.. UNA VISTA DESDE EL ARCO DE UN BARCO! Exquisita comodidad. Lo único que excede la calidad del hogar es la calidad de la vista. Relájese con elegancia en nuestra casa recientemente remodelada frente al mar en la costa de Mendocino o úsela como base para visitar las muchas atracciones locales. Escuche el Océano Pacífico mientras hace una barbacoa o vea las estrellas mientras se sienta en la bañera de hidromasaje por la noche. Ver las aves marinas en alza a la altura de los ojos. El otoño y la primavera llevan a las ballenas a la costa en sus migraciones anuales. I cannot say enough positive things about this property!!! The location is ideal and the house itself is beautiful and stocked with anything that you would need. Having the beach just a few steps away was just wonderful. My family has commented a few times already that we wish we could go back. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous home where we could make memories that will last a lifetime.

It’s always great when a property lives up to your expectations, but even better when it surpasses those expectations! This house was an amazing property with high end yet comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It is as if the owners knew what they would need if they were walking in for a stay and then made sure they provided it for their guests. We frequently come to the coast but wanted something special to share with visiting family from across the country. We were all left with wonderful memories of the incredible ocean view, evening bonfires and an incredible home. We hope to return soon.

I searched high and low to find the perfect spot to have a gathering of 5 women to celebrate our good friends 50th birthday and this house and location was just perfect. From the moment you drive through the gate and walk through the door all you see is the ocean below. The pictures don't do this house and property justice. You have your own private walkway to the beach that we used everyday during low tide and explored tide pools below. The kitchen is set up for some serious entertaining and we barely left the property the 4 nights we were there.
The views were world-class of the cliffs and the ocean. We were so sad to leave and will be back soon!

Although there was non stop rain and hiking was not an option, this was the perfect house to just relax in and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Spectacular view of the ocean with many comfortable seating options. Well appointed kitchen and home. We plan on returning to this special place.

My wife and I had an excellent stay just the two of us. We will definitely be back for another getaway and will be planning another stay with our kids and grandkids. We loved the house and location. This was our first time to Fort Bragg. What a great town.
The house is in great shape which we really appreciate.

The house overlooks the ocean waves crashing on the rocks. Staying there is a vacation in itself, but there are so many places nearby to visit. We walked to a nearby park to see more of the ocean, and there are many shops, restaurants and natural wonders a short drive away.
The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, tea and coffee. All the pans and dishes you need are provided.
We hope to stay again someday.

My wife and I searched for the perfect location to share a special day with each other and family and are so glad to have found this home for rent. The pictures DO do this home and location justice, because you get exactly what you see in the pictures but experiencing it all in person is like a dream. With 6 adults and 2 kids the house is big enough for everyone to have their own space alone and together both inside and out. You have no choice but to relax with the amazing views from the living room and the faint sound of waves crashing. Step outside into the huge and very private yard on the edge of a bluff and you realize this is probably the most perfect home available to rent in the area. The nightly cost is very reasonable, but does add up after 3 nights and fees, but no hotel can compare on any level with such space, views, and privacy inside and out. This was also our first time renting a home like this and the entire experience was excellent with zero issues with very good, detailed communication from the owners.

We love it here! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the property since 2010, and honestly, if it was in our travel budget to stay more frequently, we absolutely would. Spotlessly clean, stylish décor, well stocked...and that's even before you mention the most amazing view on the coast.

This was our second time here. We had a very relaxing stay. There is nothing like the sound of the waves crashing. The bed I slept in the first time I came was super comfy so I opted for another room this time. That bed was just as comfortable. This place has all the cooking and bathroom amenities you need. We have stayed here before and it was a great experience then and again this time.

The house was a perfect place to relax and reconnect. The view of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and shell hunting. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We hope to make a return trip in the future.

Hands down, the nicest place I have ever rented. It was 6 stars all around. Clean, beautiful, well appointed, and what a location.
The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the tools that a chef needs to have around them. It was clear to all of us that this is not just a rental, but a home where the owners come to spend time. So many rentals don't understand how important is to have a great kitchen.
We spent lots of time out by the fire pit, during the day and at night. The property is expansive and quite private, which is something valued for a vacation.
We did show up early (to sit out by the fire pit and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. There is NO need to check in early, as the housekeeper worked until checkin time. We made sure to stay out of her way, until she signaled that she was finished.
I hope we can book this again, but it appears we will need to do this well in advance, since it is pretty well (and deservedly so) booked up.
Oh, forgot to mention that we did NOT have to strip the beds and wash the linens and towels. I can't tell you how many rentals ask you to do that, even though we are required to pay a hefty cleaning fee. Doing that basically makes your last day become nothing but cleaning. I really appreciate that fact that we did not have to do the chores.

This was our third time staying at a New World. The views are incredible. We went in March and saw whales, all day, from the living room window. The beach access is exceptional. The house has everything you need and was incredibly clean. We will be going again!

This place was fabulous! We could not have been more impressed with the property! We have already booked another family stay for November next year, and a stay for my husband's 50th bday in March.
The very small critiques would be a bit more clear instructions on how to get hot water in the hallway bath, and a little more supply of paper towels and toilet tissue. But obviously nothing that would detour us from staying again!!!!

So beautiful and memorable that this was our second time staying at the property and we look forward to booking it again in the future! Top notch in every way…views, amenities, and location. All the comforts of home—we appreciate the thought and attention the owners put into their property, especially the well-appointed kitchen. Our 4-year-old also loved playing with the sand toys provided. Thank you for another amazing family trip!
One consideration that may be important to some prospective guests is that the Wi-Fi is very spotty. Even after following the reset instructions several times, it was still in and out. Definitely not good for streaming shows/movies or video calls. This was not a big deal for us, but may be for other guests.
