The loft and the entertainment area share one full bathroom are upstairs. The decor inside is nice and quaint. Furniture can use an upgrade since it’s a bit worn/old. But honestly we didn’t even sit on the couch for more than 30 minutes the entire week we were there. Kitchen is fully equipped. Stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher worked great. It was nice to be able to cook up quick and healthy meals on your vacation. The indoor washer and dryer is a huge plus! We needed dry clean socks and mittens for the kids each morning before heading out to snowboard! It’s walking distance to Canyon Lodge but after trying to walk up the hill with ski and snowboards in tow the first day, we told ourselves not to try that again. Over all, it’s a great place to stay for the location and ease of rental procedure ( contactless key pick up and drop off).

The condo is very spacious. Good for the family or for a group.. I will recommend this to any body.. easy check in and easy check out...

It’s a beautiful place. Fan is a little dusty but it works. The windows a bit hard to open but the air feels great.

The cabin was extremely roomy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Plenty of parking on-site. Close to the slopes and the downtown area. The only downside was the showers did not get very hot. I believe management staff may have already fixed this. Overall; a great experience!!!

Condo was great , roomy and very nice . All positive and 2 negatives that weren’t too big of a deal . Trash bags were too weak and twice broke and spilled contents in stairwell but luckily my friend who is a contractor had some heavy duty bags and problem was solved . Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely stay there again . Thanks, Sebastian

Thank you for sharing wonderful spacious home with us, we had a great time and made some wonderful family memories.

We had a group of 9 of us head up to Mammoth for the first time and this place was perfect. It's walking distance to Eagle Lodge for skiiing/snowboarding and a quick 5 mins drive to Tamarack lodge for snowshoeing/crosscountry skiing. We got snowed in one of the days bc of a huge blizzard but the sauna/hot tubs were the perfect alternative. Would highly recommend these accomodations. The only issue we hit was that the doors automatically locked before our check out time and my husband had to climb up the balcony, which luckily we hadn't locked the door yet. Ryan was pretty quick to respond though, so we probably would have been okay either way. Just something to watch out for that morning!! Still highly recommend staying here.

TV and DVR's in everywhere but no HDMI cables to make them work efficiently together. Bed side lamps and vanity lights that don't work. Nice upgrade to master bath spoiled by retention of old chattering fan and unprotected overhead light. For the price you would expect more quality.

Unfortunately, I don’t have too many good things to say on the corner unit that I got. More than half of the casement windows don’t work / can’t be opened due to broken gear or crank. The screen doors were somehow mounted inside the sliding patio door and it won’t stay on the sliding track - in fact it fell down and almost hit me on the head when I was sitting at the sofa nearby. There were 3 non-windowed bathrooms total and 2 of them had non-working exhaust fan. We had to replace 3 light bulbs because they were burnt out. The electrical fuse tripped once due to a bad lamp in one of the bedrooms. The carpet has lots of black stains. Many of the doors squeaks badly begging for a drop of WD-40. The ceiling fan also was really loose, so loose that you don’t dare to use it. On the positive side, the unit is well furnished, parking is good, lots of windows and natural lighting. But overall given the condition, I can’t say I’d recommend.

We're a group of 10 skiers and snowboarders. We stayed in the house for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It's close to the canyon lodge but still too far to carry ski/snow boards to walk there.

We have been Mammoth visitors for 12 years and I hate to post a negative review and never have, but I have to list the cons first. Carpet-disgusting. Change this immediately!!!! We were completely grossed out and no one walked around without shoes/socks on. The furniture is worn and dated. The bedding appears to be from the 80's and assuming comforters are not washed each time, you do the math. There is no TV in the main area, so watching the final four was out for us as a group unless we all wanted to go upstairs into the tiny den. The dryer takes (kid you not) over two hours to dry a load of laundry so plan ahead. The closet upstairs (which held movies and games was in COMPLETE disarray. We reorganized it. Now the positives-it is a great layout and spacious. The master bath has been redone and it is nice. The downstairs bath has an awesome heater, so if you shower in there you stay quite warm. There is underground parking and there is an overflow lot in the back which is nice. Bus stop is number 76 or 77 conveniently located outside the condo. This would be a great place but it is time for a complete redo. The cabinets are beat up. The bedding is dated. The dryer is slow. The carpets should be replaced ASAP. The beds are mediocre. We would not rent again unless there were substantial upgrades. Hopefully, that will be done soon.

It had all the amenities we needed and it was perfectly located near the ski resort and Village.

Plenty of spots to sleep for a group of non couples. Great location. Great office staff. I’d stay here again.

Place was clean. The king and queen sized beds were very comfy. Only complaint is with the whoever’s running the property rentals, Homeaway. They charged me extra cleaning fees and did not tell me about it. When I called, the lady I spoke to was rude. After being on hold for a long while, she said I got charged for not taking the trash out and dirty ditches and oh yeah the sliders and windows were left open. At the very least, I’d like to be notified first, before any extra charges are being made to my bank accounts, which is in the agreement.

Overall, the cabin is a good value. The location and views from the windows are great. The carpet and beds are dated. The cleaning crew did not clean a large walk in closet that was a mess and had a left over food plate. Kim at the front desk does not possess the strongest customer service skills. She was not patient or helpful when it came to having to wait until almost 6:00 to check in to our cabin (though we checked in with her at 11:00 am). We had to plead with her to let one of our cars be parked in the unit's underground parking space because we weren't suppose to until we received the keys to the cabin. The whole delay in the cabin being ready was blamed on late check outs. When we asked for a late check out though, they said no until I reminded them of how we had to wait die to late checkouts. Again, the unit is nice, the front desk personnel are very unprofessional.
