played tennis twice. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking and takeout from restaurants (due to COVID). David was awesome with providing recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly. We will hopefully return one day soon! Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your property!

Amazing property, layout worked great for the 6 of us. All amenities at our finger tips. Greeter had all info and recommended fabulous Mexican dinner location. Pool and spa very enjoyable. Would definitely return again.

Perfect place for a Palm Springs stay!
We rented all three houses during Modernism Week as we were a major sponsor and had multiple people working and hosting customers over a two week period. Palms at Park proved to be a perfect location and set-up for us as everyone had their own private space - bedroom and bathroom. All three houses are beautiful, immaculate and well-equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The location was great as it was halfway between the airport and downtown Palm Springs - 5 minutes in either directions. Since our group was there for so long it really made it feel more like home to come back to "our house" after working instead of a hotel. Frank, David and the local concierge, Vince were incredibly accommodating and enjoyable to work with during our planning and the entire stay. We were honestly a little worried about the noise restriction policy but we did not have any issues. It is technically a Palm Springs city ordinance; therefore not unique to Palms at Park homes. One of the best vacation rental experiences ever!
We had a remarkable experience at Palms at Park. The property is conveniently located in a mid century neighborhood that is very close to the center of town. The pristine home is beautifully designed and it has exceptional mountain views. The pool and spa area is 5 star resort quality with its fountains and pool chaise lounges submerged in the shallow ends. We look forward to escaping the cold and returning to Palm Springs sunshine and this fabulous home again next year!

The property was awesome -
The owners and team were fantastic and very accommodating throughout our stay. I will rent this home again when I return to Palm Springs the location was short drive to downtown , the pool awesome... make sure in the winter you ask for it to be heated we did and well worth it.

We'll Be Back!
We stayed here last weekend for my bachelorette party and it was AMAZING. We slept 9 girls comfortably and lounged by the pool most of the days. David and team were extremely helpful, prompt and gave great recommendations for places to go/eat at. We'll be back!

Perfect Luxury Estate for our Corporate Retreat
Palms at Park was the perfect location for our company's annual corporate retreat. The homes are brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The fancy bath amenities, down pillows and high end furnishings throughout really impressed everyone in our group. The houses are in a beautiful mid century neighborhood in central Palm Springs. It was just a couple of minutes in an Uber to get to the middle of downtown. The homes are very private and secure which is something our executive team requires during a retreat. There was fast internet and big flat screen TVs for presentations. There are large great rooms and well appointed kitchens with 2 islands in each home which made it very conducive to holding meeting and having lovely cocktail hours. David and Frank graciously helped us with everything we needed before and during our stay. They made organizing and executing the retreat very easy and seamless. We look forward to returning next year.

Fantastic place for multi-family getaway
We visited as a group of 3 families (all of whom have young kids). We loved the place and had a fantastic time. Well appointed and in a nice location. Perfect trip. The owner (David) was great to deal with.

Exquisite Vacation Rental
Upon walking into the villa all I could say was that everything looked amazing. The backyard pool area was very spacious with an amazing pool and fire pit. The lounge chairs and umbrellas made the experience very peaceful and relaxing. The interior was upgraded with all new fixtures and wonderful furnishings. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Palm Springs. Thank you David, Frank, and the rest of your staff for making my vacation so great. I highly recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Palm Springs!
