We enjoyed it. It was clean. Had everything we needed. Just enough for us. My son wants to come next year again. The only bad thing was the mosquitoes.

We took our son and a couple of his friends before they start college. House is good proximity to beach. Boys enjoyed playing ping pong at night. Owner gave good details and responded quickly to any questions.

This is our 3rd time at this property and it never fails. Property is fantastic and being part of the Pointe West neighborhood adds an additional flair. Having the golf cart included on-site is a great added bonus. Morgan is always available and always keeps the lines of communication open. Another great Galveston trip in the books. We will be back next year!

We ad a blast and I especially liked yew laid back feeling and “help yourself” attitude of the owners! The golf cart for free is the best! We are the grandparents and LOVED the fact that it is not 3 story. Packing and unpacking was so easy. We could only find 4beach towels and before you knew it….there were 4 more! Thank you! ❤️👍

The house was clean and probably the most well stocked with amenities I have ever seen in a vacation home. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Whether you are going by your self, a couples get away, or with family and friends, there is plenty to do or just peace and quiet! Host was extremely responsive and everything was just as good or better then listed.

Great time, great place, loved the beach and the club pool. This place had everything you could possibly need with the exception of food and spirits. They really thought of everything to make your stay a great one! I would love to rent this place again!

This was by far the best family vacation our family has had. The house had literally everything we needed! The beach was just a few minutes walk making it easier to take the kids frequently. Thank you for a wonderful get away!

We had a great time at this cottage. It is further from pools and beach club, but with the golf cart, it was more than fine. We had a few storms during our visit but we were able to stay entertained playing pingpong and hanging out on the patio together. We had a lovely time! Thanks!

Great location loved the golf cart so much! The beach was empty and they had everything we needed for ultimate beach and house fun. Kids were in heaven. There were so many massive mosquitos that attacked us every time we were downstairs… my 2 year old is covered in welts! The house also had an odd smell, probably just animals but we don’t have a dog so was not used to it. Probably won’t stay here again because of the bugs but otherwise great spot!

This is a great beach house. The beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable! The kitchen has just about every gadget you could need for basic cooking. There were plenty of kid friendly plates, cups, cutlery. That was handy! The deck downstairs is just enough! It was so nice to sit and watch the pond! The golf cart was nice to have! There are plenty of beach chairs, pool floats (even a baby float), and beach toys! There is even a wagon, which made going down to the beach a breeze! There were plenty of beach towels in the house. Pack light! There is a nice washer and dryer in the house. The pools and beaches on the property are GREAT! The restaurant had delicious food, but the service was terrible.
I will say (which is not a reflection of the home owners) that the mosquitos were next level!! I’ve never seen swarms of mosquitos so huge before!! Bring bug spray!

We (two teenage daughters) came for our spring break. The overall place was perfect for the 4 of us. We loved the resort amenities and being able to use the pools and the on-site restaurant. The location is a good 20 mins from the main drag of Galveston - we liked that is was a bit quieter and we could choose to go to the more active area of town. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was there, short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pool. They had a golf cart on site but we didn’t use it. House was clean and cozy. Will stay again if we get the chance.

We found the property was in a great location with planty of distance from the city. The hrom was nicely set up with everything you could use for your stay at the beach. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay here again.

It is on the far side of the island, so it really does take some time to drive down to the center-but the beach access is WAY better and the beach club pools are phenomenal! Loved the house itself, the owner really has taken the time to try and put everything you could possibly need for your stay together. Lists of restaurants, beach toys, wagons, use of the golf cart for driving around the neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay. The power went out in the neighborhood on our last night there and the owner was very communicative with us about ETAs they were receiving from the power company. Loved our stay here!

Everything was perfect! Exactly as described by the owner. I loved the proximity to the beach. One of the cleanest in Galveston! I appreciated the kitchen amenities, everything is there for you! Beds were very comfy. Lots of towels! My kids loved the golf cart and ping pong table. So clutch that you don’t need to bring any beach type things. It’s all there! Even a wagon! We will definitely come back. Ty!

This is our 2nd year at this property and we had such a great time just like in 2022. Perfect location and the golf cart allows for much easier transportation to the beach and the beach resort. Morgan was fantastic as usual and so easier to communicate with and very responsive to our needs as well. We WILL be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. As other reviews stated, this home provides everything you’ll need for your stay and for the beach. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed the space under the house as well as the breeze off the back deck. When we had questions, Morgan was quick to respond. The AC is awesome and the extra fans were nice at nighttime. The master bed and bunk beds were very comfortable. The beach, which is super close, is the best I’ve seen in Galveston. The beach club pool was just okay (very murky and needed a good cleaning). We hope to come back again soon!

This was our second time staying at the property in two years. We love the location in proximity to the beach, amenities, pools, and floor plan. The golf cart and ping pong table are an added bonus! My family had a fantastic vacation this week at Wasted Time. The property was the perfect size for our group. The proximity to the beach and the pools made it very convenient for us to plan our day. Our granddaughters loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The property is fully equipped with everything a family needs to maximize their vacation time. A golf cart to move around the property, a plethora of beach toys, a canopy, beach chairs, a grill, and many other items that families can utilize to have great fun. We are planning a return stay next Summer.

We had a great time! The weather was not bad for the first week of May and both pools were fun! The lazy river one was heated and we barely saw anyone else. One weekday we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. The house is the perfect location for relaxing and taking things slow with a quick walk to the beach and a short trip to the pool. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kids had a blast!

Lovely home- we’ll taken care of and owners thought of everything and had great communication. Our teenage son loved having a golf cart to take to the gym. A little too cold for swimming while we were there but was still plenty to do!

Great little house in an awesome development with pools, hot tubs and lots of amenities. Our host has gone out of his way to provide most everything you could possibly need. From all the necessities of a house to beach toys and even a ping pong table and six person golf carts. Just a delightful place.

The house was great! The perfect space for a small group. It had literally anything you could think of. So many amenities. I even found a step stool after I had brought my own. Communication with the owner was great as well. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This house came with everything you can think of to make for an enjoyable stay with both family and friends. Golf cart to enjoy! Sippy cups for those forgotten! And tons of indoor and beach toys to enjoy for rain or shine. This property is also on the quieter end and has a fishing dock right outside the back. Will definitely be back!! Host was amazing and accommodated a late check out for our sons birthday too.:)

The location of this beach house is great. The golf cart is convenient. The Beach club access and pools are wonderful. The beach is nice and clean. The house... needs some work. There are some issues that need to be addressed and we made Morgan aware of them. Hopefully they will be resolved soon so future guests can 100% enjoy their stay.
