Pictures make the condo look larger than it is. We tried to get information about the pool ahead of our stay but did not get a response which should have been our first clue. There was no information in the unit about the pools location and keys were not labeled. Took us awhile to figure out it was not the Granby Ranch pool but a very small pool at the end of the parking lot. We booked the unit for the hot tub but it was green when we showed up and took 5 days until it was serviced. Really hard to cool down bedrooms at night even with all windows open and multiple fans going. There was a single cup coffee maker but not a regular pot to service two families so we purchased one. Christmas decorations still up in July. Kitchen was a difficult set up for more than one person to work in.

We loved this condo. The location couldn't have been more perfect in correlation to the ski lodge, and a short drive to the gas station and grocery store. That said, I wish I would have gone to the condo before I bought groceries because the condo was so well stocked I could have skipped some of the basics! I appreciated all of the little additional amenities! The hot tub was also a hit, it felt great after a day of outdoor activities. The showers had great water pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of things for everyone to do in the condo between our outdoor activities. There had been an incident in the condo with the previous renters, requiring maintenance to come in twice during our stay, however communication was excellent and they were never a bother.

Great ski-in, ski-out condo with tons of amenities. Hot tub is a great one after a day of skiing. Owner is responsive and kind. This was our second stay in this unit and we’ll be back again.

We had a great stay! The place was well stocked and very clean! The only issue is the property managers number was disconnected. Other than that everything was perfect! Close to slopes!

I can not say enough about our stay at this Granby Condo! We usually ski in New Mexico but wanted to change it up this year and man were we sure glad we did! The slopes were absolutely perfect for our family of 4! Kids 7 and 10 years old but to have such a wonderful condo that truly felt like a home away from home was the cherry on top! If you're thinking of stay here you won't regret it! We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed everything about this property. This is our third year skiing in Colorado and our three boys (11, 9, 7) said this Vrbo was their favorite! The indoor hot tub in the condo was the best perk!!!!
Another great thing about the host and the condo is that they had every thing imaginable needed! Just having extra condiments in the fridge helped tremendously! Had reusable grocery bags to borrow, plenty of towels, ziploc bags, you name it and they had it! Might not seem like a big deal but it makes a huge difference and impact when staying at VRBO allowing to be able to cook for the family.
The washer and dryer worked great and I ended up doing several loads of laundry to stay on top of things. So glad to have had them!
Host was very responsive. We stayed during a major snow storm. Had a mini issue with the porch door weather seal and immediately sent the handyman over the fix it the very next day.
Would definitely stay at this place again! The location was PERFECT to Granby Ranch.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Granby, CO. Granby itself is a perfect town to stay in as a starting point for many adventures in Colorado but have a small town feel. The condo was fantastic. They had a pack n’ play and high chair for our one year old. The place was clean, well stocked and in a great location. The view is beautiful. This was a great base camp for all of our daytime activities! This condo is only about 30 minutes from the RMNP Grand Lake Entrance. We had a great stay!

Overall the location was convenient and close to the national park and lots of hiking. The rental was very well stocked with everything you could need. Being from the south east I didn't check to see if there was air-conditioning and just assumed which was a failure on my part. It was very warm in the apartment for my liking to sleep especially since there is not a window in the master and we stayed in August. The living areas were comfortable and well decorated. The beds and pillows really need to be replaced in my opinion. But otherwise it was great stay and we had everything we needed.

Just what we needed. Our busy schedule finally allowed for a few days off and the condo did not disappoint. We cooked most our meals in the fabulous kitchen and watched movies while enjoying the snow and wildlife! Wish we would have come in time to ski!

Condo had all the space and things we needed without being too much! Many cooking essentials provided. Simple things like extra googles for kids by hot tub, laundry pods, sleds if you wanted. Plenty of extra blankets. Wonderful space. My husband and I said we would buy one if it were for sale we loved the open living kitchen lay out, fireplace and hot tub, 2.5 baths and laundry!

We enjoyed this condo so much for a "mom's ski trip". Granby Ranch is one of our favorite places to ski and the condo was perfect for skiing. There is lift is about 40-50 yards from the condo and it is an easy drive to the grocery store, local restaurants, Fraser, and Winter Park. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the views! Highly recommend :)

We appreciated the location, kitchen, and living space. There is a ski lift nearby that an adult would find a walkable distance. However, it was only 2 minute drive to GR. Being so near we were able to return for lunch breaks, which was nice. In the kitchen was every tool or appliance we needed along with plenty of counter space. The large wooden table fit all 5 of us comfortably and was also great for a game night. In the living room was surprisingly soft sectional and throw blankets. This was the perfect spot to enjoy the fire and watch a movie.
*We did have an issue initially. Management took care of it quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

This property was perfect for my family of 5. I have a wife and three children (ages - 16, 4, 3). The loft upstairs has a nice queen bed and two bunk beds. This was the perfect room for the kids to share. The owners suite was downstairs. Although it is a small owners suite, it is functional. All of the TV's are smart, so you can hook up to any streaming service and watch your favorite programs. The fireplace has a smart remote that allows you to change flame height, fan speed, etc. and kept the whole place warm during the stay. We never had to turn on the furnace. We would have the fireplace turned on during the day and turn it off before bed to let the place cool while we slept. The hi-light was having the indoor spa. The room does have windows that will allow you to let the cool breeze in the room while you soak in the spa. The location has a city market very close to the unit as well as a subway and McDonalds. It is within 30 minutes to Winter Park. If road conditions are bad, it will take longer to get there. Overall the place came as advertised and was very enjoyable.
