The outside of the toilet was dirty!

The check-in was sad; there was no employee at the desk for over 5 minutes. No note, no nothing. Finally when she shows up, she is clueless. She calls our room at 10 pm and wakes us up to ask our name. She said she could not remember and must not have kept any records. She ran my credit card and viewed my driver's license. So after talking to me, she ran my card a second time, charging us twice for the room. It was a nightmare to get this straightened out. Her name was Treena.
The only employee who was helpful was Hampton.
After the mess-up with the credit card, Treena said she or the manager would call me back. Neither called back. This was after we were home.

On first glance the room looked great! Unfortunately it turned out to be quite cold, a stopped up sink, and some non working electrical outlets! But with all that being said the staff was very friendly, so I did not complain to them about any of the issues except the coldness of the room! They actually offered to put us in another room but since it was already quite late 12am, we came in quite late each night we were there….I just wanted an extra blanket!!

Stayed here for 3 nights while traveling to NOLA from out of state to see Taylor Swift. Booked on hotels.com for an incredible rate. Staff was so kind and welcoming! French Quarter and SuperDome were easily accessible via Lyft/Uber (approximately 15-20 minutes) and still a great value with the insane rate we booked. Hotel was completely sold out and staff worked so hard to make the stay special for everyone there that weekend. Breakfast was excellent, only note would be that they used styrofoam plates and plastic utensils vs more sustainable options, but otherwise a 10/10 experience. Could not beat the value on this busy tourism weekend.

Staff was nice, real fast was good. Only thing was a weird smell like raw meat, in the bathroom maybe needed some more cleaning. Everything else was good.

The staff at this location really make it the best stay. From the front desk clerks to the maintenance worker (JP) the entire week stay was wonderful.

Breakfast was good really. I got into situations where my room key wasn't working and had to get it reset several times.

It was very relaxing, nice & comfortable which was exactly what I needed. I’m on chemo and my moma who’s 75 decided to take a weekend trip just to get out and relax and we did just that. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating we felt safe at the hotel leaving and entering the hotel as well as all during our stay. Love the location of the hotel it was near everything & everywhere we wanted to visit over our weekend. We will stay again it was a great experience

The location was great. We were able to experience different dinig experience everyday. Next door to a Walmart. When traveling withba group someone always forget to bring something. I didn't like that it wasbugs in the batroom and after complaining to the front desk and stating they will send housekeeping and maintenance to the room. However, I return to the room and bugs was still in the bathroom. I went to my cousin room to shower. My room was eventually chaned that night by someone else at tge front desk.

We had a 6am arrival and the bathroom in the room had hair in the sink, the shower water was freezing, and some of the towels were stained. Reported to front desk who said well let maintenance know. That night still cold shower. I didn’t get a Luke warm shower until the day I was departing

The hotel could not provide clean linen two days in a row we had dirty sheets and pillows. No hot water. I rated three The water pressure was terrible. It was a little lumpy.

It was our first NOLA trip and our stay here made it perfect. Amazing experience, from the staff to the rooms and the breakfast! Our flight arrived early and check wasn't till 3pm- we didn't want to bring our bags while we walked around JacksonSquare so i called if we could leave our bags until our check in time. The morning staff gladly took them out of our hands and kept them safe. We really felt the awesome hospitality and genuineness. Even the uber rides were exceptional. The fact that Walmart is right next to the property is also a huge plus. We will definitely come back here with our family on our next visit.

I had an excellent stay . The staff was great and the hotel was very clean. The down side was a lack of security. While on my stay my vehicle was vandalized. The only security was cameras and they didn't show the entire parking lot.

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. This was a good location, I felt safe and it was easy to access.

The stay was very good overall! When we arrived, like I always do, I take the beds apart & spray everything down with Lysol. One of the pillowcases were dirty like as in stains from maybe makeup or face paint but none the less it was very visible & the pillowcase should not have been used period!! The other incident was one day we returned to a note that was slid under the door claiming that someone in our vicinity was smoking marijuana & there could be a few so when I called down they explained that at first housekeeping couldn’t pinpoint which room but later found the room & if that was the case the note should have been removed! Aside from those two small things are stay & hotel were great! Spacious enough for the four of us.
