Just as pictured, this condo is in a perfect location for skiers. It's just a few minutes to the Lionshead gondola, or even closer to the free bus that will take you to Vail village. Beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a separate bathroom for every bedroom.

Haven't skied Vail before and love the mountain. Short walk to the gondola. Huge area. Easy to get around on the lifts. Fine skiing for all levels. Of course, the fact that we had great weather was a big help.

MOTHURE NATURE (HEAVY SNOW) MADE FOR GREAT SKIING, BUT COMPLICATED OUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMELINES. SUGGESTION FOR THE PROPERTY: REMOVE SAUNA AND MAKE THE MASTER BEDROOM BATHROOM LARGER. VERY SMALL BATH AREA IN MASTER NEEDS TO BE SIMILAR IN SIZE TO THE QUEEN BEDROOM BATH. OVERALL WE HAD A GREAT TIME IN VAIL. THE STAFF WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND WERE GENUINELY INTERESTED IN MAKING OUR STAY ENJOYABLE.

There is a problem with the hot water blending valve.
There is a problem with the hot water blending valve. In the main shower the water cycles from warm to cool. No problem in the other shower. The cold water in the kitchen would start cold then go warm then stay cold. When their was a problem with the bathroom drain your team was very quick and responsive.

Great location close to the lionshead lift, walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Would definitely return. Stocked with lots of cleaning supplies, towels, and cooking basics.

The only hiccup was the living room thermostat, which did not work even after they came to fix it. The morning temperature was 63° in that room.

One huge problem marred an otherwise very good experience. The description of the property incorrectly included air conditioning. This was an absolute prerequisite for our group;. We would NOT have selected this property had we known there was no air conditioning, we rejected less expensive properties for that very reason. The property manager, Jeff ( who was great), was quite surprised when I told him that the on-line listing said the property was air conditioned. He said that VRBO.just adopts the description that his company uses and that such description does not include AC. However. when I assured him that the VRBO listing included AC, he checked it himself and confirmed it was there. Because you already had our money, we had no choice but to stay. Jeff got us two fans, which were very helpful BUT they were loud and interfered with our sleeping. This seems to us to be a very fundamental part of the listing and it was simply false advertising. We intend to pursue this with VRBO, as we feel we should receive back part of what we paid. All that having been said, I want to reiterate that Jeff was very attentive, even allowing us to check in early and promptly fixing an issue we had with licking the front door.

This is a very nice, updated condo at Vantage Point. Condo has comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group of 5. Washer and dryer in the unit are a huge plus, and are full size (not the stackables). Unit has well-equipped and stocked kitchen and laundry room came with all the Tide needed. Easy contactless check in and out. Keypads on front door and ski locker in parking garage eliminate need to carry extra keys. Parking is easy and convenient. Property manager very nice and communicative; if I owned property in Vail I would have Rob manage it. I would (and will) stay in this unit again.

The hot tub is a great feature and Lionshead Village is very convenient to the condo. Our stay went great! We appreciated the shopping tip. We were happy with the grocery service you recommended.

Amazing location ! Room for 5 plus !
The property could not have been better located . Bedrooms cozy , 3 bathrooms so everyone could spread out . Kitchen was great equipped with coffee pot . Views of the mountain from the top loft and back deck . Just beautiful

We had a great time. The property was clean and spacious. Customer support was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and rent again. Good proximity to Lionshead Gondola and lift.

Place was fine except for heater and hot water issues
The property is in a great location. Parking was easy. The condo was clean and seemed great at first. However the heating system in the living room didn’t work and they werent able to repair it during our stay. So we got a small space heater which didn’t keep the living room warm enough at night. The fireplace is on a timer so that’s a hassle too. Fortunate they had enough blankets that the person sleeping on the sofa was warm enough. Additionally, the bathroom shower would only do about 4-5 mins of hot water and then come out cold for 20 seconds before going hot again. It was only an issue in one bathroom (the main one). If these problems are addressed I’d consider staying there again.

Excellent in all regards.
Our family of five stayed here 12/23-30/2017. Snow At Vail was extremely poor at this time, but we have been multiple times before and it is a great mountain. We have stayed at a number of accommodations at Vail and this was the best. Spacious, modern, excellent location, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, nice, living area. Good access to parking, good access to Vail, really a nice property. Will probably try to stay here again when we come back. Front door area A little bit cold as the hallways are not internalized in the building. So, cold air can come into the front hallway making it a little chilly at least in that area. don’t know if there’s anything that could be done about this if it were very cold. However this did not detract from the overall stay.
Apparently bathrooms are renovated recently, and bathrooms and bedrooms are quite modern. Kitchen is also quite modern. Generally any expected amenity is present in the condominium.
Really a very excellent place overall. Highly recommended.

Two families with three kids stayed here. Kids loved upstairs bunk room. Place was as advertised. Very clean and location was great. Nice view of mountain. The lift chair swing was a nice touch!

Some of our group enjoyed the hot tub and used the locker for their ski equipment. Laundry room came in handy. Very comfortable for a 5 night stay.

Great upgrades!
I stayed at this condo twice before, but I especially appreciated the new touches this year -- high thread-count sheets, down duvet comforters and comfy pillows, fluffy bath towels, and Aveda skin and bath products. We have always enjoyed the comfort, spaciousness and decor of the condo, and it keeps getting better! The owner has added a new rustic log bunk bed in the loft, which the kids loved, and which added sleeping space for one more person upstairs. We enjoy cooking hearty apres ski meals, and this condo has a very well-equipped kitchen and big gas grill on the balcony.
You can't beat Vantage Point's closeness to the gondola, restaurants and shops -- or the condo's spectacular view of the slopes and Lion's Head village's Alpine architecture. Great ski shops nearby if you need equipment, repair or rental; beers and music at Bart & Yeti's on the sun deck; a visit to iconic Pepi's a short shuttle ride away in Vail Village.
The in-house condo management staff at Vantage Point are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hot tub and cabana are always in top condition. Definitely will take this unit any time we can!

Great Condo in a perfect sorroundings, Jacusi, Balkony with barbecue and everythng in walking distance (!), skiiing, shoping dining! Kitchen best equiped for cooking, even preparing a perfect austrian menue for 10 (!) was possible. Great! And the best you can walk in the morning to the gondola with skiboots and skiiing equipment! Even for Austrians a great convenience!

Excellent Location, Beautiful Open Living Space and Stunning View
This is the place to be if you are going to spend time in Vail. The condo is situated just steps away from the Gondola and the views of the mountain are spectacular. This condo is the corner unit so there is plenty of privacy from neighbors. It boasts two very quiet bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. It also has perfect little loft for additional sleeping accommodations. And if you are really packed with people, they have a beautiful pull out sofa sleeper.
The Kitchen was just remodeled and now opens to the living space which makes dinners with family and friends a much more enjoyable experience. The entire place is wonderfully decorated with ski and mountain sports artwork so you feel as though you are in the Rockies when at home. The living room is also very well decorated with comfortable leather couches, a fireplace, and a TV. If you want to catch the fresh air they have a porch/balcony that looks right up to the mountain. The balcony boasts a gas BBQ, perfect for grilling up steaks, burgers or any other BBQ for lunch and dinner. They even have an old ski lift chair situated perfectly toward the mountain that one can't help to sit in and swing around while you watch the sunset...also perfect for your morning coffee or after dinner glass of wine.
All in all if you are looking for places to stay in Vail, this condo is perfect for families, friends and couples looking to have easy access to the mountain and take in the stores around the recently renovated Lionshead area. The owners are probably the nicest people you will ever meet, and certainly want your stay to be a one-of-a-kind experience. Your adventure awaits!

Awesome condo and the best location!
We were very comfortable in this condo. The view of Vail Mountain is outstanding. Steps to the gondola, ski school and a lot of restaurants. Apres ski cocktails on the balcony watching the sun set and seeing all the stars was magical.
