Ubicación privilegiada en la esquina con vista al mar a pocos pasos de la prístina Pacific Beach. Dos pisos, 3 brdm + loft, 2-1 / 2 baño con vista desde cada habitación. Decoración náutica en todo.
Vida de concepto abierto, comedor, cocina, terraza acristalada, además de habitación principal con baño con ducha en el piso principal. Chimenea de gas independiente y HDTV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar. Acogedor solario para tomar un café por la mañana o ver el atardecer de la tarde. WIFI en todo
Todas las habitaciones del segundo piso tienen vista al mar y techos abovedados. Dos habitaciones Queen, y un loft con 2 camas gemelas. Bañera completa accesible para todas las habitaciones.
Cocina maravillosa, bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades para cocinar y entretener. Encantador tema de playa que sirve piezas y ropa de cama para comidas informales o formales.
La sala de adobe con entrada cubierta conduce a una lavandería completa. A very comfortable house nicely accomodating 8 of (including 2 children - 6 and 3 years) and only a block off the beach! Truly does have ocean views from every room! Very nicely decorated and terrific for cooking and sharing meals together - the kitchen has everything you could possibly need in the line of baking and cookware. The gas fireplace was very much appreciated with the stormy spring weather and walks on the beach. So much laughter and fun playing boardgames. Thanks for the great accomodations - we all loved it!

Two weeks this time! First with another couple and then with family. The weather was very good the first week and fabulous the second. This lovely, cozy, comfortable house feels like home.

Multiple windows kept the rooms light and bright. The deck was a good gathering place. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the ocean was “right there”. Well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We will be back!

This was our 5th stay at Sail Away with our family- three generations. Its like going home. Everything is familiar and as expected. We unload our coolers and put our clothes in the drawers and we are ready for our stay.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. We LOVE being so close to the beach. The cottage was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, serving dishes, spices etc. The bedrooms were all very nice and the décor is so fun! Very clean and safe neighborhood. Thank you again for another great summer!

Charming and extremely well equipped cottage. Ocean views from almost every room. Even though we haven't met the owners in person, their delightful personalities shine through in the notes and information they leave for their guests.

My family and I just spent 5 nights, and had a great time (our second stay at this home)…already trying to figure out when we can return!
House was clean and well-maintained, and stocked with many thoughtful things (extra blankets, box fans, things to take to the beach, etc), and there’s a convenience store two blocks away if you forgot something or need a treat. The deck and yard are a great place to relax or read or dine, while watching and listening to the ocean. Within a few minutes’ drive, you can explore the shops (finally — a full grocery store!) and restaurants in Seabrook, or have a lovely meal at the Ocean Crest Resort (love their breakfasts)
Communication with Kristin is quick and easy, and the list of things to clean at checkout is very reasonable compared with some other houses we’ve rented!

We had the BEST time staying at your house. It was clean, cute, and in the perfect location. We had no idea the Seabrook Relay (that we ran in) went right in front of the house. We finished early then sat on the porch and cheered on runners that went by. One of the highlights of the trip. Loved how close it was to the beach too. Wonderful stay, we will be back!

We saw this property when we were staying at another place in Pacific Beach and said we have got to book that place! So happy it was available for Mothers Day! My 97 year old mom was so happy to be with all her kids. The fence was secure for our dog, perfect yard for games, could see the ocean from our deck, bbq'd kabobs and steaks, was a perfect stay. The house was decorated so cute, great communication with the host, could not have been better!

This place is perfect! We had a great time with our pups. Fenced in yard and easy walk to the beach. Cozy and warm on the rainy days we had. Wonderful deck to relax on during the sunny days. We would highly recommend this home.

This home is well stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. You will not need to bring anything but food. Great location, just a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well maintained, beautiful home with a fenced yard for the dogs and comfortable outdoor space. Just two of us (and the dogs) stayed but we would definitely stay here with family. The upstairs bedrooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable. Good views too!

When packing up for mini weekend getaways we usually pack the car on what we may need , just in case. However this home, was a home away from home.
Home was clean , everything was there for our whole family. It also accommodated my 2 year old grandson, where we could let him run around the yard and still be safe and we could still watch him
Cooking accessories , omg they had it all. I will visit again and this time...I am just bringing my clothes, food, and beverage! Each time I spend here I am bringing something to leave for the house. Mahalo Kristin and Bill!!

We stayed at the SACottage to honor my sister and to celebrate her life on the pink full moon following her untimely demise. This was her favorite beach and place to live. The cottage was perfect. Every amenity and detail you could think of. The kitchen is fully stocked with every serving bowl or utensil you could ever need. The location and layout is beautiful. We will be back.

The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved how close to the ocean we were and really enjoyed sitting in the front living room reading books and watching the waves.

This was our fourth stay. We so enjoy the perfect accommodation with beautiful views from all rooms and even more amazing from the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything that we need. Great pantry with other kitchen appliances as needed. A short walk to the beach where we can walk for miles on a flat beach, firm sand and enjoy the surf sounds and watch the waves as they rolled in.
The patio deck is a great place to enjoy meals or just hang out, though February is a bit brisk for that. The yard is exceptionally well cared for and the fenced yard was perfect for our family pet. It is a quiet neighborhood even though there is a state RV campground two blocks away.
There are a few restaurants nearby, but we love to prepare our own meals and enjoy staying put. We took one trip to Ocean Shores for really good halibut and chips at Bennett’s Fish Shack. Casual dining, relaxed dining good for families or couples (or singles)….
The owners are wonderful to work with and communication is exceptional.
We will return to Sail Away, undoubtedly.

We do a sister brother trip every Febuary. We had a great stay. I do want to apolajize for the food that got left in fridge. I thought my sister took it out and she thought i took it out.

This is our second visit to the Sailaway cottage and we loved it just as much as the first time! The proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. We lucked out with gorgeous weather in January and took advantage of the well equipped kitchen to create a super fun charcuterie lunch on the deck. Multiple walks on the beach were most appreciated by Lucy the mini goldendoodle as well as her humans. And Kristin our host was easy and flexible to work with. We’ll be back!

Decided to change things up this year. So we booked Christmas on the coast. We found the Sail Away Cottage and booked it immediately. The description of the property online met every requirement for our trip. And when we arrived it was exactly that and more. The house is a stones throw away from the beach which is convenient for us and our dogs. 3 walks on the beach each day was exactly what the doctor ordered. The owners were incredibly responsive from booking to checkout. We will be looking to book this house again in the coming year. Maybe we will go during summer next time.
