Está clasificado en el 1 por ciento superior de VRBO en calificaciones y en reservas. We really enjoyed our stay! The room accommodated all our needs and we had plenty of room. We had 4 adults 4 kids and 2 babies. They had games and beach toys for the kids! Host was very responsive and communication was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a little bit of a rough start with my check in but once the host was available the rest of the week was a breeze. Perfect location & beautiful views. Only recommendation I have is to provide more wash cloths as we did not have enough for our group & had to wash them every night. Thank you for a great week!

Very nice place. With a beautiful view of ocean from our bedroom. They room was breathe taking there. Was. Only 1 thing. I didn't like. When we. Come. To the beach. We love to rent sling shots. It makes getting around so much easyer. And. We get to see more. Of. They beautiful place. Traveling around. On them. I wish. Vrdo. Listing. Stated. If there. Not allowed 🚫 on the property although i loved. This. Place. So very much. We. Would love to book with what Accommodates us best and being able. To Travel on a slingshot. While wer. There. Is. One. Of. Them. Other. Then that this. Place. Is perfect.

This condo provided the perfect little getaway for me and my family!
First, prompt communication with the host is always a major plus! We loved the location, convenience, and breath taking beach views. We were conveniently located right outside the banana boat and jet ski rentals which was on our to do list, plus the individuals who ran the stand made the experience that much better!
Two spacious bathrooms, and 3 spacious rooms! The master bedroom has a view of the beach to die for! Many times we were able to see dolphins right off of our balcony!
The parking spot is a little tight and stressful to get in and out of (we have a Chrysler Pacifica) BUT they do offer a 2nd parking pass for across the street if you prefer which is a bonus! Everything was clean and they offered a lot of basic dishes/appliances. You do have to message the host to set the temperature, but I completely understand the logic behind it!
We are already looking at future dates to book again!

The condo and entire facility was clean, safe and well maintained. The view from the balcony is awesome! It was close to everything we needed! The property manager was very accessible and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Great location. Super crowded area during spring break. Rooms were Large and we didn’t feel crowded at all with our party of 6. Enjoyed parking right at the door.

I do wish we could control the air ourself but I totally understand why the owner does it.
I am sure he would have changed it many times but we just left it on 1 temp bc we didn’t want to bother him. (We had cold and warm weather). If we ever go back to PCB we would definitely stay again. Owner responds quickly.

A perfect weekend getaway, the condo was nicely appointed with what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and a nice quiet location in the midst of busy PC beach.

The condo unit was quite spacious for our family of four. The temperature was below normal during our December stay, but the view of the beach from the condo was amazing. Owners were quick to respond to requests. Would highly recommend this condo to others and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

Everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed some extras, such as the beach wagon, other beach stuff and the “take-a-book/leave-a-book” thing.

The host called to check on us on our arrival to see if we needed anything, etc. He had the thermostat adjusted to our requested comfort level and we appreciated that. Everything else was just fine. It was right there on the beach, the views were beautiful. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The property was clean, and looked just like the pictures on VRBO. We have the option of going to the swimming pool or going to the beach. Walmart was close by four grocery shopping, restaurants were also close and a variety of choices. Souvenir shops were close as well. Very happy with our stay. Parking Space is located in front of the lobby door and only one spot is in the location. If you have another vehicle you have to park across the street. Parking passed are on the counter when you check in. Beautiful and nice condo to stay.

A comfortable condo with just a few improvements to make it super. Excellent selection of cooking utensils. Two Spacious bedrooms.
The hideabed couch was not very comfortable. The great shower was missing a hook or shelf for shampoo and wash rag.
The door in the bathroom to the commode would not close. It was either swollen or had settled.
Overall the main items for the condo were excellent.

This was our first time renting a condo and first time in Florida. This condo rental made it perfect. The place has a beautiful view, it’s spacious, great location in town. Walmart is less than 5 mins away, restaurants all down the street and you can walk outside to the beach in just a few steps. We will definitely be back and will only stay here when we do.

This condo was absolutely amazing for our group. The kids had their own room, king beds in the other two rooms, beautiful view of the Gulf, and everything you need to make your stay simple and relaxing.
One thing to mention. The lock will automatically lock even if the door is open so make sure the lock isn’t in place when you leave, otherwise the door is not secure.

We notified the property owner of the things we did find. We had a great stay, the kids really enjoyed the pool. Waking up to the beach view was absolutely amazing!! Enjoyed spending time on the balcony as well, not too high up either!!

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! This condo was great for our family. It has the best beach view. The rooms were super roomy and so clean! It had chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids also! The building is always clean and smells so nice as we came and went throughout the days! Thank you for allowing us to your home! This condo was fantastic! The view and the large balcony were perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone. Very nice indeed. You will need to bring your toiletries, and any supplies and beach towels that you would like, but there are plenty of games, cooking tools, a boogie board /beach toy. We will definitely be back to this location! The owner communicated with us anytime day or night and was fast to make any adjustments needed. It was pretty great, overall. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our Family Vacation except for our rental vehicle break down before we left PCB! Oceanfront 3rd floor stay with just steps to the beach, close to everything, privacy pool and amazing views and sounds of the ocean! Very clean, spacious and fully furnished condo with 3BR / 2BA including bunk bed and jetted tub to accommodate our family of nine so plenty of room for everyone and tastefully decorated. Really appreciated the beach chairs and teens made good use of pool noodles and surf boards among other beach toys provided. Lobby smells clean and parking and elevator are easily accessible without the crowd. Host was easy to reach and quite responsive. Had some difficulty with cell phone usage even with wifi. Brought extra bath/beach towels, dish soap, kitchen towels and paper products which came in handy. Check out was enforced at 10 am and not 11 am as stated in the House Rules. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Walked in and the condo smelled clean. The floor was clean enough that we were comfortable to let our one year old crawl around. The sofa was uncomfortable but the beds were great!! No complaints!!

I would definitely recommend this property. It was so clean with most everything you need. However, make sure you bring towels. Those are limited, but they tell you that when you rent. Great location!
