The location was OK, it was near a big department store and close to the supermarket. Kitchen was fine. It was a quiet neighbourhood and the taxi to the old town was fairly cheap.

The host Gabriel seemed to be nice on arrival but actually he wasn't very helpful at all. He clearly doesn't believe in looking after his guests. He offered to come with me to the post office so I could post some winter clothes back home, he dropped me miles away in the wrong place at a post office that had closed down, when I called him literally 2 minutes later he said that he had to go and good luck getting home 'Good luck' he actually said that!!. It took me a couple of hours to get back on foot carrying my parcels through traffic. I was considering staying for a few more nights but after that experience I decided to move on to new accommodation. I made sure that I was very polite as I didn't want to upset him. He was still pretending to be helpful but when I asked him to book me a taxi for the following morning he refused. Maybe he was angry that I wasn't staying longer but we hadn't agreed anything- I had only enquired and I told him I would think about it and let him know. Not booking me a taxi was a horrible thing to do, perhaps he just couldn't be bothered. I then had to put in hotels within walking distance into Booking.com and walk to a hotel about 50 mins away with my luggage, and again through traffic. What kind of way is this to treat a guest. In future I will stay in a hostel or a small family run hotel where they really care about their guests. Gabriel was all about the money. We only booked for one night but we actually stayed for 2, however, apartment we were offered on the second night only had one bedroom and didn't have a washing machine but the owner insisted on charging us the same price as the much larger apartment with 2 bedrooms. We gently tried to enquire why it was the same price but he shut us down, we didn't want to make him angry so we agreed. I was amazed that in both apartments there was only half a toilet roll so we ran out both nights. Was this money related?

Location good, but not good for wheelchair user, but doable. Needed two days to see Transalvania area so stayed up there one night and paid doouble rent. That should have planned better if we had known.

Perfect big place

The fact that the apartment has 2 bathrooms is excellent. It was very comfortable for us, as we were two couples. The kitchen is equipped, the towels and the bedsheets were very clean.

The only thing that we would want to get better is the power of the conditioner. It’s ok for the living room, but the bedrooms are still hot as the conditioner is in the common space.

The apartment is really great but when you answer ok to meet at a certain hour, be there your communication is a huge mess.
