We brought our kids and grandkids! Had such a blast! The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. The kiddos loved the pool. We are already planning our next stay! Can’t wait to come back. Until next time!!!

Our girls' trip was amazing. The house was wonderful and convenient to the beach. Having a pool was great. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again.

This house is amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay perfect. From the gorgeous house, to the huge pool, and the access to beach toys chairs and wagons everything was perfect. The ice maker was a lifesaver. We never had to make an ice run. The kitchen is well stocked and I was able to cook for a large group. The beds were comfortable and the house temperature was perfect. I can’t say how impressed I was with this house. (And we rent a beach house every year.) You won’t regret staying here.

This is a great place to sray. Ut was the cleanist place I have ever stayed. The pool was awesome and rhe place is stocked wirh so many games. Just a short walk to the beach. Greg was very responsive and everything webt smooth. Our family will definitely be back.

The cleanest house we have ever stayed in while coming to Florida in over 22 years. The house is beautiful. Large deck in the shade to enjoy the breeze. The pool deck is large and shaded. Close location to the beach.

Family Vacation for whole family - children ad grandchildren - nice house, equipped with all types of games, beach necessities, propane grill, just about every kitchen utensil & appliance. Bed and bedroom for 12 - no one had to sleep on pullout in living space. Grand children enjoyed riding provided bicycles and location provided safe location to ride. Everyone enjoyed sunning and playing on beach but we were so thankful that property had a pool as the beach had double red flags for our whole stay. If you have a large family I highly recommend this rental

House was clean and well furnished. Plenty of extras, foosh ball, ping pong, bikes and a pool. Great location near beach, hoose was stocked with beach going stuff, wagons, rafts, skim boards ect. We had a large group of 11 and never felt crowded.

We enjoyed the house and stay. The house does need some TLC, deep cleaning and more attention to regular weekly cleaning between guests. Pool also needs some cleaning.

This home was absolutely comfortable, completely prepared for our stay, very clean and welcoming! We had our whole family together from Age 10 months to age 99 and this home accommodated all of us Perfectly.
All of the little extras, including Sand toys, wagons, and Wonderful pool area Made our stay perfect!

Absolutely wonderful home to spend a week with friends and family. Exceptionally clean, everything you need, organized and labeled so no where is this? Great Wi-Fi, TV’s. Very short walk to beach, plenty of parking and near restaurants/grocery. Having a pool and balconies with multiple places to gather, large open kitchen and LR. 3 refrigerators, ice maker…Joe Pattis seafood every day and catered a special dinner. Saved so much $$ and hassle with 12-15 ppl some stayed other places but food, pool, beach at this amazing home. We’ll be back and thanks for a stress free vacation!!

Spectacular house that met all our needs. Well stocked kitchen. Great pool with lots of chairs, towels and water toys. One block from beach. Short drive or trolley ride to restaurants and stores. Large porch surrounding house for sitting or eating. Would highly recommend to others looking for a beach vacation.

It was so much more than expected. The home is beautiful! The house is supplied with lots of items you would need! Beds very comfortable! We were in the beautiful pool alot. Huge area off pool with lots shade which was wonderful for baby & seniors. We stayed outdoors to enjoy family. Enjoyed the wonderful white sandy beach! We hope to go back next year!!

The house was more than we could have hoped for. There were so many amenities and things to do! The pool was a great size and the location was great! Greg went above and beyond with everything and included so many things. He was so thoughtful and even helped jump my son’s car when his battery died. We are hoping to come back again! I highly recommend it!

2023 was the third yr we have vacationed in Florida with our family. This house had the best location and provided the best amenities any of our previous houses (beach chairs, umbrellas tote wagons and kitchen furnishings). The pool was a big hit with the kids.

Plenty of room for our 10-person extended-family getaway. This house has all the features and amenities listed here on VRBO plus more: Closet full of games and puzzles, bin full of pool toys, another full of beach toys, and plenty of beach gear. Plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, and more comforts of home.
I recommend bringing your own laundry pods, as only 6 are provided. Walmart and/or Publix is a 15-20 min drive away. Instacart and Pizza Hut also delivers.

Plenty of room for our family. Our teenagers had their own space and loved it. Quick walk to an amazing beach. The neighborhood was wonderful for long or short walks. We loved that we could jump on the provided bikes and ride for about 10m to the gas station or cute, local stores.

House is very good and is fully loaded. Greg has done an awesome job in keeping it clean. He has lot of games, things to take on beach which he has not even listed in the description. Will definitely recommend others and will like to visit again. We even missed a jacket at house. Greg was kind enough to ship it back to us.

Our group was very excited to show up to a house that appeared to fit 12 according to the description for our group of 10, so we expected to have extra room to spread out. The owner removed the extra queen bed off the listing mid-way through our trip, and there is actually only 3 bathrooms, not 4. Counting bathrooms should not be that difficult so it does not make any sense as to why it still says 4. The owner has done nothing to fix this inconsistency. Nothing starts off a trip greater than when your accommodations aren’t as listed.

The 5 bedrooms fit this group really well,we all had our own bedroom! Walk to the beach very close and the pool we used daily.loved all the refrigerators for our beverages!

House was in good location from beach, 5 min walk, if that…. Dryer wasnt working. Sounded like a squealing pig while it ran.. owner was told.. pool did have some leaks, which was getting repaired while we staying, so basically we had someone ‘’ not my family’s there 5 out of 8 days.. should of been given the option to get a full refund the minute they knew the pool needed work. Left 1 day at 930 for a pool guy to fix the pool. Came back at 330 and 2 ‘’repair guys’’ where just playing in the pool.. swimming have a good ole time. On my dime. No water pressure in master bath, tub or shower…. Didn’t like the idea I couldn’t control the air at all.. locked out by owner….

The place was great for our family of 8 with 2 grandkids. Plenty of room for everyone, with lots to do. Walking distance to the beach. Private large pool. The neighbors who live there were also very friendly. We ordered pizza one night other than never left the house. Would Def. recommend!!

This house was perfect in many ways for our needs. 3 adult couples, 1 single adult and 3 kids under the age of 4. Short walk to the beach, private pool, eating out on the decks, bike rides, grilling out, we’ll equipped kitchen, large dining room table and plenty of space in the living area, TV’s in all bedrooms, and a very responsive host. I’d definitely book this home again when visiting Pensacola.
