Este retiro de Sedona es una casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños a 2 minutos a pie del distrito comercial histórico UpTown, excelentes restaurantes (Cowboy Club y Pink Jeeps) y tiendas, a solo unas cuadras de varias de las hermosas rutas de senderismo de Sedona. Oak Creek Canyon está en el camino, y usted está exactamente a 2 horas del Gran Cañón. El patio trasero está cercado y contiene BarBQ, asientos al aire libre, una hermosa fuente de Buda y hermosas vistas de las rocas rojas de Sedona. My adult daughter chose this place from the pictures and we were not disappointed! The house is eclectic and matches the vibe of the town. We walked to downtown area to shop and eat several times. Everything was clean and fun- we really enjoyed our stay there!

I booked this property almost a year ahead of the trip as I do tend to be a planner. The weekend before we are to head up, I still hadn't heard anything from the owners so I sent a message asking for directions and the check in process info. The reply was exceedingly brief - "we will be in touch with you before your stay". It would have been nice to get a nicer response and one that would have said something like "we prefer to send the check in information right before the day of arrival, but here is the address". The neighborhood is wonderful and beautiful! The house is ok. During our trip it rained a lot and was cold out (Sedona is still enjoyable). However, the house still has older windows so we spent a lot of time under blankets. The backyard is a good size but there are no cushions or covers for the furniture, which is primarily metal. Due to the weather we weren't able to spend much time outside anyway, but when we did we had to sit on our sweaters. The beds are quite comfortable and are all memory foam, which was very nice. The kitchen is a good size and the frig and freezer have plenty of space for everything you could think of. Overall, we had a good time, enjoyed the Sedona St Patrick's Day parade and some shopping and it is always nice to get away with your best friends, even if the weather isn't the best!

We fell in love with Sedona, but staying here in uptown made it perfect. We truly could walk to anything in downtown Sedona (coffee, dinner, breakfast, ice cream, shopping, etc.!). The home was easy to get to, very nicely laid out, and with a beautiful backyard.

My granddaughter who is 20, and I stayed at this property. The beds are very close to the ground and are very firm. We did not find them comfortable which made it hard for us to get a good night's sleep. also I had trouble with the TV upon arrival. I could not figure out how to get the cable on. I called and sent a text to property manager did not hear back. After much frustration I figured out it was an input issue. No ice maker, which for some is fine, but I drink a cold drink in the morning that I blend and an ice machine would have been welcomed. The home is very clean.

Overall the house was in a good location and acceptable. The beds were especially nice with the foam mattresses. But the house needs some work especially on the window coverings and a new shower curtain would’ve been nice.

A group of friends spent a long weekend at this lovely home. It was close to shopping and restaurants and multiple tour companies in uptown Sedona. We loved the peace and quiet. The house had all the amenities we wanted.

Excellent location, clean and peaceful
The house was very clean and conveniently located. We were a family of 5: 2 adults, 2 teens, 1 tween. Plenty of room for everyone. It is a quick 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Walking was key because parking is insane in Sedona. We cooked a few meals at the house- kitchen is spacious and stocked with enough pots/pans/utensils.
Loved the house decor and the backyard sculptures and landscaping.

Very Convenient
This property was very convenient to town. We are 4 old ladies who really like the house. The water pressure for showers was excellent. The only thing remotely down was the living room furniture were a bit hard for old people like our group. We enjoyed our walks to town and the local restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again.

The home is clean, peaceful, comfortable and conveniently located in uptown Sedona.
We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. The neighborhood was safe and I felt comfortable going on morning runs by myself. I even ran into a deer on one of my morning runs as I headed out of the door!

Fun getaway
Comfortable 1970s house in an older uptown neighborhood of Sedona very close to shopping. Beautiful views. Good vibe. Perfect Sedona BoHo decor. Good outdoor seating in the backyard. And the house is very clean. We recommend this for a comfortable getaway.

My father fixed the overflow in the hall bathroom, the pillows are really flat, the mattresses were stained, perhaps needing a cover.

#Sedonaat60 Celebration with Perfect Home
This home was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 7 celebrating my 60th birthday. Great location with much nearby to walk from home. Jordan Historical Museum and walk was a few blocks away as was Elote (make reservations 30 days out), and Sedona Beer Co. Our home had magnificent views of the mountains in a serene backyard, and we were lucky to see some deer come through the yard one day. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels for our 7 women, and enough space for us to spread out. I would stay here again and hope to, one day. Thank you! I highly recommend this location for Sedona travelers!!

Great spot right off of downtown
This rental was even bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is within walkable distance on downtown and has all the amenities if you would rather hang in for dinner too. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location! Close to hiking trails; great neighborhood to walk around; local brewery right down the street and all of the uptown Sedona shopping only a 10 minute walk. Beautiful views from many windows! Would stay here again.

Beautiful home and great location
We loved our stay at this classic Sedona house right near uptown! It worked well for our small group of friends. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and the check in process was easy. It was a great experience overall and we would stay here again! There were beautiful views, trails and shops close by.

Just What We Were Looking For
This was our first stay in Sedona. Our party totaled 4 and this property was perfect. Check-in was extremely easy and the home was freshly cleaned. Having stayed in several VRBO rentals I appreciate that these owners have simple rules and respond quickly. This home is colorful, welcoming and convienient to downtown Sedona. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
