we love pcb and this property is beautiful. host easy to comminicate with and checkin process was easy.

Very clean unit and close to public beach access. A little frustrating that there was no dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc...we had to go and retrieve that as soon as we got there.

Check in was easy and simple. Every issue we had when we arrived was quickly resolved. The floors definitely could have been cleaned better before we arrived. My kids feet were black just from walking on the floor when we got there but that’s not a big deal. The views from the deck are beautiful. You just walk across the road and your at the beach so that was a plus. The rooms are as described in the listing. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Parking for 2 cars under the house made it easy and convenient.

We took a trip with the whole family and this rental was very accommodating. This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back!!

This place was so amazing. We really enjoyed the location and not having to deal with hotel parking. we loved that every time we went out and come back we didn’t have to drive around and find a place to park. We also had a amazing view of the ocean from the two

Nice location… Pull out bed….not very comfortable. This was our second stay at this location. Beach across the street never too crowded. Perfect location. Restaurant next door had great food. Overall it is a great place

We had a couple small issues but the manager was quick to respond and take care of them. The location was perfect! This condo could definitely use an update. But being allowed to bring our big dogs was such a huge bonus that I quickly overlooked some of the small issues. We will definitely stay again!

This townhome was perfect for our trip! We had a group of 10 with both teens and adults. There was plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms to stay comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent for our teens, with a short walk to the beach and other nearby shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed The Salty Goat - live music every day, good food and ocean view, all less than a block away. We reached out to the Manager about a couple of issues and found Zohra to be very responsive. The townhome is an older building, so there is a little wear and tear noticeable but nothing that affected our stay. The key code box to get in was super convenient (the trick is timing). A note on the master bedroom, which faces the street - nice ocean view but bright throughout the night from the street lights. Room darkening curtains would be a good investment from management. Great experience overall, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

The property was as described but we were upset by the cleanliness of the property. It wasn’t cleaned as it should have been since last guests were there. We made our kids wear socks/shoes the entire trip because the floors were dirty. We swept them but it needed moped. Our socks would be black by the end of the day. There were also dust bunnies on the stairs. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

We had an awesome time!!! 1 setback…we could not get in after a 15 hour drive. The lock was broken but the manager Zorra was very helpful and got a locksmith out there. Stressful with dogs but she took care of us as quickly as she could The view was spectacular. The property needs some paint and the floors need a deep clean but to be expected with such a tourist area . Would stay again!!! Plenty of room. Many stairs so be aware if you have someone that struggles with stairs. We did not so it was fine for us. We needed the workout…:) Coffee place right beside us and walking distance to eat. The beach access was across the street which was easy to get to. Plus the palm trees in front of the beach made for sunset watching and Ocean watching spectacular! 2 balconies…very nice!!!

The condo was in a perfect area however it needs lots of attention. So many things are falling apart in this condo. The walls are really thin so when the toilet is flushed or someone is talking it can be heard in every room. Very hard to sleep with the cars going by at all hours. All of the beds make noise, the chairs in the kitchen are falling apart I had to get tools from the store to tighten the legs so we did not fall on our tails. I believe if the property management spends some money and does an overhaul on this condo it would be perfect. We are a family that visits PCB 4 to 6 times a year and this condo has seen better days compared to the others we have stayed at.

I can’t say enough about our stay! The property was great and exactly as posted! The host was absolutely amazing! I had to make some changes to my reservations and they were very responsive and super nice about everything! I will definitely be staying again!

I searched and searched for a property that had everything we were use to during our previous stays AND who would let us bring our large fur baby and small one…AND FINALLY I came across THIS listing. Let me begin by saying thank you for allowing the doggies to come with us regardless of their size and weight. Now days fur babies are apart of the family, so thank you for accepting them. Now, on to the property and the owner/manager. The unit was very clean. It was the perfect setup for our family. It was very roomy and was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The walk to the beach was a short distance. Even though you were across the street it was comparable to staying at the condos on the beach side when you have to walk across the resort and then wait in long lines for the elevator. It actually took less time getting to and from the beach even though we were across the street. The beach access is really only steps from the front door. As far as the owner/manager (Zohra) I can’t say enough good things about her. Her response to my many emails were almost immediate. She was very receptive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay. My ONLY suggestion would be better patio furniture on main level such as a high tabletop bistro set where you could enjoy your breakfast and coffee and dinner meals but other than that EVERYTHING was great! Thank you

We checked in October 2nd and checked out October 9th. We arrived approx 30 minutes before check-in time of 4:00. The host was very responsive and cooperative and gave us a code so we could go ahead and go in which was very much appreciated. I either missed or misunderstood the layout of the condo. I understood there was a bedroom on the bottom floor with a separate entrance door (if needed) so we put my boyfriends mother in that bedroom because she is older and didn't want to climb stairs. I didn't realize when we booked that yes it was on the bottom floor but she had to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to the main level so that was very hard on her and she spent a lot of time in her room. That was the only option for her because the other 2 bedrooms were up another flight of stairs. A couple of things that really need to be looked at and fixed before any one else stays there. (1) is the shower in the kids bunkroom. There is literally no water pressure so it takes forever to wash and rinse your hair. (2) The seal around the bottom bathroom toilet is loose so you have to hold the toilet when flushing and there is a smell coming from the floor around the seal. (3) The kitchen table and chairs are awful. The chairs are about the fall apart, they are very wobbly. I'm truly surprised that one of them didn't completely break while we were there. If and when you do replace them, I would get some that have wheels or some time of bottom that slides across the floor. As they are now, when you move them across the floor, it echo's so bad downstairs that it's hard for anyone that's down there to sleep or get any rest. The location was great and has a wonderful view of the ocean. Overall our stay was quite enjoyable Thank you, Donna

Pictures are out dated. Damages that could be fixed like cracked tiles in rooms and some mold in the master bedroom closet should be attended to. We’re just thankful we had a place to evacuate to from hurricane ida.

The location was great and convenient to everything. The views of the ocean were beautiful! I loved that I did not have to park in a parking garage. I had covered parking just outside my door. This condo had a lot of space which made it great for our large group!

This house actually looked more bigger and better in person. It is also very close to the beach and convenient store. We loved it there and would like to rent again some time.

This property was perfect for our family trip. Not only was the location amazing, the space was perfect for our group of 8. All the rooms were spacious and no one had to fight over a bathroom. The balcony view of the ocean was amazing and we were right across the street from beach access. This was the most affordable option for our group size compared to other places we looked at. We would definitely stay here again.

This spot was perfect for us! We woke up seeing the beach everyday and there were all kinds of stores abs restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was great! It was very clean, and the views from the balconies were awesome! Nadir was a great host and answered any questions I had very quickly! I definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Panama City with a group of friends or family!

From the beginning and the only reason we rented the unit was to bring dogs with us. I asked property owner before renting if the accepted dogs. He replied yes. So a couple days in he sent a message that we needed to pay a pet fee. I assumed that it was already included in the original price we paid. And he better not try and take the 200.00 out of my 500.00 damage deposit. Because we left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. I sent him a list of broken things and pictures. I also went back through other renters and read there reviews. I told him the jacuzzi tub was broken and he said really. One review from may of 2019 said it was broken then. Table was about to fall apart. Floors were filthy. Told him the toilet was loose and wobbled. A day later a woman came and said it was leaking everywhere and needed to be fixed not the case. Sadly enough I will not rent from this individual again.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, souvenir stores, entertainments, etc. The only thing that I would suggest to futures guests is to make sure you bring your beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. There are no supplies for beach purposes, especially if you are driving from far away, hoping to find the beach's basics.

We booked last minute and were lucky to find this place. We have been to PCB before but never in this area and would highly recommended it. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to most places. We had easy access to the beach with no over crowding.

it was a nice getaway.
