Would have been nice if they had a restaurant — but they were great to include free sodas in the room fridge and left us champagne and snacks in the room upon arrival!

We had a very comfortable stay at Palm Suites. The room was spacious and well designed. The location was excellent - literally right outside the Colosseum with easy access to key monuments nearby. We were staying at the suite with Roman Forum views but it was not as close as it seems from the pictures but everything else was outstanding including the in-suite breakfast!

International Breakfast Is served at the Manfredi Hotel 700m away from Palm Suite. We used this optiion only once. The other days we‘ve ordered a simple american breakfast served at the room.

The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff was super accommodating. The location was very near the colosseum and a metro stop and restaurants very close. We loved everything, especially the kitchenette. The couch was a perfect comfy bed that they made for our teenage son. We will always stay here in the future.

They forgot about my son’s birthday, I was hoping they could help, but it’s ok. Everything else was nice.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Absolutely gorgeous rooms, so spacious given the location, wonderful location - a stone's throw from the Colosseum and a 1 minute walk from the Colosseo Metro station that gets you to all the other sights within minutes. It's also on a nice quiet street so although right by the Colosseum, it didn't feel that you were in the middle of hustle and bustle. The staff at the hotel is exception. Jacomo, Kelvin, and staff were top notch with their service. I love that soft drinks, water, coffee, were all included and replaced every day. They even accommodated our request for non-alcoholic beverages and had non-alcoholic champagne waiting on our arrival with dried fruits. What a great touch. I would stay here in a heartbeat in the future on my visits to Rome.

The only issue with this hotel being so small is that the staff also isn't around at night. So if you come back late from a night out, nobody is around. It's not a big deal but it's nice to have 24/7 staff at a hotel. They rely on the staff at Hotel Palazzo Manfredi down the street which is a good fall back. But something to consider in the future. Also, the bathroom had a strange smell coming from it. Wasn't sure what it was... it felt like it was the upholstery on the floor which is unique but maybe in the future, just consider standard tiles.

Everything was perfect (location, staff, cleanliness, amenities, beds, etc.) except the size of the shower. I would 100% recommend this hotel!
