Gorgeous Lake Front. Private Dock. Family Getaway. Lake Ozarks.
Nos encantaría compartir nuestra hermosa casa frente al lago con usted y su familia. Hay mucho espacio para divertirse y entretenerse. Esta es una casa espaciosa de 3000 pies cuadrados, 5+ BR, 3 BA con un plano de planta abierto. Esta casa tiene 2 niveles. (Hay un conjunto de escaleras para bajar al nivel inferior.) El piso de arriba tiene 3 dormitorios: dormitorio principal (cama king) con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a la cubierta frente al lago y un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio (cama queen) y el tercer dormitorio tienen dos literas (cuatro camas individuales). Otro baño completo se encuentra arriba. También hay una pequeña habitación que se podría usar para una persona (el colchón de aire doble está ahí) o para un bebé / niño pequeño (paquete de juegos disponible para usar). Hay una sala de estar con chimenea y un bar con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a la cubierta frente al lago. En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios más: cuarto dormitorio (cama de matrimonio) y quinto dormitorio (cama doble y una cama individual). The house was perfect for our needs. Fully stocked kitchen including crockpots and toasters and plenty of dishes. The dock was great! It was large and it was tile planks. The deck was perfect. Lots of time spent there. The water was rough but we were there in a holiday weekend and you have to expect that. Katie the owner was amazing and responds quickly. Loved the place

We had a fantastic time! We have a large family and the home was perfect! We loved the dock a lot and made good memories just being together. Swimming, talking and fishing! Thank you Katie for being a great host and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We will be back!

This experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The owner was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and keeps the property in top shape. There were four of us for a fishing trip, and we had more than enough room. The property is very clean, the large dock makes hanging out with friends and fishing at the same time easy. The kayaks were easy to get in the water and use. The dock has lights on the walkway which helps it standout when boating back at night. Furniture is very comfortable and and kitchen appliances all work well. I cannot say enough good things about this property and will be recommending it to my friends.

This is our second time staying at this property with our group of 12. The house is very clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The view is beautiful! The large dock was great for swimming and fishing. Katie is very easy to work with!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

The house was just about perfect for our group. The water was pretty rough due to lake traffic, but we still had a great time. Katie was wonderful to deal with.

2nd time staying at this property. Has everything you could possibly need. We went down for a fishing tournament so having two boat slips was wonderful. Plenty of room and sleeping spaces. Owner was very polite to us and communicated well. 5 stars for sure

We rent a lake house at the Lake of the Ozarks every year for Labor Day weekend. We have stayed at several with our group of 12 and this is by far our favorite. This house has everything you will need. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The dock was amazing with just a slight incline from the house to the water. Fishing was great. Our son caught a 28 lb Blue Cat. The owner offered early check in and late check out which was very helpful. The huge table was great for games. Plenty of room for our large group and then some. We will definitely be back.

Great house & docks!
Plenty of room for our large family of 17, great kitchen space & love the open floor plan on the ground level. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Rooms are very quiet which is wonderful with a large group! Wish there were handrails wherever there is slanted walking, would have helped little ones & older ones….otherwise a nice stay, thank you!

The kitchen was perfect for a large group and upstairs wine refrigerator was a really nice bonus for extra beverage storage. The rooms are well sized and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep, gather, play games, and have quiet time when needed. The roads leading to the house are a bit winding and narrow but easy to navigate . Drive slow and watch out for deer!! The house is in a great location and offered amazing views of the lake and allowed for awesome swimming from the giant dock. We had this trip planned prior to covid closures, and decided to postpone for a year to be safe, the owner was beyond accommodating. I would recommend this house to any group looking for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for us.

We planned a weekend away in late October to get a change of scenery after being cooped up for 9 months of covid craziness! We are SO very glad we did and that we chose this house. It was PERFECT for us. Two living areas and bedrooms for all the kids. The older teen had great wifi access to do all her remote homework and the younger boys and I were so blessed to be able to use the kayaks on the lake. (Thank you for having extra life jackets.) The house was very clean and the layout was perfect! You never know what tools and appliances might be in a VRBO kitchen but Katie had everything we needed. The only thing I could think of to possibly add would be luggage racks in the bedrooms and a bedside lamp in the master but seriously how minor are those things when the kitchen had EVERYTHING. And what a wonderful view, a full 180 deg view of the lake out the back and it did not feel like we were on top of our neighbors. Wonderful to have the lower deck covered in case of rain and the upper deck feels huge! We are already talking about coming back with the cousins in the summer and we would love to rent this property again. Thank you Katie!

A great, big house for big family!
The property managers are friendly and communicate well. The house was immaculate. Important kitchen necessities and bath towels provided. High quality washer/dryer on-site, plenty of on-site garbage cans (we have stayed in other houses and had to pay nearby gas stations to take our garbage), very large refrigerator which was important for us!
Two levels of deck for great leisure and views. A great grill is available to use on the deck as well. A short boat ride to Frank and Louie’s which is a great family spot. Good location close to other great restaurants too. Not in a no wake zone so a little wavy for swimming depending on traffic. The dock is large and very nice - and offers great fishing (nice crappie and catfish)!
Kayaks and noodles available to use on property which was a great bonus. Adirondack chairs and picnic table on the dock were lovely but no lounge chairs which would have been nice - so bring your own if laying out in comfort is important to you!
Highly recommend this property.
