Casa La Bella, nuestra hermosa casa ubicada en el Parque Garrafón, Punta Sur, Isla Mujeres. Esta espectacular casa de nueva construcción está rodeada por el océano en los tres lados que ofrecen vistas del amanecer desde la terraza de la azotea privacidad o puestas de sol desde el patio junto a la piscina. Cuenta con cuatro habitaciones (3 master suites con camas king y baños privados) y 4. 5 baños. Los acabados son impecables con mármol y granito en todo. La piscina de borde infinito crea un espejismo de agua que fluye azul a través del Caribe a la costa de Cancún. Esta casa tiene todas las comodidades para hacer sus vacaciones privado, tranquilo y relajante.

The house was as beautiful as the description and pictures. It was spacious and the 3 master bedrooms upstairs all had en suites and walls of windows overlooking the pool and the ocean. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. I know people don’t go to Isla to watch television but we are sports fanatics and the satellite system was incredible and we had tons of channels to choose from! We definitely recommend Casa la Bella.

This was a lovely property overlooking the ocean and the Cancún skyline. It was well appointed, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Portions of the island lost power for about two hours while we were there but the property had a back up generator so we were not impacted. The property manager was very responsive. We also recorded great recommendations for transportation and even a private chef. We will stay here again.

Rick's home totally met all our expectations. Everyone loved the infinity pool and view. Patio was awesome to relax in the pool and patio. The outdoor table was a great size for the whole family of 7. Kitchen was large for everyone to hang or prep our meals. Bedrooms were super large and 3 of them had an ocean view with porch to walk out on. Location is very close to Punta Sur and could walk to the southern point. We loved sitting on the patio at night and star gazing along with the lights of Cancun in the distance. The turquoise water is just amazing beautiful. Only suggestion is having a chair in the bedrooms to sit on or a more comfortable chair in the living room for older people.

I have been traveling to Isla Mujeres for over 20 years and Casa La Bella is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed on the island.

This is a beautiful home with great views of the water and Cancun. It’s spacious and very clean. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker, management was very prompt in responding. Unfortunately it could not be resolved, but we improvised and was not a big deal. The outside area is big and can accommodate a large family. The pool is a great for relaxing and enjoying the views. The neighborhood is quiet and Punta Sur is a 3 minute walk out the door. Just one thing to consider it is 150 Pesos for a cab ride to “El Centro” one way. There is a bus thats 20 Pesos per person and it stops on the corner.

Casa La Bella exceeded our expectations. We spent most of our time in the pool taking in the beautiful view. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which worked out great.

This home is on the south end of the island, away from the maddening crowds of El Centro. Still easy access via golf cart, taxi, or bike to partake in food and shopping, but we were happy staying close to home. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. We ate well, including lobster we bought from some fisherman after scrambling down the cliff from the house to the water.
Great sunset views, with sunrise just a short walk away. Quiet mornings drinking coffee and staring at the sea. The best view on the island for sure! Comfortable beds, lots of space, and equipped enough to make meals at home, including the BBQ. The house manager, Isaac, was super responsive and helpful at all turns. Thank you much for sharing your beautiful home!

The house was awesome. This was the second time we stayed here in the last 15 years. The upgrades to the house are great. Would recommend this listing to anyone wanting a great vacation.

Everything was great except the pool. I reported it not working property when we arrived on Friday and it really wasn’t fixed until the following Thursday. So we only got to enjoy it to its fullest for one day before we had to leave. That was the only thing that was disappointing. It was a great house for our group of 3 couples. Would definitely rent it again. I hope they do a little updating of the pool and living room furniture before our next visit.

This house is in a fantastic location near Punta Sur, and we pinched ourselves at the view every day. The property managers were responsive, friendly and helpful, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

As one of just a handful of houses at the end of Punta Sur, at the opposite end of the island from downtown and Playa Norte, Casa La Bella was a perfect quiet getaway for our two families with young kids. With a well-appointed kitchen, large terrace, and gorgeous pool, we were happy to cook, eat, drink, and swim while looking out over the blue waters. Jennifer (concierge) and Isaac (property manager) were quick to try to address the few issues we had, and Jennifer arranged a great snorkeling trip (Fred from Ceviche Tours is the best!). The one disappointment was the 4th, non-master bedroom - it's off the kitchen on the first floor, with no view and a queen bed, but the real issues were a strong septic-system smell and a motion-activated light-sensitive light right outside the bedroom window, which could not be turned off. We piled 8 into the three bedrooms upstairs and still had a great time, but the house would be even better if the light and smell of that 4th bedroom could be addressed.

Casa La Bella is perfect! Pictures don’t do it justice. The pool is amazing. Everyone was so helpful and made wonderful recommendations!! We loved our time on the island and can’t wait to return!!

Casa, Bella was so amazing and clean and comfortable. I love the southern tip of the island and this was the perfect spot with everything we wanted in a villa. I do hope to see the pool furniture upgraded at some point, or at least the lounge chairs 😊

I will try and put into words how wonderful this property is but it will not do it justice. The location is the best we have stayed at on Isla. We have stayed at multiple locations … (playa Norte, Punta Sur but on East side ). None hold a candle to this houses location. From spectacular sunrises to breath taking sunsets the colours of Mother Nature will not disappoint . We spent lots of time out at the pool and even ventured down to the teal and vibrant blue waters below to snorkel (Gafaron park is literally right next door). The house is spacious and has beautiful views from almost every room . Although we did not cook while there it has everything you would need if so inclined. As far as restaurants it is a short buggy ride to the joint and although not open when we went the restaurant at Punt sur (2 min walk), there are so many other fantastic restaurants as well that are close proximity. Love , love , love this house. Thank you Rick for your hospitality your home is absolutely beautiful!

Our group of 7 adults had a great time at Casa La Bella.
The house was perfect! Great layout and the infinity pool was to die for.
The management team communicated well and helped with everything from golf cart rentals to whale watching reservations. They also provided some recommendations on chefs which we took advantage of. The taco dinner provided by Chef Josafat Baez was amazing!

Our family's current favorite vacation ever...
This place is incredible!! The views are fantastic, the beds are soooo comfy, the three main bedrooms are all wonderful (no one gets stuck with "the bad one") and the pool and deck areas the best main living space you could have. We spent every day by the pool except for a few adventures for drinks and food. My favorite spot by the pool was the deck bed. OMG.
There's not much nightlife on the island, so we enjoyed cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen mostly. We'd grab cocktails somewhere each day - highly recommend the golf cart bar crawl - it gives you a good tour of the island and you find cute places to revisit. Go at the beginning of your trip.
We loved the location of Casa La Bella too. Being on the quieter south end was lovely.
Five stars all around! We can't wait to get back!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, the property management company, and the owner. This was our second stay at Casa La Bella and everything was on point and no details were missed. The location is great, the bedrooms are well appointed, and everything is described as it is. It is simply amazing! The house managers, Isaac and Jennifer, were so on point and communicated every step of the way with their efficiency and knowledge of the island, house, and literally anything else that we asked about. The owner of the house is amazing to work with and because of everyone's communication and our all around fantastic experience we will certainly be back! Thank you to everyone that helped make this vacation relaxing and wonderful! We'll see you all soon!

Amazing home, views & staff
Everything was perfect during our stay. The views are spectacular. The house is clean, well-stocked and a relaxing atmosphere! We spent the week with two other couples and had such a fun time creating memories. The island is slow-paced with friendly locals. The staff for the house were very responsive, especially when the water stopped working. Isaac was on it right away and resolved the issue with no interruption for us. We will definitely be back!

Truly enjoyed our stay here, the pool & view to the sea was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for our 6 adults & 2 kids to stretch out. Enjoyed being on the quiet side of the island. Great kitchen, we hired a private chef one night & enjoyed eating dinner on the deck. Hot water was a little spotty but I’m sure they’ll get that sorted. Not sure if every bathroom had this, but ours included a flat iron, curling iron & blow dryer. Very convenient to not have to bring those items. Nice to have access to the washer & dryer. Would not hesitate to recommend this property. Enjoy!

Wonderful family getaway
We love this Island and have been visiting it for years. This house has the best views on the island for sure. We had and amazing time relaxing by the pool and watching the sunset, and sunrise. Only a couple issues with hot water not working and the pool lights weren’t working so when it got dark at 5 it was pretty dark in the back but really didn’t disappoint us. We would definitely stay at Ricks place again it was amazing!

Amazing view
We spent 7 nights at Casa La Bella and we loved every minute of it! The view from the patio is incredible; we spent a lot of time relaxing and swimming! The pool temperature was perfect (Dec 5-12). For anyone with a toddler be aware there is no child lock on the back kitchen door, so we had to be extra careful to make sure our daughter didn't end up outside in the pool without us. The 3 master bedrooms upstairs were perfect for couples, and the bedroom downstairs worked perfect for our kids. A golf cart is a must, since most things are not walkable. Punta sur is walkable and we definitely took advantage of the restaurant there as our "neighborhood bar." I'm already planning a return trip. Paradise!

Amazing House… perfect for families
The view! It cant be beat. It was even better than in the pictures. Lived being on the quieter side of the island. The house was perfect for our group. We had both my mom and my husbands dad and everyone had enough privacy. All bedrooms have their own bathroom which is fabulous. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was nothing we needed that we couldnt find. Highly recommend this house. Isaac, the manager always picked up his phone and was ready to help.
