Loved the fact every room had their pwn bathroom

Our three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed this home. The 4 king rooms with ensuite baths are so cozy. The bed was so comfortable I asked where I could buy one and was promptly provided with the answer. We did have a couple minor issues during our 10 day stay. So minor they're not worth mentioning, other than to say how quick the response was to our issues. The owners were very helpful from the moment our stay began until our last day in the home. Munds park is a beautiful area of Arizona. We hope to return again to explore more of the area. When we do, if this home is available, we will stay here again. The 5 bedrooms and 5 and 1 half bathrooms make for a perfect stay with multiple generations. There was plenty of room to park our 5 cars with room for our Aunts to stop by for a short visit. The area was great for walking the neighborhood. There is so much to see and do in this area including the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Walnut Canyon etc etc. If you're a large group looking for a comfortable place to spread out, play games and share home cooked meals, you can stop looking. You're going to love the big porch swing.

We had a beautiful time and it fit our needs perfectly! It does take a bit of time to gather all the sheets and towels of such a big place which wasn’t something we were familiar with when staying at other cabins. They were super flexible when we got to town earlier and checked in earlier, super responsive and the property was beautiful. LOVED that every bedroom had a bathroom as well as a extra downstairs bathroom. Overall, great time.

We rented this home for a wedding in Munds Park. Our family group truly enjoyed the comfy beds and each bedroom with it’s own bathroom!!! The kitchen has everything a cook needs! It was clean and spacious. Thank you so much.

My family and I booked this beautiful cabin on our elopement weekend! We originally booked it because we were 13 total, and we loved the fact that every couple had their own room and own bathroom! It’s super spacious, super convenient, clean, beautiful and great for families! My 2-year old loved the little playhouse outside, and my siblings and I enjoyed the board games. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Mark and Janice!!

Close to flagstaff, great location

This was a perfect place for our large family! Plenty of space for everyone.

We stayed with 3 other families on this property. We were able to have large meals together in the kitchen space. We all appreciated having our own dedicated bathrooms. The only missed opportunity we could see is the backyard isn't landscaped and is overgrown. Would be a nice space for the fireplace however the overgrown yard deterred us from using it, This may have been the intent because the neighbors behind the cabin are extremely close. Beds were comfortable, fridge was large enough to hold all 4 families weekend food. Front porch was an enjoyable space. We did really miss having a dishwasher especially with such a large group. Pack paper plates! :)

Our group when to off-road. We chose this place be cause it had great space and amenities, It did not disappoint. It was clean, great appliances, comfortable bed and room for our vehicles.

Loved our stay here. The place was nice, check in and communication with the host went smoothly. We all loved having our own little suit with a private bathroom. It was a great stay for our family reunion!

We spent a week at this wonderful home. It is well stocked with everything we needed while on vacation. Communication with the owner was awesome and check in and out was very easy. The location was perfect for us. We traveled to the Grand canyon,Hoover Dam,Sedona,Petrified Forest and it was easy to get to all from here. I definitely would stay here again if I come back to the area.

The place is very large and is great for a large family gathering. A rare find! The hosts were kind and supportive. The place was clean, the kitchen was beautiful, very large, and fully stocked with needed tools and appliances! The lay out of a full, en suite bathroom for each bedroom was a major plus!!!!! The Master bedroom was spacious, and set up great with hand rails in shower and near toilet- which was perfect for my elderly parent. The short comings were the upkeep of the property: -splinters from needing to be repainted -no instructions for how to turn on shower in Bdrm 5??? -falls because of minimal upkeep of backyard to and from fire pit -many light bulbs out in string lights on porch -called by host right before check in date about TV not working and Fridge door broken. Both were a loss to the quality of our visit due to warm food and no TV access. We would stay there again, but only if these items were addressed. Thanks for a nice space to enjoy our family gathering! We are sincerely grateful!

My now husband and I planned an elopement in Sedona where we invited immediate family and 1 close friend. The total guests was 11 people and the house slept all of us perfectly and it was great for a night of games and visiting and food! Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. I am happy to say that I got ready in this house to get married and the front porch photos were beautiful! Highly recommend this home.

Everything was beyond our expectations

We stayed at Peter's cabin for a weekend and we enjoyed every bit of it.Our group had 5 families with a mix of Adults,teenagers and kids. The 5 bedrooms with attached bath perfectly worked out for us.The house had all the amenities as mentioned in the listing.Each bedroom also had extra blankets .It was pretty cold in Munds Park in Jan and we saw snowshowers one day during our stay. There was fireplace in the house and also firepit outside with permission from fire dept which greatly helped.Janice was very helpful and very responsive for any questions that we had.She also had kept a welcome card and candies which was very nice.Overall we felt home and would definitely come back for our next visit.

The only thing that could have made it better was less snow!

Had all of my children and grandchildren and our two dogs with us for the best Thanksgiving in many years This cabin truly had everything we needed (except it could have used a fenced backyard 😉) But we had really long dog chains to enjoy the front yard with. The neighbor next to us in the cul-de-sac was super sweet and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!

What a phenomenal place to bring my family to celebrate my moms 50th birthday! The home was not only accommodating for children, but provided amazing space for each of our nieces and nephews to nap and stay comfortably after long days of adventure. Janice is not only welcoming and responsive to all questions , but she is adaptive and clearly thinks ahead to prepare the home for your personalized enjoyment. We are so grateful and would plan many more trips in this cabin! Thank you so much Janice for an amazing vacation stay!

There were 4 of us and we each had our own bedroom and ensuite bath. A real bonus for the ladies. The house was will supplied and clean. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood

We drove from San Diego and met up with my family from Tucson, AZ. Not only was the home beautiful, but the surrounding area was amazing. The home is central of Flagstaff and Sedona, so we visited both areas. The hosts Janice and Krista were very helpful.. We're hoping to stay again soon.

Very clean and spacious; everything we needed was provided. Great front porch, and quiet neighborhood.

This house located between Sedona and Flagstaff which was perfect for us. We hiked a lot in Sedona area and Flagstaff, and did fishing in the lakes nearby. There’re 11 of us, and this 5 bedrooms +5.5 bathrooms house was perfect for us. Each bedroom with a bathroom was really a plus. We really enjoyed staying in this house. Janice was great in communicating with us and answered all questions very promptly. Would recommend it to friends and families.

This place was wonderful. All the kids with their spouses and the grand baby joined us. We had a wonderful time. The owners were great to work with. The house has everything. We decided to make this place an annual family gathering. Can’t wait until next year

We had a nice weekend. It was nice that there were some fans on the property as we picked the hottest weekend of the year!! The nights were nice and it the large cabin with a bath in each room was very nice. It was very nice to spend this special time with family.

Great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Although it’s nice to have a BBQ grill on the deck, it really needs to be replaced as it’s pretty worn out. We had a good time, will probably stay here again.

All I wanted for my birthday was to have my family together which included my son, his wife and two children plus 2 of my older boys. The house accommodated all of us with plenty of bathrooms. The only bathroom that was not so great was the one with the old fashion tub, it did not feel secured. The yard was amazing and the house had a wraparound porch with plenty of chairs. We played outdoor games while barbecuing. The inside had two large dining room tables, we used one for meals and the other one for board games. The host got back to me immediately whenever I had a question. It is a great house!

This house can accommodate many people with lots of room. Having each bedroom have its own bathroom was a plus. No tv service, but we really weren’t there to long to watch TV.

This place is a great place to stay and it’s in a nice area. The living area is fantastic and the outdoor deck area is very roomy as well. Every room has its own bathroom is perfect! I would stay here again.
