Nice condo, a Wonderful King bed i wanted to take it lol. I love the patio right over the pool and a wonderful beach and pretty water to wake up to see ..Judy was very easy to work with to get everything done and move in was a breeze 👌 im ready to go back already

Great stay and very clean condo unit with amazing views. There was great food within walking distance from the condo as well. Had issue with dryer and she was quick to get them out to fix it. Was my first time using vrob so had little learning curve.

We vacation in PCB every summer and we love it! We enjoyed the condo and how it was within walking distance of so many things ! Judy was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. Would 100% rent from her again !

Condo worked well for a family of eight. Easy access to beach and pools. There are many great places to eat and enjoy entertainment near by. Having washer and dryer in condo is a plus.

Condo was very nice and spacious. Spent alot of our time just relaxing at the pool or down at the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area to eat. We really enjoyed staying here.

Keep your bracelets on in this place they watch it heavily, but we enjoyed everything about this place! Elevators were fine, parking was easy, it wasn’t overly crowded at all, pools hot tubs were great, they have a spot for food and drinks by the pools and hot tubs, my family loved everything. We will definitely stay at this place again!!

The condo was very clean and spacious. There was everything you may need including beach chairs and toys. The beds slept so good! The view was awesome! Location was great! The beach chairs were just steps away from the steps. The pools and hot tubs were clean and refreshing. We had no issues with our stay and would stay here in this unit and this condo again!

Great place to stay. Looked same as pictures. Great location. Unit had a lot of beach items (shovels, kids toys, tons of boogie boards) which saved us a ton of money! Would stay here again!

The condo was very clean. The elevators were hit and miss but the stay was great. There were two chairs on the beach that were complimentary which was nice. You need to get them early if you want front row. The pools were nice and clean. It was a great home away from home.

We had no major complaints of the room itself, but the elevators were horrible… one was down for 2 days and there were times we waited 30 min for an elevator which was miserable.
The room was nice and accommodated our family just fine!

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament at Publix Park and Frank Brown Park. The location of the condo was perfect for easy travel to both parks. The condo was also close enough for us to walk to Pier Park several times. The condo was clean and exactly as described and the condo manager was quick to respond to questions I sent by email. We are a party of two adults and two teenagers and had plenty of space to spread out. We loved it!

The location is exactly like the photos and it's beautiful, The ocean looks and sounds amazing and you can see dolphins if you look long and hard enough. Sharky's is walking distance and some of the best food in PCB. The room is very nice and you can't hear the other people staying above and beside you.

We all stayed here for a few days to get away. The stay was only 4 nights but not too long to want to leave. Everyone was sorry our time had to end. That's the way I like it.
The unit was very clean. The beds (mine anyway) were comfortable. The location was excellent and the pools were perfect for the little ones.
I would stay here again,
The reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the communication with the manager and the confusion regarding parking and bracelets for pools, etc. Not a big deal in the end but it did cause some anxiety prior to getting there.

Property as described. Condo was clean and stocked well in the kitchen. Pool was nice and clean. Access to the beach was so easy! If I had to critique something I would change the headboard on the queen bed. My son had to cover the metal piece sticking out as to not bet injured but other than that, we would definitely stay here again. We did not want to leave!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and spacious for 5 adults and 2 kids. The only negative thing was the beds were very uncomfortable. It’s one mile from pier park which isn’t a bad walk but the sidewalks were kind of bad where construction was going on.

Spring break mom & daughter trip
We take an annual girls trip of moms and daughters for spring break and this was our first stay here. The condo was very clean and Judy was very responsive to a couple of questions. Unrelated to the condo itself but in the building there is a security guard who was very on top of ensuring everyone had their pool bands on and keeping watch over the property. We enjoyed our stay, the designated beach chairs, and our time at this condo.

Nice resort!
The condo was in a great location and the perfect size for our family. The trip to the beach was very manageable and the staff were all friendly. We would definitely stay in this resort again.
The only complaint we had was the toilet in the main hall didn’t flush great and the coffee maker didn’t work well. Otherwise, everything was good.

It alright
We found discarded underwear under the bunk beds. Behind and under the recliners and sofas was dirty foods wrappers and drink spills. Beds and pillows are foam and very worn. Balcony door track was black which resembled mold. Two small damaged areas, master bath wall by sink and knob missing from owners closet, don't want.to be charged. Great view, AC works great, plenty of kitchen ware. We only gave it an overall 3 stars because of its uncleanness.

15th floor view
I was worried about the 15th floor. It wasn't bad. The pool was on the 5th. So you didn't feel too high. The elevators were quick & they have 4 of them. Nice place. Great beach views!

Great clean, nice condo
This place was very clean, and nice. Kitchen was fully stocked. Communication with manager was great and we were able to check in early which was very convenient. Pools were clean. And they also supplied a set of chairs and umbrella every day which was nice.
The only thing I would say- and is not about the condo... really just sunrise is that the pool area doesn’t connect to the beach. You have to get back on the elevator and go to the 1st floor to get to the beach. With small kids is a hassle and really not convenient. All the elevators weren’t properly working when we arrived so the wait was terrible but they were fixed later. Over all not bad

Wonderful stay at an awesome location
Beautiful condo at an awesome location! The condo was well furnished with plenty of space and privacy for all of our family members. The beach was fantastic and it was great to have the beach chairs included for our entire stay. Pier park is technically walking distance (about 1 mile) with plenty of amazing restaurants and shops close by. The property manager was easily accessible and very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Multiple problems
Blood stains on 2 different beds master bedroom door handle broken and would not unlock. Wifi would not connect and barely any cell service Verizon and sprint

This was our first trip to Panama City in over 20 years and we really enjoyed it. The condo was a big part of the experience. The room was spacious. It had plenty of room for the six people we had staying. The view was great. The two pools were plenty big enough for the resort and were never crowded. I used the exercise room and it had enough to keep me busy. The only concern we had was that the floors had not been swept or vacuumed when we arrived. Other than that we were very happy with out stay. We will definitely return, and will definitely consider another stay at Sunrise Beace Resort!
