The view from our room was great Beautiful .

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant . There is a horrible smell in our room . Very musty and unpleasant . The toilet kept clogging up . One time they called maintenance the other times my husband fixed it . The balcony furniture is filthy . I would not see anything on the table . No one could use the toilet without it clogging up . The First Lady I dealt with was very rude . We tried the breakfast and it was just ok . The gravy is very thin and cold . and needed more flavor . The eggs were soggy , like soaked in water . The cereal was very stale. Need another waffle maker , the wait was very long . I really tried to look for something good about your hotel . Other than First Lady the rest of staff was pleasant!!! . The view from our room was great . Would I stay here again ? absolutely NOT.

Breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection of food and it was very tasty. We were right on the beach with a view of the beach from our balcony. I would recommend the quality inn and suites to anyone

Hallways and carpets were dirty

Great view of the Gulf from the balcony and we had a fantastic view of the sunrise. Just steps from the beach. Lots of breakfast options, loved the strawberry waffle mix as an added bonus for me. There is an indoor pool. Chain and non chain restaurants next door as well as a Kroger grocery store, a block away totally within walking distance. Close to multiple attractions. Easy check in and out. Staff was extremely pleasant! We really loved that our king room was much larger than your usual king room.

Tight parking but we drive a full size truck with big tires.

Close to the beach and the convention center. They also let me keep my vehicle parked there all day while we were at our event even though I no longer had a room booked for that night.

Beds were uncomfortable, furniture was outdated and the office chair we had in our room had peeling "leather" on it. The coffee maker in the room was not clean and the coffee didn't taste great anyway. The doors to certain areas were busted and the elevator by the front desk is "sketchy" according to my 8 year old. 😆 The food was just ok, the eggs would have been better off just scrambled. It would be nice if there were a couple gf options too.

The room was comfortable, quiet, the guy at the desk was very nice and made us feel welcome The coffee tasted great the breakfast was really good. The best place I've stayed in Galveston so far out of 4 hotels!

Was there during the bird migration. Thousands of birds gathered on this and neighboring properties.

The breakfast was good and everyone enjoyed the cucumber water. Location was ok. Didn’t like that you had to cross the street to get to the beach but all of the hotels were like this.

The hotel was definitely dated. My daughter and I got locked out on our balcony. Someone did come and fix the door knob afterwards.

Someone vacuuming the halls at 11 at night. The elevator takes forever. You could hear the people talking and walking above you. And in the hallway. Not enough towels

I loved the balcony view to the beach and my room was very clean. Breakfast was great also. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The lady in check-in who was extremely rude and how housekeeping didn’t go and clean the room once. They also went in the room twice without saying “housekeeping.” Breakfast was also the same every morning which is a bummer.

great Value for money. The rooms are nothing special, but have comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, little balconies, good usb charging option. we chose this hotel as it had an inside pool (good wet weather option), and had great breakfast options (waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, good coffee). also beach and fishing pier across the street was fantastic!

At breakfast the waste is huge. all the cups and utensils are individually wrapped in plastic. don’t think that is really needed.

This is our second time staying here and will stay again. Rooms are clean, great location and staff. They have breakfast, couldn’t ask for more.

I was being charged twice, front desk fixed that, but I came to find out that my room which I booked months in advance was cheaper if I didn't have a reservation! Not good - I overpaid and I will not stay there again!!
