Everything in this apartment is just perfect . Around 10min from buses , trains and trams. This apartment has everything you need for short or long stays. In friendly and safe area . Host and Elena are super friendly and are always there for you if you need them . There was plenty of room for 5 people everything worked and apartment was super clean and fresh .

Kitchen was well equipped and we have enough plates for 4 people

It was not very clean, especially curtains. The walls require painting

Great apartments. Everything is neat and clean. Everything you need is in the apartment, which makes it easier to live there for a longer period of time. The owner of the apartment is nice and helpful. The apartments are in a good location, close to Termini station, but a bit of a walk to public transport. Both metro and tram are within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby, as well as various cafes if you don't want to cook. Many attractions are within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

Maybe the fact that public transport is not right there could be considered a minus, but the 15-20 minute walk didn't bother us.

Elena was lovely and very helpful. The apartment was close to everything. Eateries everywhere and the food was amazing.

The aircon was noisy but we worked out how to fix it

Tucked away in San Lorenzo, Arcadia Apartments is truly a hidden gem. In fact, it comes backed with all the possible facilities that you can think of! The host was kind enough to help us out with basic cooking amenities as well. Check in and out process were hassle free, and over all the house lent a cosy vibe. We especially enjoyed the patio/balcony that overlooked the lively street. There's a cute pasticceria right across the street to make sure you have your breakfast in place. And most importantly, the area is dotted with a number of lovely reasonably priced restaurants with outdoor seating.

Unfortunately, the building is old and there was a foul smell on the staircase, so you might want to use the elevator even if you're on a lower floor. There were also tiny flies over the shower head and sinkhole on the day we came in, we dismissed it thinking it was because the house was shut. However, they were back the next day as well :( lastly, the nearest tram station is almost a 7-10mins walk from here, so best to keep in mind if you're travelling with heavy luggage like us.

Excellent apartment: modern furniture and appliances, all chosen in good taste, and all functioning. Elena was a very courteous and helpful host.
