Nueva casa, terminada en mayo de 2002. Esta espaciosa casa cuenta con espectaculares vistas del Golfo de México en un lado y hermosas vistas de la Pequeña Sabine Bay y sonido en el otro lado. El suelo de la sala está en el tercer piso con techos altos. En el lado del Golfo es una gran terraza con dos juegos de mesas y sillas. Por el lado de la bahía es un balcón con una parrilla de gas.
Hay una cocina completa con lavavajillas, microondas, etc., y los contadores de Corian y fregadero. Hay tres televisores en la casa con un reproductor de vídeo y DVD en la sala de estar. Un intercomunicador hace que sea fácil para llamar a todos a cenar. Tenemos todo lo que necesitas!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. It was well stocked , plenty of room, very close to the beach, the beach was not crowded at all and Richard was a great host. He is very attentive to anything that you may need and desires for it to be a wonderful experience. We also loved Pensacola …. Hoping to go again !!

This VRBO is wonderful. Not directly on the beach, but it may be even better! Boardwalk was very close, no crossing busy streets and fighting crowds. The house was clean and well kept. Plenty of room for the 7 adults and 2 toddlers we had with us. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for the week. 6 out of 7 nights we cooked dinner there. Beds were the most comfortable rental beds we ever slept in!. Thanks Robert, we had a great time and hope to be back in the future.

Honestly, the listing on VRBO doesn't do this place justice. This place was very comfortable for my wife and I, our three kids, and each kid brought a guest, everyone over the age of 16.
Check in was easy, you don’t have to do anything, the owner sends you an email with the garage codes and you’re in!
Three bed rooms on one floor, master has a huge bathroom with shower big enough for two and a jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms on that floor share a bathroom but each bedroom has its own toilet/sink and then they share a shower. The 4th bedroom is on the floor with the kitchen, dining room, and living room and has a full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked, enough place sitting for probably 20 people at least. Plus all the kitchen stuff you’d need for whatever you might be cooking.
There’s a balcony off the dining room where you can see the gulf. Plus there’s a top deck where you can see the gulf and the bay as well.
The ground floor has the garage and outdoor shower perfect from coming home from the beach and rinsing off. The beach is probably a three minute walk and where this place is located the beach wasn’t busy at all. There are some beach toys/chairs/wave boards there, we left some wave boards and noodles for the next people as well.
The only negative I would mention. The outside balcony is above the master bedroom and maybe needs a rug under the chairs/tables, the noise of moving chairs from our kids after we went to bed got loud several times.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We go to the beach as a family every year but this was our first time at Pensacola Beach. This was one of the best houses we stayed in. Beach access is basically at the end of the driveway. You can see the beach from the balcony. We watched amazing sunsets from the roof top deck. The view from there was spectacular. The house itself has everything you need for a great vacation. We had 4 generations of us there including an 8 month old. The house was laid out so that we were not on top of each other the whole time. The owner was very responsive. The garbage disposal wasn’t working properly and he called back immediately and showed up the next day to look at it. We enjoyed it so much we are planning on returning to the same house.

Our daughter, her husband and their 2 kids along with myself and my spouse stayed for the third time. This house feels very much like home away from home. Everything you need from towels to pots and pans is right at your fingertips. We love everything about this house.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and decided to use extra time for a short vacation. The beach was beautiful and very close. We had 1 issue at the house, not the owners fault, a water main broke on a Saturday and he was on the phone and had it fixed within a couple of hours. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us. There are alot of stairs to climb but I would certainly use this house again if I had a large party going on vacation together.

I loved this beach house. We had 8 adults and 2 children in our party. Each couple had their own bedroom. The kids were on the sleeper sofa. There were plenty of bathrooms for all ten of us. The kitchen was totally stocked with all the latest kitchen appliances. There was a wonder Weber grill with two full tanks of gas. We grilled several times and had a beautiful view of the bay as we grilled. The house has a four car garage. The house is a 1 minute walk to the white sands of Pensacola Beach. The beach is not overly crowded. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves on most days. My family enjoyed having coffee on the 3rd floor balcony in the mornings. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the 4th floor deck at night. We made so many precious memories in this beach house. I highly recommend renting this house. You will not be disappointed. The owner was available if needed. I will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Ages 5 to 75 and all had a wonderful time! It took our family only moments to get in a relaxed state! Richard, the host, was very available.....we had NO issues while we were there, but he contacted us to make sure everything was as it should be.The house was perfect for our family group's needs. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook every meal we whipped up in the kitchen. The views were breathtaking.....we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise and those remarkably spectacular sunsets. We are definitely coming back here! Wait, I should have given a bad review so no-one would want to use the house and it will be available whenever we want to come......but I cannot lie, it was an awesome house!

On the 1st night we had a small issue and called the owners. They responded immediately the next morning and the issue was resolved promptly. Love the kitchenware availability as it made our cooking so much easier by accommodating cooking for 12. Now that we found this gem, we plan on coming back every year for our new favorite vacation spot!

We had such a fantastic time! We had two families with five kids ranging from 2-10, and everyone had such a good stay. They have every appliance you could need, lots of space for everyone to comfortably relax, and a lovely view of the ocean. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shops, a simple walk to the beach, and the perfect place for a family to get away to. The property manager was fantastic to communicate with and we had no issues checking in and out. We look forward to staying here again!

If the weather turned, we forgot anything or a child needed something it was no inconvenience to just run back to the house and - best of all - NO sand in our vehicles from driving back and forth. The house was well equipped so there were no last minute runs to the store, we could get straight to the fun. ( I had packed laundry detergent and dish detergent because I knew we would be using a lot of each) The owner even called me soon after we arrived at the house to make sure everything was good and actually apologized for the weather, so thoughtful! I would love to return here next time we visit our son stationed in Pensacola!!
