Property is well equipped to handle the advertised bed count. Loads of towls, etc. Kitchen very well stocked for large groups. Everything we needed. Property Manager is a five-star hero. Super responsive and friendly to boot. The property has virtually zero outside seating which is a minor deduction. If it had a deck facing north it would be too good to be true.

We had a fun weekend with 3 families of 4. This house was more than big enough for our group and very well located. It was nice and private in the back while still being walkable to Keystone Resort. Check in was easy and the host accommodated an early check in for our group. The home shows some wear and tear but has been well taken care of. The main dishwasher was broken while we were there which was a pain for our large group of 6 adults and 6 kids to either take the dishes to the lower level or hand wash. And the hot tub was not functional on our first night. Though we understand the reasoning, this was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we booked. Also be aware that the loft with the bunk room is open to below so we had to stay quiet after we put the kids to bed. Overall this is a great spot for a large group, especially with kids.

House worked great for our group. The set up of the bedrooms and loft area was just what we needed. Kids enjoyed the loft area to play and sleep as well as the hot tub! We cooked all of our meals at the house and it has all of the things we needed. Great communication from property manager about check in and with Maitenence during the week. It was strange that there was only a few dishwasher tablets, that’s an easy thing to have enough of for guests but looked like they only left enough for one per day. Everything else was stocked well. Great overall stay.

This house and location was perfect. We had a fabulous time with our family. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, plenty of room for family meals, and incredible views.

This rental was perfect for our group of 4 families traveling with kids ranging from 5 years old to 17. There was lots of room for everyone and it felt very homey. Loved that we were so close to River Run and Mountain House parking lots, it was very easy just driving across the street and down a little bit. Another plus was the fact that the house backed up to a hill with plenty of space to run around and play and explore! No neighbors on the back side of the house at all. Definitely recommend this house if you are traveling with kids! It was also stocked with large pots and pans to make big meals! And there were a few slow cookers. Awesome!

Mountain House was a great stay for our group! I appreciated the plenty of extra towels provided in the bathrooms as well as fully stocked shower toiletries and necessities. The kitchen was also stock with seasonings and essentials with plenty of kitchenware. Multiple seating areas for everyone to enjoy their meals and to accommodate for our game nights! The hot tub was a HIT! Everyone enjoyed going in after a full days of skiing. Appreciated the giant 2 car garage with equipment holders to stash our gear overnight. Another plus is the location! Super close to the Keystone Resort parking lot. Even with traffic it took us maybe 6 minutes to get in and park, and took 3 minutes to get home in the afternoon. The check in process was a bit strange as we had to go to the property office to pick up the keys, so hopefully this part can be updated to a Smart Lock to eliminate this step in the future. Luckily we didn't have to go to drop off the keys at check out. One of the rooms wasn't getting consistent heat, but the downstairs was very toasty for those who like to stay warm. The house feels pretty old with renovations, so you could hear all footsteps and doors closing wherever you were in the house if that effects you. Overall, this house was great for our group and I would recommend staying here.

The house had everything we needed and more. Garage was a great size for all our ski gear and kitchen was well equipped. The table was large enough to fit the whole crew!

Awesome home great location can’t wait to return

14 people different activities all close proximity. (Snow skiing, hiking, shopping) We cooked meals of evenings and kitchen was equipped. Clean, games, fireplace, hot tub-all used and enjoyed.

The house was very spacious with plenty of room and very clean. The property backs up to open space which is beautiful. And there was a bull moose to greet us! Plenty of cooking pans and utensils with some spices already there. Dish washing liquid and dishwasher pods were supplied. Large dining table, plenty of seating. Lots of towels. And my emails were promptly answered by management before our stay. My only critiques were the front door lock was broken and we couldn't unlock it. Finally out of frustration we used the garage code to get it. Would have been nice if there was a note to the effect in the packet we picked up. And the deck is very cramped with large hot tub but the management company did tell me that. But no outdoor table or chairs. There are extra chairs in the closet but what a beautiful view.

The house was clean and well stocked. A lot of stairs and some bedrooms and baths are quite small.

This home had plenty of room for our family vacation-7 adults and 4 children under the age of 8. Close to Dillon where we enjoyed days on the water. Richard was an excellent host-very easy to communicate with and he always responded in a matter of minutes. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay...fantastic location and magnificent view of Keystone from the house

This stay was delightful. The property was clean and well- appointed, and the description of location was accurate. I wasn’t sure how reasonable the walk to the lift would be for the young kids in our party- but it turned out to be just fine. As described, it was a longish but very ‘doable’ walk to the lift for our group, which ranged in ages from 7-70. We found the walk more convenient than walking to the shuttle stop and taking the bus to the main village area, though it was nice to have that option. The hot tub was very nice after an amazing day on the slopes- keystone was a great resort for a range of ages and abilities, and Breckinridge is definitely close enough to enjoy days there as well. Plenty of linens and towels were provided and we appreciated that there was a good selection of spices in the cabinet to pull from for cooking - that isn’t always the case! All-in-all we thoroughly enjoyed the vacation. Thank you very much! We definitely recommend this vacation property.

Mountain View home was home away from home! Checking in was easy and smooth. The home was clean, the hot tub was wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the house. There was plenty of mountainy things to do nearby. The house itself was nice, but it needs updating and several appliances and other features were not working very well.

Loved this property! Great size for our family with 4 teen/adult kids and two dogs. Well furnished, kitchen nicely stocked. Very clean and found everything we needed to remain very comfortable all week. The dryer could use a repair or replacement…it made a very loud squeaking noise when running and took 2-3 cycles to dry a load. This was our first time staying in the Keystone area and we really enjoyed it!

This house was perfect for our family gathering! Ages 20 to 80, everyone loved the space and had a wonderful time! The location and views are amazing! Thank you!

Great house for family reunion. Only issues was a neighbors dog was not on leash and attacked our dog was we were walking on the road with out dogs on a leash.

Property was nice. Items such as cooking utensils, paper products, etc. were above expectations, as was the view. Check in and check out was very smooth.

While the house has some wear and tear, it was clean, comfortable and handled our group of 8 no problem. We never even went to the upstairs loft area. Loved the access to the open space out the back deck. Could be cleaned up a bit back there, but the Lodge Pole Teepee was awesome and walking around out back was so nice in the mornings. We had plenty of room for meals in the dining/kitchen area. Nice to have the room downstairs too for spreading out a bit. Location was great! Overall we loved this place and talked about a return trip next Summer!

We had a great experience staying at the Eagles Nest. The house was clean, well kept, organized, and professionally managed. The location is conveniently close to shops, bike/ ski rentals, and restaurants but the neighbored is very quiet and safe.

My family and my sister’s family enjoyed our time at this house. There was so much space that the 10 of us were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially clean. The hot tub was a great way to soak away the aches from travel and hiking.

After months of no travel and an inability to see one another, we finally got togetber in Keystone. The house is very comfortable, with more than enough room for tbe 7 of us. Our main activity was hiking and there were many trails close by. If you are traveling with small children, be sure to bring a couple of safety gates as there are a lot of stairs! Everything was perfect but we wish the owner would add outside seating - the weather was so perfect we would have loved to eat outside.
