Ideal location to take in monuments, memorials, museums - all sights. Beautiful as pictures show, includes all essentials and convenient to Metro.

We stayed in this apartment for four days to attend a family wedding. All of the occupants were adults (ages 23-83). The apartment is in an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of room to spread out if you are staying with family or friends. The wifi had excellent coverage throughout the property and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of linens and the kitchen is stocked for whatever you need to cook. Communication with the host was easy and acessesing the property was straightforward. I left a star off for cleanliness becasue it is fairly obvious that people/renters just leave things and the cleaning crew just shuffles them around. There was a tie left in one closet, a garment bag crumpled on the floor in another, and TONS of soaps, lotions and toiletries all over the bathrooms. I actually had to move them off of surfaces to make room for my own things while staying there. Overall a great stay!

This place is perfect for walkability to many places in the city. The Shaw neighborhood is full of incredible restaurants and bars and I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

This property was just perfect for attending a professional conference at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. It’s location was a short and pretty walk to the conference each day. The neighborhood was so cute and there was easy access to a coffee shop, grocery store, sushi restaurant, and beer garden. The house was well maintained and easily slept 5 adults. I would highly recommend this property!

The location of this home is absolutely perfect! After busy days seeing the sights in DC, we were able to come back to this home....freshen up & then walk to the MANY fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood. The house is exactly as it appears in the pics - clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all of the amenities of home (coffee maker(!!), toaster, washer/dryer, comfortable beds & pillows, fans, dishwasher, wifi, 2 full baths and 1/2 bath, flat screen tv, lots of natural light, a clean fridge, etc.). We got a street parking pass from the property owner & were able to find a place to park every time we left and returned. The property owner, John was incredibly responsive, kind, and thorough with the instructions - which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend John & this property. I'm so grateful to have found this gem - and since there is SO much to see and do in DC, I will definitely look to rent this home again.

The rental process was easy. Jonathan helped me resolve a problem before I arrived. He was kind, responsive and helpful. Jonathan was accessible throughout our stay and always responded quickly to my calls and texts. The house had a cache of hand sanitizer, wipes, masks and personal hygiene supplies.

The Logan circle property was perfect for our family's visit to DC. We were able to walk or bus everywhere with ease including grocery stores. The condo was immaculate and stocked well. Jonathan was the perfect host as he responded quickly to any question. We will certainly tell our friends and family. Any return to DC, we will be staying here.

Excellent communication. Home is beautiful. Everything we needed for our stay. Bonus were all the fans in the home. I run hot (air co diction if works well; but also need a fan) and love to sleep with fan noise, so that was definitely a plus.

This house is prettier than the pictures. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is very nice. And there are groceries stores close by, and a cute coffee shop around the corner.

Our group absolutely loved this home! We did staycation and chose this home because of its space and location, and it was everything we expected and more. Jonathan was responsive about all my questions prior to arrival and check-in, as well as during our stay. There were even hand sanitizer, masks, Clorox wipes, and a ton of travel-size toiletries at the house for us to us if needed. We walked everywhere and the location was perfect. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Johnathan was readily available from the weeks leading up to the booking. Provided detailed information via VRBO about all the house rules/nearby grocery shopping/parking etc. He was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and answered promptly. Upon check-in, we were in awe of how beautiful the home was and how the pictures didn't do it justice but little did we know John had rebooked us into another of his homes as the prior booking had a double booking situation. I was never notified of that mishap and was amazed of how graceful in easily the transaction went of re-accommodating us. We fit perfectly in the home and didn't feel tight at all. Access tot eh backyard patio was great too. The house was stocked with all the necessities and great location to having the Giant grocery store within walking distance (which also sold various wine. I'm from NYC we don't have that). Above all, everything was seamless, super thoughtful, perfect location, and home felt spacious and comfortable for 8 adults. Being from out of town the parking street signs were a bit confusing, but all worked out with the parking pass requested. A suggestion; bring your own portable speakers for your group and games.

Nice place. Clean and plenty of space for 4 people. Well accessorized. The closets could use a couple more hangers. If you'd like to stay on a quiet street in NW DC, I'd highly recommend this property.

My husband and I rented this property over the holidays with our parents and it was absolutely perfect. We had 5 adults and it was a great size. The location is ideal, easy access to all areas of DC. In addition, they provide you with a parking pass for resident street parking which was key for our stay. The property has games and all of the amenities. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again if we return to DC!

We had an excellent Thanksgiving stay at this quaint DC property. The home was clean, plenty of amenities. The beds are extremely firm (hard for me to sleep on) and the master queen was concave, moved a fair amount, waking both my husband and I up multiple times (but I am a restless sleeper). With new beds I wouldn’t hesitate to return. My mother would have appreciated drawers of some type in the end bedroom but we appreciate the small nature of city dwellings. Thanks again for your quick response to any questions or needs!

Great stay at Jonathan’s place.

This was perfect for my family of 8 to stay while we were in D.C. He even had cool water and wine in the fridge on our arrival. It was only 2 blocks away from the Giant grocery store and 0.3 to 0.5 miles to the downtown area. It was worth the money. Were able to save since able to cook our own breakfast and suppers. Even pack lunches. If your looking for a place to stay in D.C. I would pick this one hands down.

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Nice, comfortable decor. Comfortable beds and super soft towels. Many extra touches like toiletries in the bathrooms, water/coke in the fridge. Quiet neighborhood. Short Uber ride to all DC attractions. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

Our group was in town to meet with our elected officials about safeguarding Homeopathy and to see the historic sites. We had appointments in the Capitol with our Senators and Representatives. Getting an Uber was always fast and affordable from this location. One gal took the Metro and it was a short walk to the home. This home worked for our group (2 couples, 3 single people) - but do keep in mind there is 1 Queen bed, and 2 full beds, and the queen pull out bed. Due to the historic nature of the home, the rooms with the full size beds are very small. However, the main living area is much bigger than it appears in the photos - so plan on the rooms for sleeping and the main living area for hanging out! The Master Suite is very roomy and beautiful. Our host was very laid back and helpful if we needed anything. The location allowed us to walk to some great food options - Supra, a Georgian food restaurant was our favorite. Whole Foods is a short walk as well. I'm a small town girl - but felt safe here and enjoyed the stay. I recommend this location!

We had a great stay at this well kept, clean home. The house was walking distance to many D.C. sites as well as grocery store, restaurants and bars. I would have no hesitation recommending this vrbo to others! J.Mall

We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, the house is nice and neat in a quiet neighborhood. We will absolutely rent it again in the future when need arises. There are few things that need to get fixed: the dishwasher that did not work, the same to the toaster, the water faucet in the bathroom upstairs that only gives hot water. Thanks for letting us stay in your house.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this place, well located to public transport and most attractions.

Great for the convention center, and other similar places nearby. Very nice and very well dressed for basically any chill group or occasion.

My family and I had a great time enjoying the MLB all star activities but the best thing is we could all stay in the same house to enjoy each others company in the later hours.

We stayed here with my disabled veteran father in law and 3 small children and couldn’t be more pleased. The condo was very clean and spacious enough to spread out between doing touristy things. The location is perfect. A short walk to most of the Smithsonian said but far enough away that street side parking is readily available. When the kids are older, will def return to this listing.

Our family of four enjoyed stretching out in this spacious rowbouse. The pictures were accurate. The place was well appointed with all of the needed amenities including toiletries. The walk to the metro was short. There were various restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend Chaplin’s restaurant which was about two blocks away. We were met at the door by Sherman who allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. He gave us the lay of the land before we took off on foot to explore the neighborhood. The only slight negative was a leaky air conditioning unit. We spent some time maintaining a wet rag around the leaky spot where it dripped out of the closet. It was minimal but still needed daily wiping or it would leak onto the floor. Overall, the apartment was clean, convenient and tastefully decorated to make our stay enjoyable.

Nice townhouse for a comfortable stay. My family canceled on me because of final exams, so I had the place to myself. Complete with all you need for a longer stay. Near Howard U. Metro stop and convention center. Easy walk to great restaurants on 9th St. Hoping to get my family back to visit.

We found this beautiful townhouse to be a great home base in DC. We used Lyft to get around and found the Lyft ride very reasonably priced because the location is not too far away from downtown and the museums. The townhouse itself is beautifully appointed and comfortable, all we needed in the kitchen was there, it was very clean and even some toiletries were provided. Grocery stores are also nearby. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!

My husband and I spent the long Thanksgiving weekend in DC with our 2 adult children. There was plenty of space for all of us. The furnishings are nice and the kitchen is well appointed. There were plenty of little touches, too.... travel size toothpaste and shampoo in the bathrooms, as well as a few bottles of water in the fridge. The location is also good. Just a few blocks from the Metro and a couple blocks from Giant grocery. The only problem we had was the sink in the kitchen would back up when we did dishes or used the garbage disposal. Sherman, the property manager, was easy to get ahold of and very professional. Would definitely stay here again!
