As a frequent traveler, I alway choose to stay in vacation rentals. This is one of the best homes I’ve booked. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the things we needed. I really enjoyed looking at the flipbook of how the home was renovated to its look today. Amazing work! The store next door was a great plus and served really good breakfast. The community was quiet which was great for us. Communication with the owner was easy. She even called to ensure we checked in properly. If I’m ever back in the NO area, I hope to book again.

lost staying in the house because of delta flight cancel beause of microsoft cyber lost money in this house also a second house in new orleans and hotel in san antoino tx. next time i known don't pay 4 months ahead of trip--but the house would of been great look nice nice area maybe next year--phillip

I was really impressed with the home. It was beautiful and spacious for my family and I. The cleanliness was phenomenal and all the amenities met all of our expectations. Thank you all so much for allowing my family and I to stay. This home is a must and if we visit again I would love to come back and stay here. It’s a 10/10.

This is a beautiful property. It is well equipped for all your needs. Plenty of room so no one is crowded. Beautiful area…store across the street is busy in the mornings but still pretty quiet. The store has odd hours.

The home was as shown on vrbo. I loved the home, it was the perfect size for our group of 4. Each lady having her own bathroom (time saver...lol) Good location nice neighborhood, Home also had games for us to play. Unfortunately the restaurant across the street was closed every time we tryed to go, but i heard the food is good. My only Complaint were about clearness of the home. We did have to do some cleaning. It just needs a good deep cleaning.
Especially the master bathroom shower as mildew and wash cloths and bath towels need to be replaced, some of they so bad we were not able to use them. I would also suggest a wash cloth just removing make-up. Other them that I would have given this home a 5 star. I really did love the home.

Very cozy home. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy family. Washer and dryer in both the main home and in-law suite. Very easy to catch transportation to main attractions. Communication with owner was great. We had a question about the tv in the in-law suite. She promptly contacted me and found out that WiFi does not reach to the in-law suite. Not a big deal. I just used my phone to watch shows. The home had everything needed for stay. We didn’t have to run to the store and pick up anything. The store across the street had great food but was not open on the weekends. They did have vending machines for soda with was perfect when we wanted something bubbly. The neighborhood was quiet and we sat on porch every night.

My only problem was the master bedroom and the bedroom directly across from the master the tv remotes would not work. We had to download the Roku remote to utilize both tvs.

My Family stayed at this Beautiful home in August 2022 for 5 days. The home was very beautiful. It was clean and spacious. Our adult children stayed in the main house and my husband and I stayed in the cozy apartment in the rear of the house. It was very nice. Just enough room for us. We would definitely come back and rent this beautiful home! The cost was extremely reasonable and we loved the restaurant next door! Amazing food and very nice people.

From check in to check out this stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and clean. It fit our family perfectly. The host is fast to respond to everything we asked. The location was just what we needed, close enough to places but not that busy. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. We will be looking to go back on our next trip.
I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking. It is not to big, nor to small, it is just right!

My 6 friends and I met in college in the 60's and have traveled together for over 50 years. Consequently, we have stayed in many vrbos and we all agreed that this was once of the best.
The house was roomy, welcoming and completely as advertised, less than an easy 5 miles to Bourbon St. Great beds, fully equipped kitchen, and a nice outside patio.And Jami was awesome to work with.
But what made the house completely unique was the neighborhood. The Arabi Food Store is directly across the street and serves great food. We enjoyed their Po Boys, Pork Chops, Smoked Chicken and Catfish.
Then we met Tommy, one of the neighbors , and he joined us to share his history and the history of the neighborhood. The next day, his wife Annette, surprised us with a King Cake and stayed to play cards with us.
The entire trip was wonderful and I give Jami and the house my highest recommendation.

The house was perfect for our reunion. Spacious and beautiful . Everything we needed was there. Neighborhood was wonderful, we felt safe at all times and did lots of walking. Used the public bus and streetcars to get around NO and had no fussing with parking. Host gave us great tips for dining. Great little place for breakfast and lunches right across the street. Wonderful, friendly people. Thank you!!

The house was beautiful! It was so nice that every bedroom had a bathroom. The open concept made it very easy for everyone to visit. The king size bed was so comfy. The place was very clean. We all loved the restaurant next door. The food was delicious and the people were so nice! We were sad they closed on Saturday and Sunday. Gerald’s has the best doughnuts and Consecos grocery store had everything. It was a wonderful weekend!

This is a nice older home. When we first arrived there was a musty type odor. We purchased air fresheners and let fresh air in and it was no longer a problem. The home is very nice for a large family and accommodates groups very well. We were in town for a graduation and this home allowed us all to stay together. Since there was so much going on in the city, the traffic was hectic. It took longer than 20 minutes to get to tourist areas. However, the neighborhood was nice and close to a Walmart. The street traffic is quite noisy in the morning because there is a popular little neighborhood restaurant next to the home and it is extremely poplar. This is definitely a nice home to stay in just need to be aware of the location and the amount of noise.

We were very pleased with all aspects of this rental home. As advertised: great location near food shopping and all New Orleans points of interest, very clean with plenty of room for four adult couples, great customer service from the owners.
We would return here for certain, and we would recommend this property to anybody looking for a safe, convenient and clean vacation home.

Boys trip to the NCAA final four. Could not have been happier with the accommodations. Particularly liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. House was immaculate. Front porch was great to hang out day or night. House was close to everything we needed. Thanks again Jami.

The house is beautiful! Every bedroom having it's own bathroom is fantastic and the shared living space is so wonderful. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the store/Cafe across the street is yummy and friendly.

The extra apartment on the back was great for our new employee to have privacy. Will stay here again when doing business in New Orleans with a group of employees.

This property is beautiful. The area is nice and safe. The people are welcoming, and it's not too far from central New Orleans. The home was fully stocked with amenities and extras. The owner was very responsive. There was more than enough room for myself, wife, and 6 kids without using the guesthouse. We love it here and will be back!

A cute and quiet location. The Arabi store directly across the street was very friendly and came in handy more than you’d think! The home was beautiful, open, and clean. No nitpicky rules came with the home and it was very easy to contact the owner with any questions! All in all a beautiful home and very sweet owners.

The home was big, beautiful ,clean, with everything you need . it was close to a lot of stores ,restaurants, liquor store, hair,spa,nails. And a cross the street is a great store with great food . every room has a bathroom , all cabs new where to come too. We was also 7-13 min away from downtown,canal,bourbon,french quarters. Its the best polace i ever been too

The property was beautiful and more than adequate for our family of 8 adults--plenty of space to spread out. Location was good, except for having to go thru a 'sketchy' area to/from NO french quarter. Property in a very quiet, well-kept neighborhood.
