We enjoyed our stay in the unit in D'Terrace, which is a very nice and convenient condo building near Los Muertos beach. The amenities are great and the unit is very comfortable. The check in was very easy and the host was very communicative and was also kind enough to coordinate earlier check in, would look to stay here again.

Casa muñoz was the perfect spot for our spring Mexico trip to Puerto Vallarta. We loved the location of the little grocery store around the corner where we got supplies, and great homemade Mexican cooking. We were about a block from the beach where we enjoyed the El Dorado Beach club more than once and dinners at La palapa and El Dorado restaurant. We enjoyed Coco's kitchen for breakfast a couple of days and my husband cooked the other days where there were plenty of supplies to do so. The layout was great for two couples and it supplied plenty of privacy for each. We would definitely come back again. Thank you so much.

Condos are so much better than hotels! The small family store around the corner had everything you would need to breakfast and lunches. Dinners, you have to go out and experience all the great restaurants PV has.
The pool area was amazing! It was nice that the pool area has a refridge to use. Just know that it is usually off and turn it on but the switch on the right hand side.

Casa Munoz was wonderful. Modern and very well kept. And that roof top pool, was a great way to spend the day or watching the sunsets, wow!!
JB was very efficient at returning questions that we had. The location of the condo was perfect proximity to the beach and we all felt completely safe at all times of day. Close to so many restaurants, we had a hard time choosing and try something different for every meal. Using Uber was easy and they all picked us up at the door or dropped us off. We had had great 2 week vacation. Thank you for making it over the top!!!

The condo was very clean and spacious. There were just two of us but four people would be very comfortable. Kitchen was nice with full size and modern appliances. The washer and dryer have been upgraded from what you see in the photos, quiet and large capacity. Someone had commented that it wasn't a family friendly location, and somewhat noisy. There's not much for kids to do in the area, but we didn't find it noisy, other than the usual neighborhood sounds, and quiet in the evening. Close to everything you need/want; beach, bars, restaurants, shopping. An excellent place in my opinion and would stay here again.

This property is really lovely for a stay in PV. The location is great. The condo is beautiful and clean. The amenities in the building are great (pool, hot tub, fitness center). There were just a couple of things I didn't love that wouldn't be dealbreakers for me staying again, but that people should probably be aware of going in. First, the primary bedroom and bathroom are not really separated. There is only a glass wall between them, so there's not much privacy if you're sharing the room with anyone. Second, the building has a lot of rules. For example, you can't have more than two guests (which was fine, but sometimes it's nice to be able to have a few friends over for drinks), and you have to wear a stupid wrist band the entire time you stay there, which was pretty annoying. Otherwise, this place is really great though. Would recommend as long as you can deal with the minor annoyances above.

A lovely, clean, well-appointed condo in the heart of Amapas. Quiet haven with fabulous roof deck and pool. Friendly and helpful doorman. Great and supportive property management. Only suggestion would be to clean the BBQ between guests. Would definitely stay there again and refer friends.

This was our 3rd stay at this condo it was as perfect as the last 2 visits. Modern and decor is attractive and not cluttered. The condo is lovely, clean, open, sunny, balcony faces north so it can be used all day. Quiet area is a blessing. Owner and condo staff are responsive, friendly and get the little minor stuff fixed in a jiffy. Walk easily to old town and lots of nice places to shop and eat.

The hosts were amazing at responding and helping us with anything we needed. Everything in the condo was as it says it would be. The only thing I would have changed is the main rooms(living and kitchen) didn’t ever get as cold as we prefer them. Now the bedrooms were fantastic!!!

Gorgeous Apartment
My daughter and I spent one week in this beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, all the little details have been given consideration. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well supplied. The rooftop deck is stunning and a wonderful place to spend time. The apartment is in the best location....you can walk everywhere. Security is top notch. Make sure you visit the variety store around the corner for fresh fruit, pico and anything else you might need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Week in PV
Overall great place. Just a few minor issues. The place smelled musty, but maybe that's a PV thing? A Glade plug-in helped immensely. Also, the dryer never dried clothes well. We cleaned lint filter, but I suspect the entire dryer exhaust needs a deep vacuum cleaning. The central A/C didn't seem to work great. It never got below 22C so the main area always felt a bit sticky.
But great view, very spacious, and friendly owners and on site employees.

Every aspect of Casa Munoz was designed with beauty & comfort for their guests. Elegant but casual enough to relax. The kitchen was well equipped. I loved how everything matched with a beautiful turquoise color theme. View was perfect, beds comfortable. We loved everything about this property & hope to return. Delightful Experience!
I cannot recommend this place enough. The check-in process was smooth (and all staff were beyond helpful and kind) even for someone who only spoke English. The property manager (JB) was very communicative throughout the entire process -- we felt well informed, safe, and supported the entire time!
The condo is in a prime location (5 minute walk from beaches / restaurants / clothing stores / coffee shops) and there is a cute market nearby (2 min) where you can pick up eggs, fruit, juices, sunscreen, and alcohol!
The rooftop was stunning. Absolutely stunning!!! And the sunsets were gorgeous. We had access to clean bathrooms & showers, a full gym with all the equipment you need, a warm jacuzzi/cold jacuzzi and a breathtaking pool. We did NOT want to leave.
The only recommendations I have would be to turn up the temperature of the warm jacuzzi (as it is very similar to the pool's temperature (and) to get better WiFi access in the condo itself ( a little spotty at times). But honestly, it didn't even matter...you cannot go wrong at D'Terrace. We cannot wait to go back!

Perfectly wonderful
This was our second stay here in 2 years and we were even more appreciative this time. The convenience, tons of Uber cars available, close to the beach and stores but in in quiet area. No loud music at night. The place is so clean and well run. Everything works. It looks even better than the photos.
The owner and on-scene helpers so response. Quiet! Twice the people below us had a party that we could hear if we were on the balcony but not a peep came through inside in the condo.

Casa Munoz felt like home as soon as we stepped in. It had everything we needed, it is very modern, clean and just a piece of heaven (seriously). It has a beautiful view to the old town of PV and an amazing sunset view to the beach from the rooftop infinity pool. The hosts were great too! This is a place I look forward to stay in the future.

This is a beautiful property. It’s very well kept, well decorated (I want some of those furniture pieces) and the common area on the roof is one of the nicest in PV. The security staff were very nice and helpful too. When we come back at the end of the year, we hope to stay here.

He was very thoughtful with lists of restaurants, markets, beaches and other things to do. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. We walked everywhere. Don’t even get me started about the pool!! We have a pool back home and really enjoy it. But the pool at Casa Munoz was AMAZING!! I have a very, very stressful job and the second I saw that pool all of it was gone! It’s the best therapy in the world. Alicia, the admin assistant went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even arranged for our Covid tests, took us to get them, waited with us, then took us back to the condo, she even brought over the hard copies later that day!!! She was so friendly and kind, like so many of the residents in PV!! I cannot say enough positive things about this trip. I can’t imagine staying in a hotel ever again.... Question is, what to do with all my hotel points!?!?!

This was my second time staying at this wonderful unit. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Twenty Four hour security is a plus. Stylish, well-appointed condo close to everything
I had a wonderful stay at JB and Felipe's gorgeous condo. Everything is as pictured, if not better. The condo itself is well-appointed with everything you need for vacation. I loved the tasteful and warm decor. Clearly there's a lot more thought put into their condo than many vacation rentals. The rooftop pool, hot tub, and hang out area is amazing, with breathtaking views if you happen to be there at sunset. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony and a cocktail there some evenings. I would recommend the condo without doubt. JB is incredibly responsive. I had a minor repair issue and he responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly. I've already recommended the condo to a couple of friends who are planning a trip. Definitely would stay again!

Best Puerto Vacation yet!
This was our 4th trip to PVR and our best so far. And much of that was due to this great condo. We have stayed in this building before and we love it and the location. The building is secure and clean and the rooftop pool is awesome. But this condo definitely outshined the previous condo we stayed in. We loved everything about it, from the layout, decor, beds, towels, etc. to the amazing balcony view. Any communication we had to the owners was always answered quickly, even faster than you could hope for. Thanks for the beautiful condo and we are already planning to book it for next year!

5 stars across the board for all categories. The place was as described. Check-in was great. Someone was there to meet us and show us the place and the pool area and give us general instructions. The owners were super responsive. Lightning fast and very helpful. You have to actually see the views and sunset from the pool to fully appreciate it. It’s close walking to the beach. And close walking to bars and an ATM. A market with everything just around the corner. Make sure to pick up some of the delicious homemade guacamole in there too. I hope this place is available on my next trip. I would stay there again no doubt!
