Este lujoso apartamento de una habitación se construyó hace aproximadamente 10 años y se encuentra sobre un garaje adyacente a un edificio histórico de 1911 en Main Street, en el centro de Durango, Colorado. El apartamento fue completamente remodelado en el verano de 2017. El apartamento está bellamente amueblado y tiene una pantalla plana Sony de 32 pulgadas con todos los canales de satélite en DirecTV. Las sábanas son exquisitas, al igual que todas las demás comodidades. Aunque hay escaleras hasta el apartamento, es un espacio romántico y apartado al que los viajeros volverán año tras año.
Durango es una de las ciudades más grandes de América, y tiene numerosas actividades recreativas y gente maravillosa. Los restaurantes y la actividad del centro están justo afuera de su puerta. El apartamento está al lado de Olde Tymers Cafe y dos edificios al sur de Carvers para disfrutar de excelentes desayunos, cenas, etc. Hay un espacio de estacionamiento en Main Street para su uso exclusivo a solo media cuadra de su VRBO y directamente frente a Carvers en un estacionamiento bien iluminado. Location relative to everything you would need is ideal, and you can walk to most everything. Unit has everything you would want or need for a comfortable stay. We rented E-bikes from 2 blocks away and biked the Animas river trail for half a day. Highly recommend! Condo is half a block from the main downtown Durango happenings, so there is no escaping the bar noise and train noise. Entryway is through an alley with no parking right at the condo. However, a designated parking spot is a block away, and loading and unloading can be done right at the condo. Host’s communication is top notch.

This property was super clean and well organized. The host was extremely friendly. The location was so convenient for experiencing downtown Durango. Would definitely stay there again.

Its nice place to stay. Some more grill container required. Right on downtown Durango. Perfect for small family. Parking is not in the premises, during winter/ heavy snow it might be troublesome.

Very cute, neat & cozy apartment in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay, but found the bar across the street to be noisy and blasting music throughout the night. This may not be a regular occurrence, but we had early morning activities planned! Regardless, lovely place!

Fantastic stay! Great manager, very responsive (no issues just had some general questions). Top of the line bed, toiletries, kitchen, you name it. The owner takes pride in the property and it shows.

PERFECT...THIS PLACE IS CLEAN; great location, walk to everything, convenient parking; this place has everything you could need; as my wife and I are both architects, we appreciate a good floor plan and attention to the small details; we liked the door jamb detail, definitely well-constructed and clever; convenient hooks on back of doors, hooks for towels in bathroom, great instructions on using the place such as door keypad codes, printed instructions on walls for light switches, trash, etc.; and very funny coasters, don't forget to read them, the owners have a sense of humor which made us laugh; loved hearing and seeing the steam train nearby from the kitchen window in the morning; and they recycle, that's a good thing too.

Well appointed apartment in the heart of downtown Durango with easy access to parking, shopping and public transportation. This suite included everything we needed with luxurious appointments and extra special touches provided by host. All directions provided by the host were clearly conveyed.

This is our second visit to Durango where we stayed at this apartment. We love the location, how comfortable it is, and how well equipped. It was a great base from which to enjoy all Durango and the area have to offer.

Loved everything about it, with one exception. Music from the local bars played well-past 0100 o’clock, interrupting our sleep. This was worst on Friday & Saturday. This is not a reflection on the accommodations, as they were nicely appointed and well-maintained. They were located on Main St at 10th, central to pretty much everything!

This property is right downtown on Main Street, and within walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants and the train to Silverton. I would highly recommend this as your "home away from home" in Durango.

This is our 4th time coming to Durango for work and hands down the best placed we have stayed. Very clean and loved the eclectic furnishings! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy the restaurants and shops, very walkable.

This little gem is perfectly located, well stocked, super clean and comfortable! Located in the heart of downtown…restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery store are all in short walking distance. Enjoyed the ability to eat out and to prepare meals in the cozy kitchen! Appreciated nice touches, like robes (great to have for the hot springs), as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the spacious bathroom. Communication with owners was easy, they were responsive and accommodating! Really enjoyed my stay and would rebook next time I come back to visit family.

A lovely little place. Super clean, comfortable bed, and great location. The owner takest great care in keeping this place neat and tidy. Everything is well appointed tasteful. Simple style, nothing tacky about it. The only thing I would mention that my husband and I didn't love was there is a slight smell of scented laundry. If you are not sensitive to that, then this is absolutely perfect!

Great apartment in the middle of everything. So easy to just walk down to Main Street and start your adventure. The apartment had everything we needed for a weeklong stay and the kitchen is fully equipped for any type of cooking. We would happily stay here again.
