This was our third time staying in this condo! It is very spacious and clean and has an amazing ocean view! We love how easy the pool and beach are to access! It’s never crowded and we always have a great family vacation! Dannette is very quick to reply to any questions! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Beds were comfortable and home was clean and tidy! Excellent host to work with! Highly recommend!

I thought I summited my review before I left Panama City...we checked in at the Grand Surf Club June 25-29, 2023! We did have a couple of glitches initially but between Dannette the property owner and Kathy the property manager, all was handled very professionally and expeditiously. Thank you again ladies! The unit was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Just note...there is a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee, important stuff to know for us anyway lol! The beds were quite comfortable. Although the closet in the king suite has a lock on it...there is another closet that can easily be missed...it is on the left hand side. There was no mention of the mini refrigerator/freezer in the king suite either. To be honest, we cannot give you any review on the furniture or sofa bed...we never sat or slept on it because we LIVED on the balcony and enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves from the BALCONY!! All that was missing was a trash can on the balcony but that was easily remedied. Again, Thank You for the stay...NO COMPLAINTS!!

Loved the condo and wrap around balcony! It’s right on the beach with private access to beach. Condo was perfect for our family of 11. The owner was wonderful to work with and details/communication was on point. The ONLY negative were that the floors were dirty and the living room furniture/sofa bed needed an upgrade (sofa bed mattress was very thin). But…..we were on the beach most of the time anyway!!

Nicely updated condo on the 4th floor. Amazing balcony overseeing the ocean. Overall it was great. Brand new grill but we could not get it to work. It seemed like gas wasn’t on to the property. The building is older but the owner has updated the condo nicely.

The condo was very impressive and very well maintained, it was a very relaxing and comfortable environment, it had all the amenities that anyone could need or want right at your fingertips! Will definitely come back in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to the soccer fields as we were in town for a tournament. We got to enjoy the pool, beach, and balcony in our downtime. The gate to the parking lot was not working which wasn't the end of the world, but I would have preferred it not be open all of the time because there was a lot going on and lots of people walking around from other condos, etc. We have 4 adults and 4 kids and the sleeping space was perfect and the large living room was great. 3 bathrooms was very helpful.

The condo is very accommodating, spacious and the balcony views of the gulf and area is fantastic! Everything you need to facilitate a comfortable stay is there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Access to the host was very convenient and appreciated. We also appreciated the security of the complex.

Location and place were perfect, however it definitely could use a good cleaning. I would definitely leave an all 5 star rating if it were cleaner.

Condo was very spacious. Close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Condo needs a deep cleaning. Sleeper sofa bed was dirty and front queen bed had dirty sheets on it.

The best thing I can say about this property is I will definitely be staying here again next year. Everything was as advertised on the website. Easy check in and out and the property was just as advertised and looked in the pictures. No hidden surprises! I definitely recommend this condo for your stay.

We had a wonderful time for our fall break. The condo was very spacious, clean, and as the photos showed. The beds were very comfortable and the master shower was amazing! Can’t wait to book this condo again!

This property was perfect for our large group,ages ranging from 2 -45 , the area felt safe, and we loved that it wasn’t crowded at all, somedays it was like we had the beach to ourselves.The condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious, and the views, breathtaking! Sunsets from the balcony are a must!!The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need, plenty of utensils, and cookware, we couldn’t be more pleased!! We had a very minor issue with the cleaning crew, and our checkout time, the owner was super quick to correct everything, and make it right.. super easy to contact and a quickly met our needs! One of our best family vacations yet! Highly recommend!!

This condo was more than I expected. It was huge and plenty of room for myself, hubby, mil and 20 year old kid. The view was spectacular. Huge kitchen and the master bedroom was amazing. The place was clean and the check in part was very easy. I intend to stay at the condo in the very near future. Thank you Danette for your hospitality.

Best Condo in Panama city. I have vacationed in Panama City numerous times but this is the best and biggest condo I have ever stayed in. Its as big as my house, very comfortable, everything worked and very clear. Parking, pool and beach access was excellent. I have no complaints.

Nice, spacious condo that was the perfect fit for our group of 10. Quick, easy access to the beach which wasn’t crowded at all.

The property was perfect for our family of 10. We were steps away from the beach and the grandkids loved the pool also. The view was AMAZING! It was a quiet and safe facility. We had a great time!

This property was perfect for our family! The beach view was exceptional. We were just steps away from the beach. We were able to see every from the patio. The condo was well equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen as far as dishes, pots, pans and glassware. There were beach towels, movies and games for the family. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I’ve waited a little bit to write this review in hopes that the owner would rectify the situation since she was out of the country. Now it’s 7 days post vaca, 2 calls to vrbo, several emails to Dannette, and no compensation on the mess we endured. Long story short, my family was without a working refrigerator from night 1! Added to say, one daughter pumps breast milk to feed to baby as his sole nutrition! NO WORKING REFRIGERATOR!!! Night 1- contacted manager and tried to contact owner, no response from owner. Long story short with lots of anxiety and wasted vaca time dealing with handyman amd running around PCB looking 2 different days for compact fridges (since I had to buy and deliver myself) I have not heard back from Dannette about rectifying the situation we endured after paying for a rental with a REFRIGERATOR that WORKS! The only reply was from her assistant reimbursing me (on VRBO as a refund...) for the compact fridges and coffee pot I had to go buy that did not work as well! Also Dannette contacted me 4 days post vacation (I was assured by her assistant that she would get with me about the situation when she was back in country) where she proceeded to tell me that she was sorry for the inconvenience and that the fridge was a “hiccup” that had now been defrosted and fixed! Sorry new renters, but beware... as per the handyman that’s a temporary fix! There were several other issues that I also reported. The light in the bedroom did not work because the remote didn’t have a back... next to last day we finally got a battery brought to us. The master bath tub wouldn’t drain... so there was hair and filth in it when we got there. My daughter found an unused condom under her bed. There was cigarette butt on the balcony, so cleaning was not very in depth. . It just wasn’t a nice experience because of this owner not taking care to make sure the renter is happy and not fixing or replacing a major appliance!!! This is My first horrible experience through VRBO, which haven’t done anything to help me except send the owner an email... very disappointed in VRBO in this situation!

This spacious condo was just what we needed for our sons and their friends for Senior year Spring Break! The boys and their friends enjoyed staying in the same room together, and my husband and I enjoyed having a large master bedroom separated from them. We also enjoyed having balcony access from our room. Can't beat the views or calming sounds! We all had a great time and enjoyed the beach access. We were close enough to everything we needed and to fun places while also being just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Very safe facility, and everyone was friendly! I would highly recommend!

Very spacious unit and balcony, with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Gated parking and ample spaces during our stay. Enjoyed the books and movie library. We will certainly miss the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Hope to visit again. P&D, from Michigan

First I would like to start by saying the condo is beautiful. No complaints on the condo itself. We did have a few issues with the management company. When we arrived we could not find the parking passes that were supposed to be in the room. We called the number provided for the company that was supposed to be able to provide extra parking and replace parking passes. We could not get them on the phone so we went to the address provided to us at checkin. When I arrived I knocked on the door and a lady came to the door with a pistol in hand. She informed me it was a bad area ( walking distance from condo and the address given for overflow parking). We asked about the parking and she informed that they are no longer manage if that complex and the new company has no idea what is going on so she said to park wherever we wanted. When I returned to the condo we had no water. We had no water for about 5 hours. When the water returned there was dirt in the lines. When you have a big group, no water is an issue. I also want to point out that the listing says it sleeps 12 but will only allow 10 people. All that being said, the condo is very nice and the view is beautiful. We did have a nice time and enjoyed our stay. There were New Years fireworks right in front of the condo.

Great place to stay near to beach

The Condo is large and has enough room for our family of 8. The beach was not busy which was great for the kids to play. However all the furniture is old and very uncomfortable to sit on. The beds are just as bad. The place could use fresh paint on the walls and everything could use a good deep clean. The monkey decor is odd for a beach condo. With that being said nice place to stay, spent most if not all our time on the beach.

Other than cloudy / Rainy weather , our stay was superb .
