Preciosa casa de registro sentado en más de un acre de vegetación. Amplio estacionamiento para todos sus jeeps, remolques, motos de cross y vehículos. Estacionamiento de autocaravanas con electricidad. Excelentes vistas de las montañas de La Sal y el borde de Moab. Este es un alquiler especial; Una combinación perfecta de confort y encanto rústico. Recién remodelado y amueblado. Más de 40 árboles en un enorme y frondoso patio. La casa cuenta con una gran bañera de hidromasaje y 4 cubiertas diferentes. ¡Disfruta de un oasis en el desierto!
Ubicado en Spanish Valley, por lo que está fuera del ajetreo y el bullicio cuando lo desea, pero a solo 10 minutos del centro de Moab. Explore el área de Ken's Lake y Mill Creek justo detrás del vecindario, lleno de senderos para practicar senderismo, ciclismo y jeeping. Cerca de dos distritos diferentes del Parque Nacional Canyonlands y a solo 20 minutos del Parque Nacional Arches. También está cerca de La Sal Mountain Loop Road para realizar excelentes rutas alpinas y ciclismo de montaña durante los meses de verano.
La casa cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje privada, Wi-Fi, fogata, muebles de patio, enormes terrazas, estacionamiento para vehículos recreativos con conexiones eléctricas, entrada en forma de U fácil de navegar y lavadora y secadora.
La planta principal tiene una gran sala con sala, comedor y cocina, todos compartidos, un gran espacio maravilloso para reunirse y relajarse. La sala de estar tiene un techo abovedado alto, chimenea de gas y una pantalla plana de 55 "con un reproductor de Blu-ray y Netfix, Hulu y HBO Go para que te relajes después de tus aventuras. El comedor tiene una mesa extensible que puede acomodar hasta 10 (12 si tienes niños). Con capacidad para 4 más en la cocina alrededor de la isla. La cocina cuenta con hermosas encimeras de cuarzo, armarios de estilo rústico y mucho espacio para tener algunos cocineros en la cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene dos camas queen, amplio armario, baño adjunto y una terraza privada. Cuarto de lavado y 1/2 baño están en la parte posterior del camino.
Arriba hay dos hermosos espacios tipo loft que miran hacia la gran sala. Ambos lofts tienen impresionantes vistas de las montañas de La Sal y los acantilados de roca roja, así como sofás que se convierten en camas queen. Una acogedora habitación con capacidad para 3 se encuentra fuera del pasillo de arriba. También fuera del pasillo hay otro baño completo. Finalmente, una gran habitación familiar con capacidad para 6 y tiene su propio baño completo y terraza privada.

Came down for a week. Beautiful estate ground, house was great and had all the amenities!! Perfect location for jeeper’s and off-road enthusiasts do to the ease of access to town via backroads. 100% will stay here again!! Thanks!!

Our stay in Moab was fabulous and having such a wonderful place in a lovely area to stay made it perfect! It was so quiet. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their little piece of heaven with us! They were so accommodating. The home is very comfortable and the layout worked well for our group. The deck and yard are incredible, which is where we spent most of our time when we weren't out exploring - lots of sitting and eating space. No negative comments at all!

We loved our stay in Moab! This house is nice and close to Moab, yet far enough out that you have some privacy. LOVE the view from the house and how close it is to both Canyon lands and Arches National Parks. We had 5 kids staying ranging in age from 1-10 so the swing set and the hot tub were both thoroughly enjoyed! We also appreciated the nice big kitchen table for our meals.
If I could give a couple recommendations it would be to get some tv trays of some sort in the living room so that adults have somewhere to set a beverage when sitting in there and we found no beach towels available to use for the hot tub, but we made due using the bath towels and washing them.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this house! Very family friendly.

Sendero worked out perfectly for our group of 11. The yard was the perfect spot for kids to play after a day of hiking. The house is spacious and still cozy. We’d stay here again.

Adult family of seven for the Thanksgiving holiday! Cooked lots of food, played games, hiked, biked, watched movies and had a wonderful time. The house has everything you will need for a relaxing adventure. Lots of beds, hot water, big yard (played some soccer.. ) fully equipped and the host is awesome. Immediately helped with any questions. Just go and enjoy!

The property was very nice. For the most part it was clean. Our dogs found some morsels on the floor. Other than that it was very nice. The oven should be checked. We couldn't get a temperature above 287.

We had an excellent time. Our VRBO was excellent. Just as described. We needed for nothing. It was completely equipped. The location worked well for us, as we never drove more than 25 min to a trail head. I would book this property again.

The house itself was great. Comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities and household items, and plenty of spaces to lounge and relax in. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

The house itself was great. Comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities and household items, and plenty of spaces to lounge and relax in. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

The check in was a breeze, air conditioning was blasting and much needed in July, lots of attention to detail in the layout and stocking of supplies. On top of the logistics of vacation, views are breathtaking and there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, inside and outside!

The many trees made for enjoyable evenings and the large decks were very accommodating for our Bbq and Movie Night. We did initially have an issue with having no working A/C or hot tub but Doug was very responsive and accommodating and had someone out to fix those

Check in was easy, house was clean and well stocked, with plenty of room every thing that was advertised... however the owner was the best part on our last day on our way home 25 miles out of town my husband and his friend were hit by a cow in the road totalling our truck trailer and Side-by-side... I contacted Doug and he was the best with helping us. So the house is beautiful with lots of room amenities and beautiful views with great hosts. Thank you soooo much for a great week and all your help.
