This was hands down the best experience! The owner Chris, made everything perfect for us. Check-in & out was easy, he even let us have a later checkout which really helped out. We had everything we could possibly want or need, best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. It was our Anniversary & we were welcomed with a gift basket & a bottle of wine. The Beach views were absolutely breathtaking!! Excellent Condo & definitely will be back! We highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and wel kept. It was very clean and the view was amazing. The property owner was fabulous to amswer any questions we may have had and was "the hostess with the mostess". Will definerly return for a visit in the future thats for sure.

Such a beautiful condo and a wonderful host. Destin is so beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. Chris made the whole process very easy. We hope to be lifelong friends with Chris and visit often. I highly recommend Chris and his beautiful condo.

Our daughter was getting married on the beach on the same day as her Mother and I anniversary so we were celebrating her wedding, our anniversary and the first time to Destin for both of us. Could not have asked for any better experience all the way around.

We had a excellent stay and we plan to visit again and when we do this is where we will stay. It was neat and clean. Any questions we had Chris was responsive immediately and gave some of the best recommendations for restaurants. This was our 10 yr. wedding Anniversary and he left us a bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses and a bowl of snacks which we really thought was kind and thoughtful. Had one of the hottest heat waves but when we arrived he had cold drinks in the fridge for us. The bed was very big and comfortable. Had the perfect view of the ocean, the bay and city. You can literally see the ocean from every room except the back bathroom and sink room. Had all utensils and dishes in the kitchen we needed and then some. We were not disappointed at all! Chris answered any questions we had even before we booked the room. We give it and him 5 🌟's

From day 1 setting up the condo until the day we checked out, everything was just wonderful. Great communication with owner and he was very informative! Clean condo and supplied with everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit! The view was fantastic also! Will definitely book this very same one next year!

This gorgeous oceanfront condo was exceptionally clean and offered magnificent views of the beautiful gulf! We saw lots of dolphins! The condo was very clean and offered everything you need for your stay. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The host communicated very well with us from start to finish. Lots of little extra nice touches as well!

The host was so easy to work with, and very informative. The property itself was great for families… quiet, not over crowded, and literally has everything you need. The views are stunning, you have the best view of the ocean and the city along with both the bridges coming into Destin. Also perfect view of the fireworks on Thursday night. I can’t say enough how beautiful it is, just have to see it for yourself. Will definitely stay here again. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Just enough!
We have a family of 5, and this was just enough space. It was just as pictured, and the view was amazing. Even with only 1 shower for the 5 of us, we could get through them pretty quickly thanks to the “Jack & Jill” styled adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen was surprising stocked well! We used the gas grills they have on site which worked great. We also used the laundry machines- which also got the job done- fyi, it’s $2.50/load- quarters only. Chris was a great host and always responded quickly and made us feel like we could contact him anytime with anything.

Chris was excellent to work with this entire process, from the initial booking to throughout the stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, updated, and has the best view! We had no problems at all and plan on staying here again on our next visits to Destin.

Beautiful Condo
Chris made this vaca for me and the wife stress free. The check-in process was a breeze. He had everything ready that we needed: the parking pass, the keys and direct line of communication if there were any questions. The place was very clean. The furniture is well kept and the towels were white and plentiful. Everything was nice and very comfortable.
There were amazing views of the ocean from the balcony and amazing views of the city from the front window. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks Chris!

Little bit of Paradisek - Hated to leave
Even though this was a short stay, everything about it was perfect! Chris was an amazing host. The condo was beautiful and clean. Because the bed was so comfortable, I actually slept very well. That never happens when I am away from home. I cannot wait to come back to that "little bit of paradise" on the Emerald Coast! Thank you for everything, Chris!

Son's senior trip
I saw this property listed when we found out about taking a trip during spring break 2022. The first picture captivated me and then looking at more I immediately fell in love. Upon arrival, I could only say WOW! Everything was so well maintained and so beautifully decorated. Plenty of drawer space and the closet in the bathroom was so useful for all of our necessities. The balcony was so comfortable to sit on and from every angle the views were incredible. Can't wait til we can visit again. The host was so attentive from the beginning of the process thru the end. Great memories were made for me and my 2 kids that I will treasure always. Thank you so much again !

Great Stay!
My husband and I traveled to Destin for a Babymoon. We absolutely loved staying here. The view from the balcony was beautiful (especially during sunset) and the condo itself was perfect for the 2 of us. The building also has a private pool and access to the beach which was great. Chris was very communicative and easy to get in touch with if we needed him. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Views
My husband & I stayed in this great condo for a few days and enjoyed it very much. The condo is exactly as pictured. Chris’s response time to any of our questions exceeded our expectations. The only thing we noticed was that the sinks in the bathrooms are low and long way down to brush our teeth. It would not prevent us from staying there again just an observation.

Amazing Stay!!
My husband and I spent 3 nights in the Destin area at the Condo. The VIEWS are amazing. The beach and the sunsets are to die for. Everything was just as we needed it to be. The condo is on the beach and that made our long walks easy. I will always try to book this condo when I'm in Destin! You should book it if it's available.

Beautiful Beach and Sunsets!
Best overall was the ease in dealing with Chris. He responded quickly to any question. The condo was clean, beautiful and the balcony was perfect to watch the sunsets with a glass of wine. Had several restaurants close. Would definitely recommend a stay in this condo.
