Beachfront Studio- panoramic beach to bay views!
Las vistas panorámicas le esperan desde las cómodas sillas altas en su balcón privado. Este estudio es el lugar perfecto para un retiro de playa asequible. Se ha actualizado recientemente en el estilo costero con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito, muebles nuevos y seguro que le gustará. Una cómoda cama queen y un sofá cama Queen permiten que hasta 4 personas compartan el espacio. La cocina está totalmente equipada para preparar la comida durante su estancia. Un televisor de 50 "y Blue Ray con cable y wifi lo mantendrán conectado durante su estadía. Incluso ofrecemos sillas de playa, paraguas, un pequeño refrigerador y toallas de playa para nuestros huéspedes.
La playa está a un corto paseo a través del garaje de estacionamiento del primer piso y la piscina cerrada y el área de la bañera de hidromasaje. El estacionamiento es gratis. Tenemos estacionamiento gratuito en frente del edificio y otro lote al otro lado de la calle.
La colchoneta de lavandería está en el segundo piso.

Our studio room was great priced and all that we needed. We loved that they provided us with beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards! The bathroom and elevator got toasty with no air vent, but other than that, we can’t wait to come back!

The condo was tidy and well-appointed for the size. We made dinner in the kitchenette with no challenges. I usually bring a few core kitchen items when we stay in a condo. But, this time I didn’t. And there was no need.
The building itself, however, was a little worn
and rusty.

Pros: Great views from balcony. Short walk to beach. Non-crowded beach. Well stocked with towels, kitchenette stuff.
Cons: Older building in need of repairs. The room smelled bad. Slow, hot elevator. Property info says there's a Smart TV but there's not, so we didn't get to watch our Netflix shows. They also say they provide umbrella and chairs but when we called about the broken umbrella, we never got a return call, so we paid $20/day to rent one. The smart TV and umbrella were two of the reasons we booked this unit.

Everything was wonderful and as described only one confusing incident when the fire alarms went off and everyone evacuated. Thankfully it was a false alarm but a lot of the people were saying it happens frequently not sure if that’s true but in all we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place for a single. The view from balcony was great. TV Didn't work, issue resolved. But who needs Tv when you can sit on the balcony and chill. Access to beach great and restaurants also. The only minus was parking.

Everything as advertised. Especially liked the included umbrella, boogie boards, chairs, and cooler that made us beach pros on day 1. We had a good time. We'll come back again.

Everything was within walking distance. The beach is right out the back exit. The pool was great. We needed a break from the sun and the pool was nice and shaded.

A few maintenance related items existed but not enough to affect our stay. Great area and we had a great vacation.

The room was very comfortable including the bed. The view from the balcony was perfect- the beach to your left and the rest of the island and Queen Isabella Bridge to your right. Everything you needed for the beach was included- beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels... This we appreciated A LOT! Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely do it again.

The condo was cute. Everything was clean. Very simple decor. Nice view from the balcony of the ocean. Very close to everything, but it IS a small island! Only had one issue, it rained one day while we were there and the roof leaked. We were on the top story. I did contact management and let them know. But luckily when the rain stopped, the leaking stopped and it was our last night there anyway, so hopefully after we left, they were able to get it fixed. What I really thought was awesome was that they provide beach towels, a huge umbrella and chairs for the the beach. Although we didn’t get a chance to actually go out and just sit on the beach. We had other activities we were doing. But trust me, next time there will be a day spent just chilling on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit, the unit was clean and fully stocked and in an excellent location. the beach access was wonderful, walking distance to food/grocery, and pet friendly. Anytime we needed anything from Laura she quickly responded. I would highly recommend staying with Laura!

Condo allowed our big dog. Ms Breedlove responded quickly when internet quit working. Balcony allows view of both gulf and bay. Had beach chairs for guest to use. If your needs will allow for a studio configuration, would recommend

Perfect location!
Right on the beach. We used the balcony to have coffee and loved the view. The property is safe and clean. We will definitely stay here again

We stayed for a few days and it was the perfect location. We love being only steps from the beach and in the center of everything. E even walked to Wanna Wannas for lunch and drinks. Well stocked and nicely decorated...but I'm partial to starfsh too, so it made our stay extra pleasant.

Check in was a breeze, pictures listed of the property are exactly as it is. Myself and two young children stayed for several days, and although it is a studio, there was plenty of room for the three of us. View from the balcony was amazing, overlooking both the beach and the town. Everything was clean and tidy, we had no issues whatsoever. Next time we're in the area we will be staying again 🏖

Weekend getaway.
The property was the perfect size for a couple, the walk to the beach was so convenient. I was able to make breakfast in kitchenette that was fully stocked with pots & pans necessary. There were plenty of towels for both beach and showering. The bed was adjustable and so comfortable. The view was great also. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back!

Perfect!
This was the perfect condo for our small family. The pack and play fit perfectly between the couch & bed. Beach access was very easy and parking was always available. Perfect view of the bay for fireworks and beach for the sunrise. Loved it.
