Location was great, everything else at the hotel was terrible

Not much, very old and unkept almost every guest was smoking either cigarettes or weed. Very disappointed. The gentleman at check in was very helpful and pleasant.

It was a block from the boardwalk. Dave was very nice and check in/out went smooth. Had good tv stations and was able to get food deliveries.

The room smelled weird, the sheets and towels didnt smell like they had been bleached (that's a thing for my wife) and there was hair in the shower that was not ours. The pillows were flat, the bed was hard, bouncy and not the most comfortable.

Great proximity to the beach, sea shell ice cream spot is right next door and the owner Dave is kind and accommodating! The hotel was very quiet and had all the amenities we needed to have a nice trip. Dave pointed out all of the coupon books he had on display which helped me save money on some of the activities and dining!

The room was not clean and the fridge barely worked. The owner did not seem to care when the issues were addressed.

Excellent location ! Right next to the boardwalk and the beach! Really nice staff, always there to help.

Bed are more or less comfortable but still good for quality/price, if your not too picky on the bed than everything else is great

The room was comfortable and clean. The plumbing needs some attention.

There are some places that could use some freshening up and the bathroom sink needs pretty prompt attention.
