Great house to stay in with our large adult family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space as well as places for group gathering. Would stay again

We were here for a family wedding and it was perfect for our extended family- lots of living space, sleeping space and bathrooms. It was quiet in and out. We enjoyed the mountains and the lake.

This home was so cozy and spacious for our group of cousins and friends to hangout together. Carolyn was helpful and accommodating during our stay. The house was very well equipped for cooking and entertainment. We had such a great time it made it hard to leave. Thank you Carolyn for sharing this gem with us.

This place had everything. 3 floors, 3 full baths, and 9 beds (including 1 bunk, and 1 futon), there was plenty of room for our adult only getaway. Dining room table comfortably fit all 7 of us, great outdoor grille and patio with firepit. Pool table was not used but was there if we wanted it. Central air kept the house nice and cool. Central to many things Lake Winnipesaukee, and Weirs Beach. Patrick's restaurant was great with live music. Communication with owner and property manager was perfect. Advertised 3 parking spaces but we comfortably fit 7. Would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to be back.

This property was ver spacious for 5+ people. We could all do our own thing comfortably. The porch and the backyard were beautiful. Great location that left you close to attractions in the area including lakes. Private. Carolyn and Rebecca were very kind, respectable, and both ensured we had a great time. Check-in/ check- our process was easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better space by better people!

This house was more than a house, it felt like home!! Great amenities great time around the fire pit! Very gracious host!! Plan on renting it again!!

This property is perfect for a larger family or group! the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms it offers are hard to come by,and made for a very comfortable stay. The location is great, near restaurants, shopping and beaches.

We are family members who wanted a place to get away and relax. We found that place here! The house is spacious with a lot to offer. The kitchen was well-appointed, plenty of sleeping quarters and all linens are provided. We spent a lot of time playing pool and enjoyed the finished ground floor space. There are good options nearby for restaurants. The weather was warm and rainy, otherwise we would have checked out Gunstock nearby as well.

We wanted a place nearby a ski area for a holiday family gathering...this was a perfect spot, plenty of space and nice location. A few minor issues were resolved by caretaker promptly. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely home, well-appointed and well-equipped. Host and local coordinator were responsive and communicative. It was just as pictured on VRBO. Will be back in the summer and again in the winter!

So happy to have found this house for our annual girls weekend trip! Booking was so easy , super quick response to any questions I had. The house was perfect, so clean and the perfect size for our needs!

Plenty of room-minor issue with burdened out light bulb addressed immediately. Setting was peaceful and short drive to some really good restaurants!

Beautiful property. This was a family gathering for the NH marathon. Perfect place to meet up, eat, tell stories, and then get up early to run 26 miles. After the marathon we gathered back, and had a wonderful time. Kitchen is well equipped. Barbecue, deck, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor furniture as well. Home is warm and spacious feeling.

We 7 retired nurses enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There was plenty of open space for us to hang out together as well as comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Carolyn was responsive and very helpful in guiding us to good restaurants and things to do.

We stayed here for my son's wedding the second week of September. It was the perfect home base for us to have some family time before the wedding. We had nine adults and one dog staying here, and we all had plenty of room to relax, make meals, and get dressed for the wedding. Never did we feel like we were in each other's way. Because the space was so beautiful, my daughter-in-law asked if she and her bridesmaids could get ready for the ceremony there. Again, plenty of room and bright natural light to do hair and makeup, and have some photos taken. The wraparound porch was a delight to sit out on and have morning coffee as well as to enjoy a lobster bake on Friday night. We also sat around the firepit each night, plenty of comfortable seating and firewood to use! Beds were all comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows or blankets if needed. It was 90° for two of the days that we were there, and the central air was a dream to have. Carolyn was wonderful to work with. She was responsive when we had questions, and when we had to make a change in the contract, adding a pet. All in all, I cannot say enough about this rental would highly recommend to anyone. In fact, we way we'll be back in 2023!

Excellent time at the lake

House was better than expected. Having rented a few houses with no air conditioning during the summer, having central air was a huge bonus. We had plenty of room for 5 adults 4 children and 1 infant. The location was perfect. It is so close to Weirs beach and Ellacoya State park. There is also a private beach we had access to. We had a great time and would love to come back again next year for our annual family vacation.

Our family just spent a week at this house and everything was amazing! There are 3 floors of living space plus a wraparound deck and patio with fire pit in the back. It worked out that each of my siblings' families and mine slept on our own level - the top floor had a very large room and bathroom with double sinks, the middle floor had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub for the kids, and the basement had 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a bathroom. The house itself had everything you would need in terms of appliances, gadgets, and entertainment. We took advantage of the weather and made a fire outside most nights :) but also used the tv on the main floor and pool table in the basement. I asked my 5 year old niece what her favorite part of vacation was and she said the beach - we had access to a private beach at a nearby condo complex. I will say that finding the beach the first day was a little confusing, but once we were in it was perfect. There was a dock, beach, a shady area with picnic benches, and bathrooms. We used some of the chairs left at the house for us as well as the provided towels. The house is also perfectly situated near Weirs Beach and Laconia with plenty to do for everyone. We took the train around the lake, went to Funspot, rode go karts, got ice cream, etc. It will be fun to see the different things we can do as our kids get older :) Working with Carolyn and Rebecca leading up to the vacation and during our stay was easy and straightforward. They were both so helpful and even brought us a little thank you gift for renting the house. I would definitely consider renting this house again in the future!

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and large and accommodated 2 families easily. Close to everything!

Great house for a large group especially teens. The space was perfect there was downstairs at the pool table that the teenagers could hang out separate from the adults. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms perfect for a big crew.

We loved our stay! The deck space is wonderful for a morning cup of coffee and the fire pit was great in the evening with a glass of wine. The property is close to all the local attractions but secluded and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!!

This was the perfect house for our large family. Plenty of space and very clean. We especially loved the fire pit!

We had a great 3 night family vacation to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house was roomy, well appointed, and provided everything we needed. The location was great, as we enjoyed nearby group activities, hiking, an escape room, and mountain coaster rides. The owner and caretaker were courteous and responded to all of our questions and needs. We would gladly return again. Mark S.

We stayed here for my parents' 50th anniversary and had a fantastic time. The main floor, living area, dining area, kitchen etc. were perfect for gathering together for conversations, celebrations, game playing, and of course eating! Plenty of space for everyone. The multiple sleeping options were perfect as we had a mix of adults, young adult, and teens and were able to spread out on the 3 floors so that everyone had their own space too. The outdoor area with firepit, basement with pool table, and main level wrap-around porch were great extra space options for when anyone needed a break from all the together time. Highly recommend this getaway house.

I rented this place with my two sisters. With spouses and children, there were a total of 9 of us and the house very comfortably fit all of us. Everyone had a place to sleep. The house had everything we needed. We even asked for an ironing board and the caretaker brought us one right away. There were plenty of games available, great streaming TV options and it was close to the wedding we were all attending in Meredith. I would recommend to others.
