We had a great summer weekend at this property. The location and feel of the home was excellent.

House is nice and in a great locale. Owner is communicative in regard to responding to any issues that may arise. However, some of the expectations were not met, as the ping pong / foos ball table advertised are not operable or accessible ( piled under stuff in garage). One bedroom door is not able to be opened from the room side as it is missing a doorknob. The downstairs bathroom door is misaligned and does not open / close without extra effort and scraping the bathroom floor.
One suggestion - assemble a binder with all house instructions/info for guests so that it is all in one place and easy to follow. Instructions spread out in several different locations and hard to access and read, including info about the house that was not posted where it was said to be.
We did enjoy our time. Just offering suggestions for future guests.

Top notch - everything needed was provided. The hot tub was hot, the sauna and grill worked and there were plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glasses. The only thing lacking was some good oven mitts. The silicone grip worked fine but we couldn't locate a second mitt. Shuttle to Winter Park was a short walk and ran on time. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return stay.

We booked this place since we'd had two families with 10 ppl total. Ski resort places at Winter Park are very expensive and would have taken at least 3 rentals units. The house accommodated us all-- adults, grandparents and teen kids. One of our families used a rental car and the other used the nearby bus stop to go back-forth to the ski resort, which was about a 5 minute commute. Hideaway park nearby is a fun place to sled/tube [for free] too. It's very close to make a local grocery run at Safeway in Fraser to stock up on food items.
The house has a well stocked kitchen for cooking items such as pots, pans, utensils, plates/cups, and so much more! There were more than enough beds; grandparents took downstairs as up the stairs was a little steep for them. Two bathrooms are roomy for multiple people to share including a newly remodeled upstairs bathroom. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens, towels and blankets.
It was so nice after a day of skiing to come back to a warm house, with a gas fireplace and meet up to have dinner together. We relaxed in the large dining and living room areas and even enjoyed a few nights in the hot tub too. And it was so easy to launder our clothes there so we came home with all clean clothes!

We ended up losing the key somewhere. A little disappointed that there was no spare or keyless entry. We had trouble even getting into the place when we did have the key upon checkin. Place not totally clean as we found clothing in different areas of the house not belonging to us. Other than those things we had accommodations for everyone in the party.

Everyone in our group had a blast and enjoyed their stay very much! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and plenty of seasonings. All the adults enjoyed the hot tub, especially after spending time at the resort. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return!

Property was clean, very functional for our stay. Kitchen was well furnished and had an open floor plan that allowed plenty of room for meal prep by all. Gas fireplace made everything warm and toasty. Gas grill worked well as we had sliders one night. Hot tub was a welcome relaxation after skiing. We took a beautiful snow trail hike behind the property toward the train track.
Location was very convenient to Winter Park and Fraser restaurants. WP Ski shuttle was close by although we drove to the Mary Jane parking (our favorite) at the bottom of Super Gauge.
Washer/dryer combo was handy for laundry catch up. The mudroom area with shelves/hooks in the back living area was great for dropping/storing the ski gear. Boot and Glove warmer in this area was useful to dry gear out for the next day.
Owners communicated clearly and in a timely fashion.
We had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would stay here again when we have occasion to do so.

Our family, along with some great friends, had the best week in Winter Park at this cabin and made the best memories taking our kids skiing for the first time. The house was perfect for our group of seven as the kids loved the bunk beds and back/sun room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub after our long days on the slopes. Location relative to town is a huge bonus as well.

We liked the property and location. There are plenty of beds for lots of people. We did not use the hot tub and the sauna was not usable at the time. We spent most of our time skiing and playing games with the family, so those were not big issues for us.

It was the perfect facility for our family of 8 adults. The house was perfect for us, in a quite neighborhood 3.5 miles from the main entrance to Winter Park ski resort with all the amenities you could want.

This property was everything we were looking for. They had everything you could need, even down to a pack and play in case you forgot yours. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The hot tub was a great feature and we were very close to downtown.
The owners were quick to communicate and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to this stay!

Brought my older parents, my sister and son for the weekend. The house location is SUPURB! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the ski shuttle. It's near other homes but backyard is private and quiet.
We LOVED the Ping-Pong table amenity.

I gave my parents the primary bedroom (took one for the team and bunked in the bunk room). My folks did have a harder time with the steep stairs up to Primary bedroom, but otherwise found the space well-appointed, plenty roomy and comfortable. Even the Twin bed was comfy.

We had a wonderful time here. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. There were lots of toys for kids and games to play. We loved playing ping pong. Wonderful cabin located in the mountains!
We enjoyed ourselves in this cabin! Clean and comfortable with the ammenties you need. Check in was simple and clear instructions on what to do before checking out was on the fridgr.
There's a little trail at the back leading to a railroad which we thoroughly enjoyed walking along with tree markings so you don't get lost.
As a group of dudes, the ping pong table and jacuzzi we're the highlights of the place!
Idaho springs and Lake Grandby are only located 40 minutes away from the cabin. There's so many resturants and hangout spots in winterpark and only about 10 min walk away.
Would definitely rent here again!

The bottom bathroom tub was not working and the light in the Sauna did not work either. The stairs was very steep and I did not care for there not being TV's in the bedrooms either. It did have alot of space .And I suggest creating a book with everything and instructions instead of notes all all the house. Last thing , I don't appreciate check out times like a hotel if I am staying at a B and B , if I wanted to be rushed out I would of stayed at a hotel.

This property is in the perfect location. Super close to everything but you still feel secluded and not in the middle of everything. Plenty of space in the house. The hot tub was perfect with the fall weather. There are some neat little trails behind the property. We saw a few animals in the backyard as well. The kids enjoyed the games and the tables in the garage. We would definitely book again.
