The rooms were clean & very nice. The pool wass nice, too. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The food at breakfast was bland. The waffle machine AND the juice machine were BOTH out of order. The selection was very limited and not filled until close to ending time when we already leaving.

We love CVille and Forest Lakes and this hotel is perfectly located for our visits. Rooms are and breakfast are great. We have been there second time already and we will come again.

The location was good. The room was large and was very clean and quiet. They had one of the best breakfast buffets we have had recently in a hotel. we were assigned the wrong kind of room initially, but the front desk resolved it immediately.

The bottom sheet on one of the beds was so pilled and rough we had to sleep on top of the top sheet and get a top sheet from the extras for sofa bed to remake the bed so we had a top sheet. The refrigerator made a chirping noise most of the night. it was especially loud when water was turned on in the bathroom. We did alert the staff to these problems and I am sure they will be addressed.

I made a second reservation that I was double charged for and after numerous attempts it was never resolved. There was also a mix up with the second reservation which cause people to enter the room while I was still there..twice!

I had reserved a king room. I received a voicemail the day of my reservation apologizing that they didn't have a king and would give me a queen room instead. I understood this, but when I checked in I was told that the reason they didn't have a king for me was that another guest had extended their stay in the room meant for me. It doesn't seem right to me that I would be bumped from my reservation because the guest before me decided to stay longer.

Well located for our needs. Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walkable access to a few restaurants, a grocer and a Target near by too.

The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were all courteous and helpful.

The difficulties of actually gettin bingo the parking lot due to construction. I’d suggest you post on your website about the construction and give directions of how to get there from the airport. Make sure to give the Main Street names. It was very frustrating trying to get there. When we called the front desk they gave us directions as I do we were from there and knew the streets. The evening food items were a lot to be desired. There often wasn’t enough for everyone. The quality of the food at night was questionable.

This is just not like other hotels - such inviting and friendly staff, great lobby with some wine socials which is fun. plus my room had a little kitchenette. Parking on-site - just a good and easy experience. loved I could bring my dog too.

Customer service; unwillingness /inability to accommodate guest Arrived 2-3 hours before check-in and not one clean room was ready for my family (5 year, spouse and dog) until exactly at 4pm. I have never stayed at a hotel, that was unable to reasonably accommodate an early arrival guest (even during sold out nights). I understand check-out is at 12/2pm but I find it hard to believe that not one guest checked out before then. And even if all staying guest did check out that time, Im sure it didn’t take 2-4 hours (12-4 or 2-4) to clean the room I was assigned especially since the bathroom floor was filthy around the toilet. I also had to wait 15-20 minutes to check out as there was no one available to check me out upon departing (@8:30am). I’ve stayed at other Staybridge locations, and our has always been such a pleasure. The experience at this location was far below my expectations and will not be returning.

The staff was super sweet and easy to deal with. The room was the size we expected and had a full kitchen set up.

The room didn't have sheets to cover the pull out bed. There was no hair dryer, the beds felt dirty and I had an allergic reaction to the sheets, or possible bed bug bites that made it hard to sleep. I ended up having to leave early in the morning to run to the pharmacy to get topical medicine to relieve the iching and pain before we went to our event that day. There was stollen merchandise all over the parking lot, including a tote full of empty boxes of Playstation controllers. We didn't feel safe staying there with our children.
