El dormitorio principal del piso superior cuenta con un balcón con vista al océano y 1 baño completo y una cama tamaño queen. Armario en el dormitorio, tocadores y un televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Las habitaciones del piso superior tienen vista al mar, 2 camas individuales, vestidor, tocador, baño completo, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El tercer dormitorio en el nivel inferior tiene vista al mar, una cama tamaño queen, tocador, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Gran salón abierto con acceso al balcón frente a la playa. La sala tiene una gran televisión de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y VHS. La sala también cuenta con una chimenea de leña. El comedor está abierto a la sala de estar para que toda la familia pueda mezclarse. Un reproductor de CD / Radio está en el comedor. Cocina completa equipada con microondas, estufa, horno, lavavajillas, refrigerador. También hay una nevera más pequeña en el comedor que es ideal para enfriar bebidas. El medio garaje tiene una parrilla de barbacoa de propano al aire libre. Se proporcionan sillas bajas de playa y sillas altas de playa para que nuestros huéspedes las usen, así como algunos juguetes de playa para niños, tablas de surf y un kart de playa. The location was convenient to the beach and some restaurants yet the area was quiet. The condo was nicely decorated and felt very beachy. Fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels and paper towels provided. Took us a few minutes to open the front door, didn’t realize we needed to turn the bolt knob and door knob. Once we figured it out it was a breeze. Parking was behind the building and easy to access. The deck off the living area was a nice spot to sit, have morning coffee, read or enjoy a glass of wine at night while watching the ocean. We had a small issue and property owner responded right away. There are a lot of stairs and might not be good for everyone. There is an adorable bedroom and half bath right up from the front hallway. TVs in each bedroom is a plus. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Property was great- beautifully decorated and spacious. Sitting in the sunshine on the balcony, hearing the waves was our favorite spot. 5-10 minute walk to everything but nice and quiet and away from everything when you come back.

The property was perfectly located across from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable and the view from the decks made for a nice place to sit and talk. The property had 4 floors, so many steps which may not be for someone with a disability. Otherwise, a perfect, fun place to spend time in Cape May.

We have stayed at Philadelphia Beach Condos several times and really enjoyed our experience in B2. Easy walk to the beach, well-stocked with necessary items and nicely updated and decorated. Highly recommend!

Quiet, relaxing, excellent location
The property was in excellent condition, comfortable living room -chairs, TV, mattresses were comfortable in the bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked for food prep, every room was clean, bikes available for use. This is a great location to get to restaurants, center of town and of course the beach is just across the street. We rode bikes to restaurants, easy parking for trolley tour & shopping. We had a fantastic girls reunion at this condo. Definitely recommend.

We have been coming to Cape May for more than 15 years and I’ve stayed at many places Philadelphia beach unit B2 was especially nice because of his close location to the beach and away from the Busytown section the property was very clean and neat with ample parking and beautiful view of the beach

Ladies getaway
Everything was perfect, location, parking, clean. Alot of stairs you get used to it after a day. Nice restaurant in walking distance. The only issue was the VRBO hadn't updated the listing and it had stated sheets and towels would be supplied and they were not Good thing I caught that before we got there. Otherwise the stay was a pleasure

Our stay exceeded expectations of our group. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect alternative to hotel rooms. Beachfront views beautiful. Close to restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Place was really clean. Location was really good too. My negative was that the house was overwhelmed with glade plug ins and other scent inducing products. We did unplug them and tried airing out the place as best we could but my family and I all woke up with headaches and/or sore throats.

Ideal location and view of the beach. Property layout convenient and comfortable. It was nice to have the use of beach chairs and bikes while we were guests. Walkable to all town restaurants, bars and mini golf. Looking forward to another stay.

Great Location
We visited in September and had a wonderful stay. No crowds, no traffic and across the street from the ocean. We enjoyed various MAC tours and our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Great ocean view from the top floor of this four floor condo.

Annual summer getaway
We can’t say enough about this place! It was clean, comfortable and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Melinda and Russ were extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of when needed. The view from both decks can’t be beat- what a place to sit and drink coffee in the morning, cocktails after a long day at the beach and/or just soak in the view and ocean breeze. The overall property is also very clean, well lit and maintained. The beach is literally across the street with a cross way steps from the property and the hosts went the extra mile to provide summer comforts for their guests (beach chairs, beach passes, bikes and grill). We hope we have an opportunity to come back and stay! If you are looking for an ideal home and location for a Cape May getaway - this is it!

Perfect for us
We had a fabulous time at this condo! Beach access is so easy, especially hauling a young kiddo in tow. The host was Uber communicative and even dropped off a booster seat when we needed it. Accommodations are comfortable, views are great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. We’d 1000% definitely stay here again!
