Apartment 4 - Supermarkt und Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar - Parkplatz - komfortabler, einfacher und schneller Check-in - auf Anfragen wurde relativ schnell reagiert und fehlende Dinge wurden vorbeigebracht - netter Vermieter - Wohn-/Essbereich gemütlich und funktional ausgestattet - gutes WLAN und Satelliten TV - Bushaltestelle in der Nähe - 5 Min in die Stadt - zu Fuß ca 25 Min in die Stadt

Apartment 4 - Bett war für uns sehr unbequem durch die harte Matratze - Bett knatschte extrem bei jeder Bewegung - Schlafzimmer direkt neben der Küche ohne Tür o.Ä. - Sauberkeit unzureichend (Spinneweben, Küchenausstattung) - Teil der Töpfe nicht brauchbar, da nicht geeignet für Induktionsfeld - Badezimmer - insbesondere Fugen in Ecken - müssten dringend erneuert werden, Toilettenbrille war locker - Waschmaschine und Staubsauger mussten mit Reinigungspersonal geteilt werden - waren nicht in der Wohnung vorhanden - Besen und Handfeger gab es nicht in der Wohnung - erforderlich bei längerem Aufenthalt - Balkon/Loggia nicht attraktiv, da rundherum mit Scheiben zu, Ausblick nicht schön und Möbel sehr abgesessen - Preis/Leistung passte nicht zum Zustand der Wohnung

Very hot rooms, airco was situated in the living room and away from the other rooms. Also no blinds on one side of 1 of the rooms so very light in there. When choosing for apartment 5, there is no elevator so it's 3 flights up the stairs with all of your belongings. No reaction from the host during our stay via booking.com chatbox. However, they left their cell number to contact them and we didn't try that. Nice jacuzzi in apt 5 but there was a note that said there was a leak, so we couldn't use it.

The apartment has a parking lot that can be used with a token. The flat was okay, nothing fancy, but for one night it was alright. The city center is about a 9-minute drive.

Since the building is relatively close to a main road it can be noisy sometimes if you open the window. My main grudge is that two beds were not clean: we have found hair, eyelashes, etc and one pillow had a distinct smell

Sofa not made for sleep at arrival No other knife than butter ones (ex. bread knife would be useful) Nothing left in the kitchen - no salt, sugar, oil, coffee or tea (traveling in Italy we got used to a situation when such stuff is always available in apartments). Sofa bed is nice but its shape makes it uncomfortable to sleep for 2 adults.

It was easy to go by bus to center. It was warm to walk.

The apartment is comfortable and modern. It was clean and spacious for three people.

The apartment is full of space, and the rooms are big, and you have everything is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you need for cooking. It was clean, and the administrator promptly solved any inquiries. We all enjoy our time there.

Sometimes when you rent an apartment there are small things that although not mandatory help you the first day like coffee/tea, sugar, water, and soap.

Apartment was nice and clean with lot of space and on good location. Center is only few minutes drive with a car.

Only one note, there wasn't enough toilet paper in accomodation.

Apartment clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The terrace of the apartment, generous. The owner is very kind and friendly. He provided us with a map of the city and guided us with what we can see in Ljubljana. Thank you !

All was great: host, apartment is clean, all as described, very modern. Maybe for long staying guests will be an issue that there is no big wardrobe for closes but for our short term staying it was not a problem at all. Definitely book again.

A very nice apartment, located very close to Tivoli park. The park is awesome, our kids loved it so I'm glad we booked this apartment. It's not too far from the city centre, a 20min walk through the park might be considered as a plus. Dejan (the host) was really helpful and nice (left us a welcome beer and water in the fridge), can rent you bikes/scooters if necessary. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment itself but I think it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Huge TV, good wifi, cosy terrace.

We had a very nice time, so there wasn't anything which ruined it. The only "issues" I can think of were the squeaky bed (kinda annoying) and some cables on the terrace which although secured with tape, could be a problem if you have curious kids.

The apartment is in a quiet area, near Tivoli park and 25 minutes walking from the city center. Dejan is a great guy that helps with everything you need. The bedding was comfortable and the apartment quiet.

Spacious apartment with everything you may need. The host has responded to every request immediately and has been very helpful. Good quality equipment. Good TV service with many channels, including sports and international. Bicycles were also provided. Car parked right outside. I'd happily stay there again.

The flat was very nice and spacious, the rooms were new and modern. Also, there is a super cute balcony. Our host Dejan was super nice and gave us a lot of recommendations for food & drinks. In the morning he left us fresh croissants in front of the door - super delicious and very nice gesture. Furthermore, we had an issue with the car and he arranged a mechanic to check it up, even brought us to the car service by himself. Overall experience 10+, we totally recommend Friedly Siska 33❤️
