Well-appointed home with everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. Easy access to Pacific Beach and Seabrook. Great restaurants nearby and a couple of small grocery stores for those last minute items. Also, Ocean Shores is an easy drive away.

Lovely spot with amazing views. Would stay here again. Wi-Fi was hit and miss and mattresses could use upgrade but otherwise perfect!

My friends and I have rented this property several times and always enjoy it. The owners are so nice and the home is roomy and clean. The beach, fire pit, and deck are all excellent places to take in the views. Inside the house the collections of DVDs, books, and puzzles will keep you entertained. Cooking in the kitchen is easy because they have everything you need (including some food staples like condiments, sugar for coffee, olive oil, etc...) The only thing that leaves a little to be desired are the beds. They aren't terrible but there's a big swing in the firmnesses. We kinda have to pick beds based on who can stand super firm and who likes extra squishy. Overall, we love the house and look forward to our next visit.

The location on the creek was beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay again.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend away from jobs and kiddos, and it was just what we were looking for. The views are spectacular throughout the house and the place is cozy, clean, and highly functional. The host was also very communicative when we needed it, but also not overly involved. Overall, very highly recommended.

Beautiful view from ever window in the house. The owner was super helpful. The house is stocked really well with essentials. Great stay! The family of river otters we saw everyday was the cherry on top!!!!

This little bit of heaven! Lived every second of this home and surrounding beach and river. House has everything you need and more and would work for families with littles and big teens. Perfect location for a family get together ❤️

Our beach house for 5 days was perfect! Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was provided. Great views, and the best part was that at low tide my grandkids were able to go down to the creek and explore on their own! We were close to nearby beach access for kite flying, fishing and walking the beach for sea shells. Ocean Shores and Seabrook were short drives from the house.

Loved the house, beach and creek. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the changes in Joe Creek and the closeness of the beach. View was spectacular!

The house is lovely and had everything we needed and then some. The view is fantastic. We really enjoyed watching the geese, river otter and other wildlife from the house. It’s a very short drive to the state park where we walked along the beach. This was a great place for our family to relax, play games and connect.

The view from this home is beautiful. Windows galore! So interesting to watch the wildlife and the changing tides on this ocean/river inlet. The inside of the home is as beautiful as the view. The kitchen, living, dining, and all 3 bedrooms have excellent views. We spent the day hiking at Lake Quinault which is an easy drive and canoeing on the river in front of the house. Be sure to bring your groceries with you as the closest grocery (IGA) is in Ocean Shores which is quite a ways away. We would definitely return again to this wonderful home. Excellent vacation property. We’ve been coming here annually for 3 years and we do not plan on stopping.,

We rented the space for a work retreat for our small office. We had a great time playing games, doing online training, and connecting. The weather wasn't great (as often is the case in the PNW) so it was wonderful to stay cozy inside and have the beautiful view from every room. We really enjoyed our time.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Great location on the water. Wonderful porch area to sit and enjoy your view. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a couple younger kids. The house had plenty of space to accommodate us all. The house was stocked with everything we needed to use for cooking and using the BBQ. I can't say enough great things about this place. It was extremely comfortable all around. Definitely nice having 3 bathrooms. A couple of us enjoyed the canoe and we were able to have a fire outside as well. The kitchen table was the perfect size to eat and play games. There were lots of games, books and movies to enjoy. Super clean place!

Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely well appointed home! My family of four and two small dogs enjoyed our time here very much. It just so happened we arrived during an amazing storm. We were pretty prepared for losing power ourselves and the power was off when we arrived... but true to the area, was not off for long. Still, it was REALLY cool that they had a ton of flashlights, extra batteries, a gas stove that could still be lit for the cook top, and the fireplace can be switched from electric to gas. I didn't have to consider any of that for long, but how very nice it was all there. So storm chasers... this is a sweet set up in that regard! Speaking of set up, the property managers have been so thoughtful. Everything you might question has a label. It's amazingly thoughtful. No mystery switch flipping, it tells you exactly what is what. Also, everything you could need for a lovely stay was available. The kitchen gets top reviews! I used the oven, stove top, microwave, and toaster. Everything worked great. The location of the property is off the highway. So if you want to chill on a secluded deck away from signs of life... this isn't for you. You will hear some cars wailing down the highway now and then. I still chilled on the deck with my tea watching the birds get their breakfast. Totally content. But if you go down to the creek to play, that's where you'll be more secluded. My teens didn't want to freeze with me in 50 degree weather but the setting sun warmed the big rocks down to the creek and I had to put my feet in! Oh I can imagine this being amazing in Summer. Still we had a blast as it's just around the bend from Seabrook and 15min away from Ocean Shores. So we spent our days in town and our evenings enjoying the view of the creek and ocean. I would return to this rental! I'm home now, relaxed and already plotting my return. Thank you again for sharing this home!

This place was amazing. Bed were fantastic. View from every room. Cool river and the the ocean views.

We went to PAC Beach on an extended family trip (Husband, Wife, three kids under 7, Nana, Auntie & 3 dogs). First I have to say that Lori is very nice, the view is breathtaking and the house was very clean. But I also feel that I have to mention some very big concerns from our group. One, this house is right next to a very busy road, you will hear lots of road noise and there is no fence! If you have small children or dogs please take note of this. Second, there is no emergency information in this house. On our third day our three year old was climbing off one of the twin beds and sliced his big toe to the tendon on the metal bed frame. We wrapped him up and I immediately called Lori to ask where the nearest emergency center was. She was kind enough to promptly answer and tell me there was a volunteer fire department down the road. When we got there it was closed and we had no service. I tried to call 911 and somehow got through, so they sent someone out to stop our sons bleeding so that we could transport him 40 minutes to the hospital in Aberdeen. The next day Lori was kind enough to check on us while we tried to rest following the previous dates excitement. Only some of the upstairs windows have turn knobs & only some have screens. One of the master bedroom windows got opened even though it didn’t have a turn knob and popped open. I really wish that the windows had a safer lock system so that it wouldn’t be so terrifying with children. Someone could have easily fallen out, plus without the turn knob it was very difficult to close again. It also good to note that the dryer takes at least 2-3 rounds per load to dry and the water tank is the noisiest thing you have ever heard. It literally vibrates through the house and you can hear it in every room. Oh and the laundry room external door constantly pops open, My Mother has MS and she continually could not get the door shut correctly, you have to really pull it hard and jiggle the lock in place. So again with children and dogs this is terrifying considering there is water a few steps away and a busy road just a few steps away the other direction. As nice as a Lori was & as clean and beautiful as the house was I wish I had only amazing things to say. But this weekend had a multitude of experiences that could have been much worse than just my three year old severing part of his toe.

Great home! Not merely VRBO rental, but a home and furnished like one. Thank you, Lori, for letting us enjoy your great home on Joe's Creek with a direct view of the Pacific Ocean from - literally, every window in the house (I checked just to know). OH, and like 40 puzzles and various games to enjoy while not distracted with the view. Highly recommended.

The house was very inviting and homey. Nicely furnished and stocked. Everthing was comfortable. The view was beautiful, from the river right outside to the ocean just downstream. It's a very short drive to different beaches and the town of Seabrooke. I want to say that the picture on the vrbo site does not actually do the house justice, it looks better in person.

A great house for family and friends. The location on a creek overlooking distant ocean views provides endlessly changing views. Comfortable and very well stocked. The creek prevents direct access to the beach so visitors should be prepared for a 2 minute drive or a walk on busy Hwy 109 to access the beach. Wonderful view deck, fire pit and steps to access the creek and launch a canoe.

We had a girls weekend planned here! We were able to relax, enjoy and chat in the comfortable living space. I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

Great views, quiet & secluded.

Loved the house and the area around it. Very nice amenities including a canoe which the kids loved. Access to the beach was easy and although set back from the beach there was still a nice view. We had a wonderful time.

The house is very comfortable, open and light filled. Has a nice sitting deck. The view changes with time of day, tide and weather. We watched heron fishing in Joe Creek. Appreciated well equipped kitchen and good size dining and living area Three good size upstairs bedrooms; great views from all. Can get to beach via creek on south side of meandering Joe Creek but not easy; however short drive around to access state park beach access and access to sandy north side of Joe Creek estuary. Owner very responsive. House just off SR 109 so you do get road noise. You can also hear Ocean with windows open.
