Our vacation was EASY!! The process of checking in was no muss/no fuss. Had all the codes in advance and received communications throughout the process from booking the reservation through the end of the stay. The unit was very nice. The kitchen had an excellent stock of utensils, cookware etc. This was our second time staying at the Breakers and we plan to be back next year!!

Positives: The condo was great. It had everything at our fingertips. The little extras included were beach towels, an extra chair and snacks. We loved the view. Your Assistant at the Beach provides grocery delivery and it was so nice to have a stocked kitchen when we arrived. The location was great - oceanfront with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The staff at Your Assistant at the Beach was also helpful with pre-arrival information.Negatives:There is no access to a closet in the Master Bedroom. We were only there for a long weekend so it really didn't matter but for a longer stay it could be an issue. Also, we had a later in the day flight and we had a problem with storing our luggage. Luckily, the Maintenance/Security staff had an area where we stored our luggage until we left.

We struggled finding availability anywhere in Destin, the week of spring break and we were going to call it quits and stay home but this place was recommended by a friend staying here that same week. So relieved we spoke with him because they had the space for our larger family. Lucked out big time too- beautiful property and luxurious room. Price was reasonable. Loved the view. Pool area was kept very clean. Plenty of chairs available. Easy private access to the beach with our own spot each day with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Nice area to grill out. We and the kids had a great time. Wasn’t too crowded at all. Even with one elevator being down. Wasn’t a big deal anyway since we were on 3rd floor, we just took the stairs at times.

Nice beach week with my sister, niece and mom. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious. The pool and common areas were all clean and well kept. The beach and the availability of the beach chairs and umbrella was very convenient to have. The walk out to the beach was very close which is important, no need to worry about parking and walking. We go Every year to Destin and Breakers East is our favorite spot. We had a great time again more rain than usual but the unit was great, equipped with everything you need for staying indoors. The Unit was clean all the beds we’re comfortable. Plenty of seating in and on the balcony, kitchen great, not lacking any small appliances, even waffle maker. Loved our stay and you don’t have to use the elevator because your are only on the 3 floor which has a great view but stairs are doable.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Has gated parking, and when we arrived there were many nice carts available for taking things upstairs. Elevator worked great. Condo was clean and very nice. The beds were awesome, my sister said it was better than her new bed at home. Had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony area was very nice and the view was gorgeous!

This condo is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Being able to open the sliding doors and just listen to the ocean was so good for my soul! The area is nice and quiet and there are sidewalks if you would rather walk to check out the shops and restaurants close by. We really enjoyed walking on the beach while we were there. If relaxing on the beach is your thing, we appreciated the beach service that was included with our unit and the attendant at the little shack was so friendly and helpful! The kitchen is one of the most well stocked we have ever had in a VRBO! I was thrilled to have everything I needed to cook in our condo, including a crockpot! There is also an area by the pool with some charcoal community grills that we wished we would have remembered were there. The only thing I would
Point out is that there is only one towel and one wash rag per person so you might want to pack some to bring along if you don’t want to do laundry daily. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway with our 21 year old twin daughters. They are both in college and really just wanted to relax at the beach! Our stay was awesome, the condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. We cooked dinner at the condo a couple nights and enjoyed some fresh seafood at a couple local beach restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching tons of dolphins out in the water. We took a late night swim in the heated pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better little getaway! We will return again for sure!!! The property manager was nice and communicated well with us!

Great Summer Getaway
Had a terrific time at this wonderful property. The rooms were terrific, kitchen was beautiful, and everything exceeded our expectations.
Only minor inconvenience was no ice machine on property, but it was a short drive across the street.
We will definitely be coming back here next summer!

Thanksgiving getaway
Could not have been any easier. Accessing the condo, kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes! One suggestion....the living room area rug needs to be cleaned, pretty badly.
