This place is amazing and Marina was a great host. House was clean and the views were amazing! The house was stocked with some light groceries, some mixed drinks already mixed and a bottle of champagne ready to be popped! We loved the neighborhood and the beach which is a short walk away. The entire island was so pleasant and everyone was very nice.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Marina’s beautiful villa in Indigo Bay! From the moment we arrived to this incredible property to the day we left, we had a wonderful relaxing stay! The property has the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea from both the terrace and the master bedroom. I had to pinch myself every morning when I woke up to the incredible view! While we were there, there was a regatta on and it was really fun to see all of the sailboats in the bay. Also watching all the cruise ships sail by every day and night was neat to see too. Marina was kind enough to stock our fridge with everything we could have needed for the week, also left some nice Island treats, a full fruit basket and champagne! What a very nice touch! When we asked for beach chairs and an umbrella they showed up the next morning in brand new condition. We enjoyed taking them to the local beach and all around the island. The local beach restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we almost had the beach to ourselves at times. Was really nice and relaxing especially after spending the week before around in Mullet Bay which was a very crowded beach. We loved the location of the villa as well because it was close enough to Phillipsburg with great shopping and to Simpson Bay with great restaurants. We will definitely return this incredible villa and to this beautiful part of Saint Martin one day. Thank you Marina for everything!

Everything was perfect. Communication with Marina was amazing from the time we booked our stay, until we left. She even met us to guide us back to the house upon arrival to St.Marrten after picking up our rental car. The place was as beautiful as the pictures and very private and quiet. It was clean, roomy and we had everything we needed in the house to cook with. She left us a beautiful fruit basket, charcuterie board of cheese and grapes and eggs, milk and other groceries to get us through until we picked up some groceries. The coffee maker quit when we were there and she replaced it the same day we left her a message. She was always very quick to respond if we had a question or concern. The pool was the perfect place to take an afternoon dip to cool off after returning from our adventures. You definitely need a car to come and go but we did walk down to the beach and the restaurant a few times. 15 minute walk and great for a little exercise. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay. The views alone were breathtaking. We watched all the cruise ships come and go daily. You will not be disappointed. We are hoping to come back to St.Marrten and would definitely stay here again if available.

I could tell this trip was going to be different from my very first communication with Marina, the sincerely kind, thoughtful and charming owner. The house is superbly located—being far enough from Phillipsburg to be out of the rush completely, yet close enough that great restaurants are a matter of minutes away. The design of the house is elegantly modern, open and comfortable. It was spotless when we arrived, all of the furnishings are top quality, plush towels, good soaps and a perfectly appointed kitchen. There were fresh snacks waiting in the refrigerator when we arrived—so thoughtful after our long tiring trip. Besides having a truly inspiring view (one bedroom has a glass wall for a happy-to-be-alive over-the-top romantic view of the ocean every and dramatic at sunrise), the house has such a private, relaxing hideaway feel. Marina made it so easy to settle right in and stay at this house. A beautiful, small, private infinity pool was welcome on hot afternoons and the partially covered deck made it possible to sit out and enjoy the light, refreshing, evening rains. The good natured, funny, informative, professional and helpful property caretaker, Jalal, made sure our stay went smoothly. My main complaint was that we had to leave—a bit of a grief, yet also the sweet feeling knowing we got to stay in such a magic house that’s so romantic and the pleasure of getting to meet such fine people.

We loved our stay in Indigo Bay, and the property was well set up with everything we could possibly need, including welcome snacks/food. The host was very accommodating, although we did have some trouble finding the caretaker to help get us checked in upon arrival. The location is a wonderful launching point for seeing the rest of the island, and the neighborhood beach area is quiet and not crowded. And we loved the Indigo Bay restaurant for beach drinks and dinners. Would love to return and stay here again!

Pool: The pool is just the right size to have a cool-off. It is small enough to warm up after a couple sunny days. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was excellent as well. Special treat: Marina was so sweet to leave champagne, flowers, and a few groceries to start our vacation. General: Well equipped, clean, plenty of towels provided and comfortable beds. View:The view was awesome. Special in the master bedroom - if you have a 5x5 Mitte window, you don’t need a TV. I could never be tired of waking up to that view!!! Watch the cruise ships arrive and depart. We spent our days lounging and reading by the pool; the place was so comfy you hardly wanted to leave. Beware of the mosquitos - it's best to close the doors at 16:30. They are also around in the morning, so we stay inside until 09:30. Beautiful place to stay.

We just got back from spending 10 fabulous nights in this wonderful villa. Marina and staff are truly exceptional. From the thoughtful welcome basket to exceptional communication. Everything was so enjoyable. The views were better than the pictures. The location is perfect in between Philipsburg and Simpson Bay to explore St. Maarten. We loved everything about our stay. We had an incredible time staying at this property and in St. Martin. The views and house were unreal! It was the perfect getaway spot tucked into the mountain side! Marina was hospitable, responsive, and did a great job hosting us! Would highly recommend this property and hope we get to stay again!

This villa is every bit as spectacular as it looks in the photos. We were here for an extended stay so we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfy, extra large master suite. The patio is also quite large and the covered area with the dining table was perfect for midday when the sun was intense and one needed a break from it. The views from everywhere on the property were stunning and you felt cocooned in the lushness of the surroundings. We spent our days lounging and reading by the pool; the place was so comfy you hardly wanted to leave. Marina and Yael (the property manager) were super responsive and helpful (thanks for taking such good care of us!). We hope to come back again next year. I highly recommend a stay here!!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this awesome villa. Well equipped, clean, plenty of towels provided. And the stunning view when you wake up - can't beat that! We enjoyed sitting on the deck or take a dip in the pool. Views from the deck are awesome, while you are totally private. Watch the cruise ships arrive and depart. Wow! This VRBO set a new standard for all of our rentals in the future! Amazing views, perfect amenities, relaxing environment and attentive property managers. We came to the island for our honeymoon and Marina was so sweet to leave champagne, flowers, and a few groceries to start our vacation off in the sweetest way. We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future.

This villa was beautiful, modern, and very private. It is in a gated community and we felt very safe. The pool is just the right size to have a cool-off dip. It is small enough to warm up after a couple sunny days. The appliances were modern and all worked flawlessly. The air conditioning was excellent as well. I had a bit of trouble getting the television to work and told Marina, the manager, about it. Then I texted her to inform her that it worked after I restarted the modem. She told me that she already had a new television coming! And she did! Marina was very responsive and very polite. We will be staying here again!

We absolutely loved indigo Bay and would return again. Our hostess Marina was the best very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The house was very clean and very modern and beautiful. The outside was so pretty The view was awesome and the dipping pool was great. Very nice to be in a gated community You didn't have all of the traffic that you do in the main areas of the island. You also have a nice restaurant down the hill and a very nice beach in the community also if you don't want to go to the larger beaches in town. I would recommend indigo Bay to anyone.

Totally as advertised and pictured! Maria (the owner) was responsive and changed our check-in and check-out dates when the airline changed our flights. Estelle met us at the property and checked in with us to ensure there were no problems as the week progressed. The welcome bottle of champagne, cheese, crackers, eggs, milk in the fridge and the fully stocked kitchen were a delight. Great beach at Indigo bay. Loved the pool at the housie. Only sad thing was the restaurant at the bay was closed for renovations the week we were there. As with most of St. Martin, you need a car to get around Would absolutely stay again!

The home is as advertised! It is in the quiet, yet centrally located Indigo Bay neighborhood. IB is 10 minutes from everything and is a great spot for seclusion, while also being accessible to pretty much anything you want to do. Estelle, the manager, stood out as exceptional! She had her baby the day before we arrived (congratulations!) so her husband met us at the house to show us around. And a new baby didn’t keep Estelle from checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations. The house is nicely appointed with everything you’ll need to make it your own for your stay. When we arrived, the fridge contained milk, eggs, jams and snacks. There were several bottles of water and a chilling bottle of champagne on ice on the kitchen counter! A very nice surprise! The property is beautiful with fantastic views of the sea and the passing boats and ships. It should be noted in fairness to others considering staying here that there is a house under construction below the villa. It’s down the hill at the waterline and is in the foundation stage (July 2022). This means there was/will be some construction sounds to contend with for a bit while enjoying the pool. The noise is minimal and didn’t bother us, but if you are looking for complete silence, just consider that. If you tend to sleep in, note that you CANNOT hear it inside the villa at all. It is very quiet. Overall, we had a great stay, and this villa is a very good choice! Thank you!

This was our third stay at Marina’s house and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect and the view can not be beat. We can not wait to come back!

What an amazing place to stay and I wish we were still there!!!Marina is an AMAZING host with one of the best properties on St Martin. Marina provided supplies for our few breakfasts which was a great relief since by the time we landed, picked up our Jeep and got to the home it was close to sunset... so all we had to worry about was snacking on the charcuterie that Marina left for us and sip our drinks as we watched the sunset from the deck (amazing sunset location!!!!). Indigo Bay is a wonderful place to be based in St Martin, nothing is more than a 15-30 min ride from anything. There are 2 well stocked markets a short car ride from the home, and way more excellent restaurants than you will be able to visit on your stay (you have to get to restaurant row in Grand Case). Be sure you bring your binoculars so you can watch the pilot boats deliver the pilots to the cruise ships in the morning and see the super yachts as they sail by. On clear days you can see Saba Island just south, and at night you will see the cruise ships leaving and heading to their next port of call. Indigo Bay Beach is one of the best beaches on the island and off the tourist path, so it is not crowded. And you need to try Indigo Bay restaurant, it has fantastic food and is another hidden gem just a few hundred meters from the home, say Hi to Randy and tell him Tim & Sandy sent you :) The splash pool was perfect for us, it was in full sun 9:00am until about 3:30pm, on the few "pool days" we did that was enough sun time before we needed to get ready to go on the town and grab some dinner. If you are driving it's a bit tricky to find, ask Marina for her video that will lead you to the home since there are no addresses or street signs. And the driveway to the home is STEEP... so if you drive make sure you have a 4 wheel drive car, or you will need to park at the bottom of the driveway. If you are looking for privacy with amazing views this is the best place to stay (and yet everything seemed to be only 1.2-1.6 miles away). It was an amazing trip and well worth staying at Marina's home!!!

This was such a lovely villa! We enjoyed everything about it!. Marina was a superb hostess, upon arrival she patiently waited for us to get the rental car and when we arrived at the villa there was a bottle of chilled champagne waiting with a wonderful cheese and fruit tray and all the necessities in the fridge like milk, eggs, butter. We will definitely go back! I did NOT want to leave!

Go to Marina's place! We stayed there for 1 week and everything was perfect! When you look at the picture's house, you think that will be great but when you are in it, that's something even more...It's become magical! There is only one word to mean our staying: "wonderful"! The best is the real canvas you watch from the master bedroom! We enjoyed every second of it! Marina is a great host, she has been very thoughtful and dedicated to make our family vacation great! I highly recommend to go in Marina's house for your next trip! I hope getting lucky enough to go back there someday soon.
