This property is well appointed and the location is amazing. There are many shops and restaurants within a short walk.it is right on the beach and the views are spectacular. The bed & pillows are very comfortable. Easy to get to and close to everything you could possibly want.I was also surprised as it is on the main walk for the beach it was quite.

This was our first little family vacation. It was the perfect location for access to the beach. I loved having parking for the location and washer and dryer. It was summer time so the evening was pretty hot, but the fan provided was helpful. The headboard was very unsteady and any movement caused it to bang against the wall. It’s was our first vacation rental so we do not have much to compare to. All and all, it was a nice first trip for our family and we are looking into going back.

What a wonderful place to stay. Right on the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The beds were so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

As I've since read in another recent review, I probably should have tried to do more research ahead of time. The condo is mostly as advertised, right on the beach, but what I missed is that there is a road with a dead-end cul-de-sac right beside the unit and there are non-stop cars and large trucks going up and down the road and trucks unloading goods all day and night. The garbage trucks seemingly came every morning and given that the only safe windows to leave open overnight are the side windows, the trucks feel like they are in the unit with you! The unit itself was very clean and the pictures are accurate but the furniture needs some updating as the sofa and sofa bed creaks terribly, the main bed also makes noise when you simply roll over and the arm chair has seen better days/decades. The kitchen is very sparse which I find to be 50/50 with vacation rentals so not altogether a surprise. It is a decent discount rental but just be prepared for the noise and fairly modest furnishings.

The room was exactly as described and it was so nice. Conveniently close (easy walk) to beach, food . Communication with owners was excellent!

The unit was very clean and Jennifer and Kim got in touch right away when the Wi-Fi went out and fixed the issue. Maybe this was my fault for not doing more research but the unit is located right on the boardwalk, public access to the beach, and on a very busy cul de sac. The only door was the glass slider facing the boardwalk which meant that curtains had to be closed the entire time or people could see directly into the studio unit (with the bed facing the doors). Garbage trucks came every morning at 6:00 with the exception of Sunday and the trash cans are directly below the windows. On Saturday evening, about 6 cars came to the end of the cul de sac and were parked, blaring music and attracting a lot of people. The proximity to the ocean was great but it was not the relaxing stay with sounds of waves and a nice ocean breeze coming in that we hoped for.

Beautiful property, well maintained.

Just as it was shown on website. It was entertaining watching all the beach goers on the boardwalk in front of the unit. Altho that didn’t bother me greatly, it was sometimes noisy and less private. Lovely spot.

Nice spot in Pismo with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I even found a state park to walk in. Lots of noisy delivery trucks in the morning, but the place is cool.

We had a wonderful time. 20 years ago, we would take our kids to Pismo every fall, but hadn't been back for some time. We found this property and it was perfect. The owners where great to work with and it was exactly what my wife and I had hoped for.

Excellent studio on the ocean front! Beautiful views. Very clean. Good communications with owner. Could use new recliner but otherwise no complaints. Would rent again!

Loved this place! Stayed awhile for our honeymoon and loved the proximity to the beach and town. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay here. This place is so clean, well insulated and sound proof. You can’t hear any noise from outside. Close to shops and restaurants. Host is very responsive to questions. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Gonna have to forgo the proximity to the sand for a bit more peaceful location. Unit needs a thorough cleaning. White socks were black after walking on floor and ceiling fan looks like it had filth on the blades from the 80’s. Bed and couch were almost as loud as the garbage trucks and delivery trucks outside the window. Hosts were available and made checkin easy. Parking sucks. Availability of good food walking distance was great.

We’ve never visited Pismo and wanted a place where we could walk to everything. This place was perfect for my wife and I. Great food and drinks everywhere, but the best part were the 2 Tommy Bahama chairs, the hours out on the beach, and the unreal sunsets. We’d easily stay here again and will probably stay longer next time. Great hosts with easy communication. Thanks for the great stay!

Location could not be better! Beach immediately in front of unit. Walked beach every morning. Only complaint was the bathroom is small but shower was great.

Beautiful place. Everything was just like it read from the listings. Our stay was simple, great people next door with whom we shared life stories. Easy place to get around just by walking. The only thing that I would add that would be placed in the negative was being on the culdsec. The traffic would often come down Ocean View Ave to make their U-turns, some with loud music and others like the trash/delivery trucks for the hotel business next door. You may ask, would I stay there again? Yep, but this time I would be on the top floor so that I could sleep with the front sliding door open all night.

The location was great! The ocean was right out the front door and it’s Walking distance to most anywhere you’d want to go. Plenty of towels and pillows! Our only complaint really is the furniture- The bed was super loud when just rolling over and not very supportive. My husband slept on the couch which was also super noisy. Also a new toilet seat is needed.

The large studio is perfect for a family of four, which is located on the ground floor with convenient access to the beach and pier. The majestic view of the ocean and sunset in the evening is absolutely breathtaking. In addition, Jenny and Kim were professional in making sure our family received the essential information for a comfortable stay. My family and I plan to return to this same property next summer.

What a spot to watch the sunset, it's like your own little paradise in Pismo. Having our kids with us, it was great to have a place so close for them to relax from playing all day at the beach. The only thing I could say to other people wanting to stay here is be patient when driving in. It is a drop off area and it is a very popular spot, but trust me this place is worth it!
