Great place for a group. Well supplied and very comfortable.

This home was a pleasure to stay in. Panoramic ocean views, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated. Bed in the master was the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed including many spices. All modern amenities made it a pleasure to cook in. Just a note for anyone with mobility issues, there a lots of stairs but this home and the views are worth it if you are able. The host was super responsive and helpful. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

We loved our stay at this clean, well decorated home with incredible views of the ocean. From the the 1st view when you get up to the picturesque sunsets near the end of the day, the outside views are both calming and beautiful. The home itself is well maintained with all the living amenities that you need. We are definitely looking forward to a return visit.

Our family of kids and spouses and an infant had a great stay. The place was very clean and spacious. The view is beautiful! Wish we actually spent more time there but we were busy with wedding activities. We would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home, and we enjoyed it every bit as much as the first time! The views are truly breathtaking, and there is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, and the teen/young adult kids to be alone as needed. As I mentioned in my previous review - do consider whether stairs are an issue for anyone in your party. For us, we settled my mom on the main floor and so she only had to go up and down when we needed to drive anywhere (vehicle in the garage, two floors down from the main floor.) If anyone in your party has mobility issues, then this might not be the best place for you. If you are mobile and don't mind a short drive to the beach, then it's just perfect. I also mentioned in my previous review that there is limited space to store food, other than on the peninsula counter. We made it work with just five of us, but larger groups might have to scale down the amount of food they bring to have enough space for everyone to sit. I also would recommend the homeowner consider adding double-layer towel bars to both of the full bathrooms. There is limited space to hang towels, and it's essential that they be hung in a single layer to dry, not folded over, due to the humidity in the area, being so close to the ocean. But other than that, what can I say - this house is perfection! Everything was squeaky clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Thanks again for a great stay!

The house was lovely and very clean. For our needs there were too many steps inside the house which made getting around inconvenient. The location was ok.

Our first time to California as a family of 8, and this house made the time there FANTASTIC! We look forward to a return one day. Thank you for such fabulous views from all windows and balconies. We stayed at this wonderful home for a Mother’s Day get together with family. I can honestly say that this is the cleanest, best maintained house we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, close to everything and the view was AMAZING!!! This home’s amenities and decor were second to none and so comfortable and inviting. The property manager, Kelly was so responsive to my many inquiries and could not have been more accommodating. If you’re looking for a place to stay along the coast this one will not disappoint!

Nice house, but a lot of stairs

We loved this property and especially loved all of the organization and accommodations. We had twin infants and the master bedroom was the perfect size for us and accommodated their pack n plays well. The only issue we had was we were contacted by the property manager on a Saturday night at 9 to turn the outside light out because a neighbor complained. The house rules specified that we turn lights off when we go to bed. We were clearly still up, it was rather early especially for a weekend, and we needed the light on in order for a family member to park and walk up the path and easily see the front door. I think this request was rather odd considering we were not breaking rules; however, she was nice about the request.

This property was so nice with a view of the ocean, spacious rooms and living space and fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

I'd rather have a beachfront property, but that would cost much more. We felt we got good value with this house. A 10 minute or less walk to the beach or a 2-3 minute drive. Maybe 5 minute drive to downtown Cayucos. The highlight is the ocean view - from Morro Rock to the Cayucos pier. The place seems new. Very clean and fresh. But know that there's 3 flights of stairs from the street to the kitchen/livingroom. I expect we will return.

This house was perfect for my family, including two teenagers, parents, and a senior grandmother! PROS: The photos really don’t do the views justice. Amazing, gorgeous ocean views – from the main living area and the 2nd floor king bedroom balcony. We even saw whales! Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed, including toaster, waffle maker, colander, bottle opener, scissors, Keurig and regular coffee makers. Extras you didn’t know you needed: Each full bathroom has a nightlight, basket of washcloths for make-up removal, and magnifying mirror! SO thoughtful! Each bedroom has its OWN TV. Sand toys and beach chairs available to borrow. The toilet paper was folded to look like sailboats, and the towels like seashells – felt like a hotel! Premium Bushnell binoculars available on the coffee table to look for wildlife from the balcony. Outdoor seating furniture on the balconies is available, even though not in the photos. CONS: Lots of stairs – keep in mind if you have mobility issues. If you like walking everywhere, this house isn’t for you. For drivers, this location was perfect – only 10-15 min drive from Morro and Cayucos city centers. (Walk to beach is possible, but strenuous due to steep hills.) No pantry to store food – all of the cabinets in the kitchen are full of cooking and serving essentials, but there is no storage area for non-refrigerated food. There is a linen closet near the powder room, not too far from the kitchen. My recommendation to the homeowner is to clear out the bottom two to three shelves in that closet so guests can store food there. We didn’t have to sit at the peninsula in the kitchen, so we used that counter as well as a folded dining table on the north wall to hold our food. There were 5 of us, staying 3 nights, and we barely had enough room for our food on those two surfaces. A longer stay with more people might find this very tight. Cons were not enough to keep us from coming back! We really loved our stay, and hope we can have a return visit soon!!

We've stayed at quite a number of rentals over the years, but this one ranks among the best: Spacious, immaculate, very comfortable, attractive, well-stocked, beautiful views from the great room (living room, dining room and kitchen), and close to Cambria and Morro Bay. The only surprise was the three flights of steps we had to climb to get from the garage to the third floor -- which is where the great room and master bedroom/bathroom are located. The unpacking trek was a little challenging for us seniors, but once unpacked, the stairs weren't a problem. We would definitely return!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect view, perfect beach town, perfect beach! We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family of 6 adults were delighted with our stay in Cayucos. We loved the little town itself and greatly enjoyed the pier. We enjoyed kayaking, a concert in SLO, walking in the Elfin Forest, and just relaxing. The residence was immaculate. It was nice to put our rental in the garage, and we enjoyed the ping pong table as well.

House has all the amenities you needs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nice and new. I will be renting this house again!
