Location and floor plan was great. Step from door to back patio a bit of a hazard as well as steps from patio to beach. Loads of plates but other serving pieces and utensils lacking. Back porch wonderful! All in all a great time had by all!

This house is perfectly located, gorgeous views, and has an excellently stocked kitchen for all your needs. Bedrooms are large and the beds are comfy. No complaints at all! We loved it!

We enjoyed staying at Casa Neblina and the Casita next to it. The house size was perfect. The patio view was large and the view to the beach was amazing ! 😊 walked on the beach at sunrise every morning. Had a great time !

This was an amazing rental!! Right on the beach! Sandy beach during high tide to swim, bogey-board and snorkel, during low tide we walked the rocks and tide pools and found shells and sand dollars!!! During high tide you can kayak or paddle board when the waves are calm. The house was clean and nice, the beds comfortable, everything worked and it everything was perfect for our family!!! We had meals delivered to the door by Peters Tamales- delicious and he was so nice!!! Vendors came to the beach right outside our door selling massages, souvenirs , and smoothies in pineapples which my kids loved!!!! It was just us on the beach as far as we could see, except the occasional local selling things. We had such a great experience!! Nicest rental and nicest part of the beach on los conchas we have had! We will definitely go back!!! The hosts are amazing!! We loved every minute!!!

This property was great! Right off the beach. Big hose and a large deck! You can’t go wrong with this house. We are renting this place again! Close to the main places to go! Owner can easily be reached.

Older home but nicely updated inside. Nice, large covered patio where we spent most of our time when not on the beach. Cozy fires in the evening in the firepit. House sits on a nice stretch of beach that isn’t rocky like other areas. Super easy communication and good local recommendations from the Manager. We added the casita which is a nice option. Only complaint is the casita pull out sofa badly needs a new mattress. We had to move the person using it to the sofa in the house because it was that bad. We had to then shift everyone around so as to not leave the other young person in the casita alone. Not a huge deal but we would have just passed on the casita addition had we known. Overall, really wonderful weekend!!

This home was beautiful and well taken care of. We had a group of 8 women to celebrate two 50th birthdays and the entire weekend could not have gone any smoother. Communication and recommendations while making arrangements and asking questions was on point and very expedient. Would DEFINITELY recommend this home!!!

We had such a great time staying in Las Conchas at Casa Neblina! When we walked in the front door we were greeted with an amazing view of the ocean! Great layout for families and/or couples. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, the house was very clean. The patio is perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Plus we like having the option to add on the casita for another bedroom and bath. The open floorplan allows everyone to be part of the action (in the kitchen) but staying out of the way too! Other things we appreciated that are sometimes lacking in other Las Conchas rentals, great water pressure, hot water never ran out, plenty of cooking utensils and servingware, provided more than ONE trash bag, plenty of hand and dish soap, PLENTY OF DRINKING WATER, comfy beds, direct tv, the list goes on! We spent 4 days at this house in Los Conchas. We had a great time. The house is clean, well decorated and has the best kitchen that I've seen in Rocky point. I've rented many houses on the beach and this is one that I will go back and rent again. Highly recommended for your family vacation.

Beautiful house , with a lot of space. The patio was great, very large with nice furniture. Too bad the owners do not accept dogs. House was very cleaned. Gerri was very good a communicating in a timely and was very helpful.

This is an excellent property and well furnished with all amenities including beach front. Really Nice! I think that some of the plumbing needs some attention in that shower fixtures are loose in the walls and a bathroom sink faucet is badly corroding and sprays all over the sink. Beds are comfortable but for my liking could be more firm. Overall excellent!

The family and I enjoyed the house. Was in a perfect quiet location with a fully stocked kitchen and amenities. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view from inside the house or on the huge patio. If there were any problems or questions, we had the binder filled with exact info. Two thumbs up !!

What a perfect stay and home. Owner is great to work with, house is beautiful and in great shape. Amazing patio with great furniture, and right on the beach - literally steps away. Lots of privacy. Homeowner thought of everything in preparation for us. Can’t wait to get back!

Four of us stayed at this beautiful home for three nights. The house was very accommodating, clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. We loved the large patio with ease to the ocean and that is where we spent most of our time. The Foosball table was an added bonus as we had quite the competitions in the afternoon. Geri, the owner, was a delight to work with and provided wonderful and informative ideas for our stay in Rocky Point. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely stay there again!
