The room had an amazing view, the host was amazing! Everything you needed was right in the condo, dishes etc. we loved the fact that no one was on the beach other than who was renting the condo. I 10/10 recommend

Out of all the places I have stayed in this area, this place was definitely toward the top of my list. Communication with the owner was on point as she provided clear and concise instructions as well as recommendations. Liz also immediately responded to any questions or concerns about gate codes and whatnot. Check in/out was super easy. The grounds and condo are immaculate. You can tell they take pride in making sure they are beautiful, clean and trash free. The condo was super clean, furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the view is amazing. The only recommendations I have for improvements are to assess stays according to length and provide more toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, bath towels, kitchen towels (there were none), dish soap and laundry soap. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend!!!

This is a great property, and Liz was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive and flexible in accommodating our early check in request. The condo is close to lots of shopping, activities, and restaurants. She also gives a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat that was so helpful!

First time to Destin and we enjoyed it! Liz's condo looked exactly like it did in the photos. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we loved having two bedrooms. The in-unit washer and dryer was a huge lifesaver. Make sure to bring trash bags, kitchen towels, wash rags, etc.

Property and complex were very clean, great location, and everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful! We had everything we needed there to fix meals and it was kid friendly. The beach service was such a thoughtful added touch. Liz was so nice and we so appreciate her hosting us!

Liz's place was spectacular for our short getaway! She had everything prepared so our check-in was completely seamless. The building and facilities were great. We used the on-site gas grills multiple times and they were clean and well-maintained. The pool was a dream and the beach service was second to none! As others have noted, some accommodations are a bit dated, but everything was clean. The two large TVs were quite old and seemed to have a color distortion but they do not change my five star rating! I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Destin! The condo is just as described and in a great location. We were close to so many good restaurants and lots of shopping. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The beach service was so nice and loved the heated swimming pool! Liz was great to communicate with and very helpful. We will book again!

Our family of four spent a spring break in early April at the property. Everything was exactly as pictured. The balcony had a gorgeous view and a lot of privacy. The heated pool was awesome. The private beach was clean and not overcrowded like the nearby beaches (by the high rise buildings). Liz is a great host. She makes sure her guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. The communication was excellent. Liz took care of our registrations so the pool wristbands were available upon arrival. The two beach chairs and an umbrella were also included in the package. It was very nice to have our own reserved spot every morning. The location was great. Walking distance to the restaurant right on the beach and the go cart place across the street. Not too far from the Destin Harbor village. Out of all the places we have initially considered it was definitely the best choice within our budget. We had a great time!

This complex has a fantastic location with it's own beach front and near by food and entertainment. The apartment is well appointed with all the cook ware we needed. We also used the provided common grills several times. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were impeccably maintained while we were there. The HOA staff/security were very friendly and helpful.
When we return to Destin, this will be a rental we'll look for again.

Liz was so easy to communicate with and was very organized in providing expectations and information. She even included recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Condo was as shown in pictures- beautiful view of beach and pool area. Condo was professionally cleaned as mentioned. It was perfect for my husband and I but would have been great for a family of 4.

Perfect location: right on the beach and clear view of the whole coast from the balcony. Super easy to check in, excellent communication from host. Pool and hot tub were clean (we saw the pool boy scrubbing and maintaining it every morning!). Pool was warm despite the chilly January evenings. Property has very comfortable beds and linens and a well stocked kitchen for whatever you want to cook. Lounge area has plenty of seating. Bathrooms are dated but perfectly functional. We had a great stay.

First, Liz is super responsive to any questions we had and was great to deal with. The place is nice and well equipped. Especially loved that her rental included the beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs)!! Balcony overlooks the pool area and a great view of the beach, which is beautiful.Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Location is super convenient to everything. There is a little road noise from the highway, but I took a sound machine and it wasn't an issue at all. All around great experience, would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is great. Food and shopping are close if you want to head out. The beach is not overly crowded. We had a nice chair setup and enjoyed time in the sun and surf. Communication with the owner was the best I have had with any VRBO. We already plan to stay here the next time we come to Destin.

Overall we had a great week and the condo was perfect for our family. The beach chairs and umbrella were an amazing bonus. The beds were comfortable and the smaller bedroom fit our daughters pack n play perfectly. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed including extra beach toys in the closet and plenty of dishes. If we had to name a con it would be that the kitchen water took awhile to get hot so it took longer to wash dishes! Overall we would give it a 5 star week and absolutely will try to stay here again in the future!

We loved the view and saw dolphins while on the balcony. This is a great condo and location. The owner is very communicative and helpful. It was very nice having beach chairs and umbrella set out every day for ourselves. We loved all the activity and restaurants nearby too.

Words can’t describe how beautiful our stay was. Check in process was easy, we had beach chairs with umbrella set up for us every day. We were able to use the amenities before getting into the room which was great. Had the best sleep I have had in a long time. Can’t wait to stay again! The condo was beautiful! Thank you so much for making our stay truly an unforgettable getaway. Crab island is a must! Love how Liz had everything written out for us and she checked in with us throughout our stay. This is a very nice place to stay with great view of the ocean and the pool. The beach was amazing and having chairs set up for us was a nice bonus. Not everyone follows the rules which did bum us out a bit but still a very nice place to stay.

When we arrived, the office was already closed but thankfully they had left our parking passes and wristbands in the condo for us already. Liz was very responsive with any questions we had. Although the condo was a bit smaller than what we are used to, it was a nice getaway for a few days. We enjoyed that the beach and pool were not as crowded when we could go (it rained and stormed a lot during our stay). Do wish there was a table that a family of 4 could've sat at to eat. You could hear the neighbors when they moved furniture around on either side but im sure they heard me yelling at my kids at times too. Lastly you could hear a lot of road noise from the main street whether it be sirens, or loud vehicles at all times which was a little aggravating when you were trying to sleep. Overall I give it 4 stars.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Fantastic view! The owner, Liz manages this property and she was very good in communications with us. The Sterling Sands condominium staff was very efficient and the beach service guys were great! An umbrella and two chairs are included in the rental fee and that was very convenient. Thank you, Liz. The bathrooms are small but there are two of them. King bed was comfortable Gated entrance with codes for added security. I liked that. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The property is just as described, and the location is convenient to lot of things to do and places to eat, shop, etc. Plus it is right on the beach with a great view! We saw several dolphins from the balcony.
