We had a great stay at Mary’s place. The condo is very clean and organized (pull out sofa isn’t the most comfortable though). Mary is very responsive. Seapointe Village location and amenities are excellent. Highly recommend.

We have been visiting Diamond Beach for years but this was our first time staying in Mary's home, and at Seapointe Village. It was simply perfect. Mary's home is spacious, clean, and in an excellent location in Seapointe Village. And Seapointe Village has so much to offer - pools, basketball court, playground. We had the best time. Can't wait to hopefully stay here again next year!

We loved our stay at Mary’s in Seapointe Village. Her home was lovely and she had everything you would need for the week and more! We were even offered the use of her beach locker which was tremendously helpful for us.
Mary’s instructions were so well written and it was seamless to check in. She was prompt in replying to msgs and ensured we understood everything. Her home was so tranquil.
The area of the property was perfect for little kids being it was right next to the pool for their age. The resort has tons of ammeters to make it the perfect week family vacation.
I would highly recommend renting Mary’s unit.

Perfection! This is our second year staying in the unit and we plan on coming here for years to come. The property is beautiful and has so much to offer. Our two children are never bored with multiple pools, playgrounds, basketball courts and fire pits for s’mores at night. The beach is just a short walk and is picturesque.it is also worth mentioning the owner Mary is so sweet and very attentive. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice stay. Enjoyed the Seapoint. Utilized the beach, pools, grills, tennis court. Would have liked the pool by center court to be open later, as during the day it was overrun by young families & was difficult to find a peaceful spot. Overall though, enjoyable vacation.

My wife and 2 kids stayed for the week (ages
2 and 5). We had a blast, the condo is on the same floor as the pool and outside area (convenient and accessible). The pool area is amazing with 5 pools connect with a slide, the kids really enjoyed it. The condo is located in a gated community which is well kept after, garden flowers everywhere and additional amenities such as tennis and a fire pit and grills throughout.
Mary is great, very responsive. we got to meet her neighbors who were all very friendly. Overall this was our best stayed at the beach in 3 years of coming to wildwood. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place.

My family and I returned to this unit at SeaPointe for a second year in a row. We had a wonderful trip and could not be happier with our stay and our overall experience with Mary. She is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My two toddlers loved the condo and you can not beat the proximity to the pools and beach. This was the BEST vacation we have ever been on. This property has everything you could want. Multiple pools, easy beach access, playgrounds, fire pits you name it this place had it. Our room was very clean and cozy and we plan to make this an annual vacation!

Another fantastic week at Diamond Beach!
We had another wonderful week at the amazing Seapointe Village. This is our 3rd year visiting the property and it continues to be a hidden gem of the Jersey shore. The property has everything that a family of 4 would want. The pools are big and well kept and have plenty of features to keep kids entertained. The beach has the softest sand and the waves are always calmer than northern shore beaches. The condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us and is in perfect condition and very clean. The new couches were a great addition and matched the beach decor. Mary is a great host and a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to another year at the condo!

Great home base for a beach week
Very clean and comfortable. Pull out bed was good for my kids who are 6 and 7 and bed in bedroom was good for adults. Appliances were in good working order. Property was great - pools were awesome and beach is beautiful with soft sand and shallow water. Definitely recommend.

Great location, great owner
This is our second year renting from Mary and we had a wonderful experience. She is very communicative and the unit is in a great location. A little disappointed that seapointe cut the pool hours the second day of our stay due to staff shortages but that is not a reflection on Mary or her unit.

Fantastic vacation
My family had a wonderful time during our week at Seapointe Village. The condo was perfect! Bright, clean, and nearby the pool with the slide for kids. The property had all that a family with a 7 and 5 year old could ask for. Whether it was building sand castles at the private beach, swimming in one of the 4 pools or making s’mores at night in the fire pit. The close proximity to the boardwalk and Cape May was convenient as well. We are looking forward to making this a yearly vacation. Thank you Mary for your hospitality!

Wonderful and charming beach condo unit!
This one bedroom condo unit is fantastic! It was super clean and tastefully decorated. We are a family 3 with a 6 year old and it was the perfect size for us. The proximity to the Centre Court pools and amenities was very convenient. It was walking distance to a few restaurants, a small market, mini-golf and an ice cream shop. It was also only a short few minutes walk to Diamond Beach. The availability of a beach locker was a great convenience because we could leave our beach gear at the beach instead of leaving it in the garage or in our car. Mary, the owner, was very responsive to our questions and made our stay much more enjoyable. We appreciated the extras like a new shower curtain liner, bath mats, dish towels and an oven mitt. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Seapointe Village and looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Great vacation for a small family!
We had a great family vacation at Seapointe and appreciate how responsive and communicative Mary was to work with. We were pleased with the COVID precautions both Seapointe and Mary put in place. Thank you Mary for the fresh bath mat, shower curtain liner, and kitchen towels and mitts, that was a nice touch. The grounds of Seapointe are beautiful and the pool right in front of Centre Court is great for little ones. My son is 7 and loved it. We explored 3 of the 4 pools on the property and they were all great, especially the beach front one. The beach cubby was awesome to reduce how far you have to lug your chairs and sand toys. It is a 4/5 minute walk to the top of the beach (with a slow moving 7 year old). There was a tropical storm and we didn't lose power at all and Mary was great about checking up on us. Bring some DVDs in case of a rainy day/night. FYI if you are meeting other friends staying nearby, the first 50 ft of beach at the shoreline is public access.

A lovely week at the shore. The location was excellent with easy access to the child’s pool area. The condo itself was clean, efficient and tastefully decorated. Our host was extremely accommodating and even went a step further in providing dish towels, bath mats & shower curtain liners. The beach area was beautiful. We loved this vacation so much we are looking into buying a place of our own!

Truly our BEST family vacation ever!
Right from the start, Mary was truly amazing to work with! The condo unit was immaculate, bright, and the perfect size and accommodations for our family of four. As soon as we opened the door to this lovely unit on our arrival, we knew we had made the best decision. The entire complex was amazing at Seapointe. There was so much to do and we truly wished we had another week to do more! The location of this unit was perfect; with being so close to the Centre Court pool and a quick walk to the beach was the perfect setting for our very active and relaxing vacation that we wanted. All of the special touches provided by Mary were very much appreciated; the beach themed towels, shower curtain, and bath mat to name a few! Having the cubby right on the beach to store our beach chairs made all of our daily adventures seamless. We can't thank Mary enough for all of her trustworthiness and responsiveness in booking this trip. We would most definitely book again with Mary and with this perfect unit. You will thank yourself and Mary again and again just like we have!

This condo was very clean and the location was great for our family. Steps away from all the activities pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts.
We have stayed in a lot of places in Seapointe Village and we really enjoy this location. Plus nothing beats the cubby on the beach it was a huge help. We ended our beach day placing all our items in there no need to drag your stuff back to your car each time. Lastly Mary took extra steps with COVID to keep each renter safe with a new shower curtain, mat and kitchen towels upon our arrival. You won’t be disappointed we had a wonderful week.

Peace & Quiet
This Seapointe condo was so peaceful and quiet, I wondered if we were the only ones on property, which we weren’t. Mary was very organized in the rental of the property and providing deviled information for our stay. The location was close to the playground and two pools which was great. The only downfall-to no fault of Mary- is the pool closest to the condo closed Tuesday after we arrived and never reopened. The larger pool closest to the beach was awesome and my family and I spent hours just hanging out there. The trolley was right outside of the gates which made it easy to get to the boards as walking there is not an option if you have little kids, too far. Overall, our family had a great time and enjoyed ourselves very much.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the pools and beach. Great location to spend time in Wildwood and Cape May. Very relaxing. Everything was right there and exactly as described by the owner.
