Room was designed well. Bathroom very clean.

We could not open the window fully when we were location on level 1 due to security.

Shower had great water pressure. It is clean and well designed. The bed was comfortable. Reception was great, we needed some help with a restaurant reservation and she helped greatly too!

Clean rooms and the hotel's location is within 15 minutes walk from the center of Ljubljana. Friendly staff as well.

We could not sleep well, in fact, during our 4 night stay we could barely sleep! The walls are not sound-proof AT ALL, you could hear everything! Our room was in the same level with the breakfast seating area so from 6am until very late in the evening was very noisy as guests are allowed to make tea/coffee 24/7 and we could hear people preparing their drinks even in midnight! If our room was in the ground floor maybe it would have been better, but I can not comment, as our room was in the same level as the breakfast seating area.

This is a nice convenient hotel just 5 min walk from the Ljubljana main square. Rooms are new, very tidy and the design is very nice. Although the breakfast space is a bit limited, the staff brings everything quickley and the variety of food is very good. The staff is very very helpful, we got some complimentary beverages for the kids for the road and they make you feel very comfortable and welcome.

The hotel is located within a 5-10 min of walking distance from the railway station and 10 minutes of walking distance to the town center. Par Tivoli is very close by. The rooms are modern and clean.

I almost couldn't find a plugin in to charge my phone in the room. They asked to pay for breakfast extra although the breakfast was included in the price of the room by Booking. com. I stayed ther with two children but there was no TV channel for the kids where they could watch cartoons.

Cleanliness, breakfast and pleasant staff at the breakfast. It was nice and cosy and close to the city center.

Parking sokution is a disgrace. Even if it was for free I would be ashamed as a hotel owner to offer this kind of parking. You need to stop on the street, get out of the car and get to the reception to tell the. staff to open the ramp for you. She then comes out and shows you where you can park. And since this is a shared parking between hotel and other residents, it looks like a mess. There’s no light at the parking and we didn’t want to go to the car during dark hours. And since it was paid parking I felt really dumb for paying for it. One of the staff didn’t bother to put her (private) cellphone down while talking to me. I actually had to wait for her to finish and then while talking to her she again talked on the phone. I can understand if this is only one of the staff, others were nice. Room isolation is quite bad. We could understand what people from the room next to ours were talking. We got awaken by the other guests, and not by some irregular noise, just normal conversation. Not accepting cards in 2022 is really novel and brave :)

Informative, welcoming and friendly staff, especially in regards to tourist sights and very helpful with train travel. Value for money and close to train station. Rooms true to image.

We had a room to the back (quiet public garden). Very quiet. Nice size room, big new bathroom and shower. Good breakfast. 5 min walk from the old town. Booked with parking which was great.

Clean, quiet, cool room. Comfortable bed. Spacious luxerious bathroom. Friendly co-workers. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the center and near the nature park. Got a small gift of some drinks upon checking out at 5:30 in the morning for free, lovely final touch to the great stay :)

Entrance of the hotel feels a little claustrophobic.

The staff were very kind and supportive. They did help us alot with introducing the main attractions and restaurants to eat in. They also gave us a small gift for our stay during the chevk out. The rooms were super clean and modern. The WiFi was working perfectly fast.The hotel was also 10 minutes by walking away from the centre of the city. I highly recommend it.

The staff was nice and welcoming and gave us good recommendations on what to see. The room was nicely renovated and clean. Breakfast was good for the price!

There was indeed some traffic noice from the streets but I was prepared as I had already read that from other reviews. However, we were not bothered by any noices from other rooms or the hallway.

Modern hotel in a great location. Comfortable bed and spacious. We were able to park our car around the back of hotel for small cost.

Awesome employees! Great room, awesome shower. Late check-in with no problems at all. Excellent location.

They only accept payments in money. Money is ending, most people don't use it anymore. We had to go to an ATM just to pay the hotel.

Hotel is located at a great place! Walking distance to the center, but quiet for a good night sleep. Room was big, great cleanliness, and the employees there were great! After visiting more than 10 times, this is Definitely a keeper for my stays in Ljubljana.

Close to the the city center and main actractions. Very comfortable. At check out we received a "thank you for your stay" gift...first time ever! Clean rooms. Very nice staff.
