The house was everything it was advertised and more. We had everything we needed, for all ages. We ranged in age from 9 months to 70, and no one lacked for comfort. The grounds are beautiful, the home is comfortable, the beach is easily accessible. I would absolutely stay again and bring my family.

We loved our stay at this wonderful townhouse. The beach and pool access were very convenient. We enjoyed the private beach and free beach set up. The beach service gentleman even had great things to say about the owner. The townhouse was updated and had every convenience that we needed. The house was clean and was exactly like the pictures. The owners were friendly and explained things perfectly. Overall we can’t say enough good things about the place. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

We love the location of this property. It’s easy to go back and forth from the beach to the home (even for little kid potty breaks!). Also right next to the pool, we love it. I have been in a number of the other southbay townhomes, and this one was my favorite from a decor/cleanliness standpoint.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It is such a cute, homey, beach house. The beds were super comfortable and it was very clean. The proximity to the beach was great as we had young children in our group and the walk was super easy for them. It is also right next door to the pool which was also a huge plus for us. Having the chair service was an awesome bonus. Being able to grab our bag and head down to the beach and not have to lug any chairs around was incredibly nice. The host was also extremely nice and was quick and helpful in answering any questions we had along the way. We will definitely book here again! 10/10 stay!

From the beginning, everything went smoothly. All of my questions were answered almost immediately before arrival. Check in was easy. We did not experience any maintenance issues. Everything was as described/pictured. We loved being next to the pool and a very short walk to the breathtaking beaches. The location is near everything. The home was equipped with everything our family needed during our stay. We are already excited to rebook for next year.

Another amazing stay in this house, it is our second time and plan on coming back next year. Perfect spot for beach and pool time. It is a beautiful unit. Love the updates and the oversized beach towels added this time. We enjoyed every minute of our time here. We had the best vacation ever. Our 2 year old and 4 year old had so much fun. Owners are super responsive and so nice as well. Wouldn’t change a thing about our stay.

Our single issue with the patio sliding door was responded to quickly.
Washer and dryer were well used, with rust visible on the dryer top. All towels were rough and scratchy even though quite plush, apparently fairly new. Fabric softener didn't help the situation.

We have used VRBO several times over the years. The Destin FL experience was one of the best. It started with host Patrick Greene. He communicated clearly, often within minutes of a question. He and his cleaning staff were able to accommodate all requests. The property was extremely clean and very well appointed. Located in a quiet area, it is next to the swimming pool and a very short walk to a beautiful beach.
Everything worked as advertised and made the stay very enjoyable. The addition of two chairs and an umbrella included in the rental fee was great. Extra chairs and umbrellas are available for a reasonable fee. Ask for
Taylor, he will hook you up.

It was a great location. Super close to the beach and a short walk or drive for shoping. It was great and clean and well kept I would book it again. If I had to give it a negative it would be a bit hard to find the first time and for ordering out its hard for them to have an exact location. Thats it. Thats the only negative thing I can thank of so over all a great place woth it.

We are a family with young children (1, 4, 6 yo), and spent a week in this rental. It was clean, and matched photos. The owners were responsive and helpful, even ahead of the trip. The beach attendant (who knows all of the units) said that this rental was one of the best on the property, as the owners really do care about keeping it up etc. We would totally consider coming back!
We loved it as a family with small kids because:
- It was a short walk to an amazing stretch of private beach- white sand and crystal clear water. Not crowded and perfect for small kids.
- It was directly next to the pool (our baby monitor reached the pool deck!)
- It has a small but nice back patio enclosed on 3 sides for our small kids to play in while we used the grill etc.
- All bedrooms were close together upstairs and we found it was well insulated from the downstairs noise. (And the master closet can easily fit a pack and play!)
- They had a huge selection of beach/pool toys for us to use.
- They had a cabinet of games, puzzles and a huge variety of DVD movies.
If you booked or plan to book, please note that they do not provide any pantry/food items (No salt, pepper etc.), laundry detergent, or lots of extra trash bags (2 for the kitchen provided). They provide very minimal shampoo (not enough to fuel a family for a week at the beach). This is all totally fine, but something to note so you can plan ahead!

Can’t wait to come back and stay at this perfect townhome. We had a group of 8 and it suited us perfectly! Right next to the pool which was so amazing, and literally steps to the beautiful beach! I’m already ready to be back!

We had a wonderful time. This unit was equipped with everything you could need. Booster seats even for our 1 year old. We enjoyed the games and books supplied. Enjoyed the back patio area. It was well kept and we also enjoyed the grill. Perfect location for a family with little ones. It was easy steps to the kiddie pool. And just a very short stroll to the beach. The umbrellas were so nice at the beach. We even enjoyed some fishing at the lake.
The housekeeping company and owner were above helpful. Respond almost instantly. And really make your stay comfortable and go smoothly. Couldn’t ask for better owners.
Location is perfect as well. Close to Walmart and the Pancakery (highly recommend). Among other places. Is just a short drive to anything you could need or want.
Definitely recommend. This was our first time to Destin and we are already looking to come back.

This is our 3rd time to the complex and second time in this unit. I loved the updates they did to the extra counter space/drink refrigerator since our last visit, you can tell the owner really cares about the guest experience. Great beach and comfy beds. If you do go and plan to eat in a lot - bring extra paper towels and trash bags - not a big deal but a friendly tip.

We had a house full and it worked out great! The beds and couches were comfy. The living room was spacious enough for a pop up play area for my baby. The kitchen is narrow but it worked out great to keep the kids out. It was amazing to have a washer and dryer so we did laundry everyday. We ran the dishwasher every other day. We had plenty of space to store our snacks for the kids. We grilled out 3 times out of our 6 nights. The owners were very prompt with replying. Our last night we had a storm that knocked the power out. It came back on within 20 mins. The walk to the beach is super easy, specially when you have a baby and older kids and have a lot to carry. This is an end unit and it is right next to the pool. The pool was nice. Very family friendly. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We had a great time in this unit. We stayed for a week and we took advantage of the tennis courts, pool and the beautiful gulf beach. This unit is so close to everything you could possibly need in the area. Highly recommend this unit and renting this unit from the owners.
Patrick was very thoughtful in that he contacted us prior to arrival to let us know the exterior of all the buildings had just been repainted a different color. He didn’t want us looking for the old color. We thought that was very thoughtful. We hope to be back in the near future again.

Our family go to Destin every year. This is the second year we rented this property and still love it. The property is very clean and has everything we needed to use fir six days. Convenient to beach and pool.
The property was wonderful. Very clean. Everything worked great. It was right next door to the pool but the townhouse was very quiet. You couldn't hear anything from outside. Very close to the beach and a nice private beach. Not a lot of people. We had a 11 month old, 3 yr old and 4 adults. Living/dining/kitchen area was a comfortable size. Highly recommend this property.
