The condo is in a great location with respect to the mountain and had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. The underground parking was also a plus.

The location of this condo right across from Eagle Lodge is perfect for families who like to ski on this side of the mountain. The condo was beautifully furnished with so many thoughtful details, from gravity hooks for two families worth of skis and snowboards, to maps & reading glasses, to beautiful pots and pans and everything one might need in the kitchen. The family room was so comfortable as were the bedrooms. The four teenagers that came with us appreciated their own tv and gaming chairs as well. It was the best condo we have stayed in at Summit and hope to return soon.

This was our second stay in this unit and it was perfect for 2 families of 4. The bunk beds in the loft are great for the kids. The walk to Eagle was short.

It was truly the best mammoth experience our family has had. We often come up to snowboard for the weekend and this place was absolutely perfect. Incredible location and our entire experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Jerry and Staci's vacation condo was just perfect! The lay out of the condo is awesome! To have the master bedroom downstairs and the kids bunks and 2nd bedroom upstairs was perfect. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you needed and MORE! We were there the week of Mammoth's HUGE storm in late February, which dropped a total of 20 feet of snow, but the view of Mammoth Mountain from the condo's balcony was breathtaking. Having a "Smart TV" was a HUGE plus, (as we huddled near the crackling warm fireplace) which allowed friends and family to view just about anything they wanted...YouTube, X Games, videos of them snowboarding on the big screen. It was grrrrrreat!!!!
The underground assigned parking was the biggest lifesaver of all...keeping the car covered was essential when it was snowing. (Just a reminder though, that there is no elevator, so you do have to get your groceries and luggage up three flights of stairs...but it was worth it) Jerry and Staci's check in procedure was a breeze also. But the BEST thing was the location and that everyone could WALK to the Eagle Lodge chair lift with their gear ands snowboards and "if" you wanted to go into town and didn't want to "drive" to Mammoth Village, the Mammoth Trolley picks up right out in front of the Summit Condo's. We can't say enough about how much this trip meant to me, my son and our friends. 5+ stars for sure! We'll be back! Thank you Fields family

I’m only giving 5 stars because I was not allowed to do more. The place is perfect and was only a short walk to the eagle lodge. Everything was better than we all expected, and even more it had all of the little things to make it great especially in the kitchen. The hosts went above and beyond and made everything so easy and responded quickly to any question we had. We stayed there to watch the superbowl and the tv/living room was awesome

We had a wonderful stay! The location was awesome. Walking distance to lifts at Eagle Lodge. The condo was great for two families to share! We had four adults and 4 kids ages (3-6). Host was helpful and responsive when asked questions. Wonderful memories were made on this trip. We would absolutely stay here again. :)

Location was so easy. We could come back for lunch, we don’t enjoy mountain food. Very well stocked kitchen.

Our group consisting of adults and teens really enjoyed staying at this condo the first week of January 2023. This was our second stay in this property!!! The location can not be better- across the street from eagle lodge!!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook during snowy days. Kids enjoyed playing games and cards. The place is really spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We will be back next year!!!

The best
We have stayed at many VRBO places and this one is one of the best! Upon arriving I had to call Jerry and he answered right away. The location was PERFECT! The condo was extremely clean. The sheets smelled so good. They did not miss a single thing. We stayed with our 2 teenage boys and their friends my husband and I and it was so so so perfect. Everything was new and cozy. I loved this place. Very grateful to have found it.

Ski Week
We had a fabulous week of skiing with friends and staying so close to the lifts helped tremendously. Just walk out side, cross the street and hop on the lift. Everything you need is in the well appointed property and the owner's guide books give some great guidance on where to shop, eat, and have fun. Couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time!

Great location with an easy walk to Eagle Lodge.
Condo was perfect for 2 families, the kids loved the bunk beds in the loft. The kitchen was updated and had everything you could need. The balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains. The walk to Eagle lodge was short and easy, even in ski boots. Communication with Jerry and Staci was great. We would definitely return.

Super clean and perfect for families
The condo was incredibly clean for an older property. The bedrooms, including the loft, were ideal for two families with children. There were board games and two televisions so the kids were entertained the entire time. All lights and instructions were labeled and easy to find. The kitchen was updated and equipped with literally everything we needed! The only cons were: no elevator access as the condo is on the third floor. Washer and dryer is not in the unit but just one floor down. The 2nd floor bathroom had a weak flush and kept on sounding throughout the night. Other than those three minor things, this condo was SUCH an incredibly great place to stay!

The condo layout is great for 2 families with "youngish" kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Decor and linens appeared very clean. Underground parking was very helpful for unloading/loading in snowy conditions. Access to slopes is very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo had everything we needed and more
The condo had everything we needed and more – great location (very short walk from the slopes), convenient condo layout, well equipped, comfortable furniture. The kitchen deserves a special shout out - well-stocked kitchen would be an understatement.
Minor thing - Internet was slow in the evenings but the issue is likely not unique to this condo but impacting entire complex.
We have really enjoyed our stay and surely hoping to be back in the future.

Great Times!
Our family enjoyed our trip to Mammoth. The Condo was warm and cozy with all the comforts of home. The location was awesome! You can easily walk to Eagle Lodge and the ski lift. Ski lessons for the kids and adults was at this location also. Vons was an easy 5 to 10 minute drive to get anything you may have forgotten. Restaurants were also a short drive. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Everything was perfect!
We enjoyed staying here so much. The home is very clean and cozy with plenty of room for everyone. The beds are very comfortable which is a big deal for me and I have to mention the shower. I am already looking for shower heads to replace all of mine at my house. My son is 17 and he could not stop talking about how much he loved this place. He keeps saying he only wants to stay in this exact one from now on. It really was the most comfortable, beautiful, perfect place for our 3 night stay. Can't wait to go back!

Will have to try different dates so I can have my morning coffee with a mountain view again!

A Perfect Spring Break Getaway
We had a wonderful week in this great condo for our family of 5. The owners are very responsive and don't leave a detail unattended to. We hiked, skied, walked, played, and enjoyed the comfort of this newly refurbished condo. We also all slept well as beds are comfortable and the condo is quiet. I super duper enjoyed that my kids could walk to the slopes ahead of us and get a few runs in. The location is outstanding... wonderful family spot for a memorable family vacation.

Convenient location, perfectly furnished, kitchen had more than we needed - modern appliances, very clean, nice warm fireplace with plenty of wood supplied and electric heat kept it warm throughout, TVs everywhere, plenty of light and light fixtures, and communication was prompt and friendly! Our family of four had a wonderful time and was super comfortable. We will be back!
Room for very minor super picky improvements - Internet was intermittent, but I think it was the building or the area service. We were connected fine to the home wireless equipment with no problem, but had several hours of the day without internet. Would be out for a while, and then it would be up without doing anything. We had to hotspot our laptops off our phones for work, so we were fine. Bathroom blowers were dated and loud and did not seem to exhaust shower steam. We left the door cracked, and it was fine...but still loud.
